I'm taking my scrap elsewhere from now on. For some reason they pay 3× as much for painted aluminum siding than they do for clean extrusion (6061,6063) or clean aluminum wire. In fact, my clean aluminum wire was taken in as mixed low grade. The people are nice, but they won't be seeing me again.
I waited for a whole month for my order and after a month they say sorry, my story started a month ago when I came and ordered a rim and that it would come with a wheel and I asked the employee whose name is Pati because the whole story is with this employee and she confirmed to me that the rim comes with a wheel without asking her manager so I paid the amount and waited for my order and after 10 days I was surprised when they sent me a picture and said that my order has arrived and I can come and receive it but the picture is only of the rim without the wheel so I went to check what was happening the employees who work in the delivery department told me this does not come with a wheel go and check with the one who told you it comes with a wheel so I went to the employee Pati who was in the launch and the second employee told me this does not come with a wheel so I told him that Pati told me it comes with a wheel and he went and asked her and she said yes it is true it comes with a wheel so they told me to wait until next week and they will correct the mistake and I waited until next week and after a week I was surprised by a call from the employee Pati and she told me that your order has been here for a week why didn’t it come And I took it and I told her what order are you talking about and she said the rim so I told her but you will order me a rim with a wheel and she said oooo I am sorry I forgot the point wait a week and she did not order my correct order and wants to give me the old order and I waited another week and no one contacted me so I sent them a message and then the employee Pari called me and said to me sorry the rim comes without a wheel after waiting a month because an employee does not know the rules of her work it cost me to wait a month and lose some money because I am waiting for this rim and wheel and I told her I want to speak with the manager and she told me he will call him and he has not called yet I am sorry for the long message but this is my experience verbatim with the employee Pati

I ordered an item from them, their shipping policy says they ship within 3 business days. Ordered on Aug 7. 6 Days later, nothing is happening, so I message them asking if they’re going to ship it or no to what they responded that item was shipped but their IT team did not update the tracking number but the item has shipped. I check the tracking number and it was just created, mean they haven’t shipped anything. At this point it’s 7 days since I purchased the item. They don’t do anything for a week and then lie to you like I don’t know a difference between something that has shipped and when you just created a label
A bunch of claims while you’re on hold but in the end just empty words. Typical junk yard.
I called them 5 times within 3-4 hours.
Each time after being on hold for over 5 minutes it transfers you to voicemail.

My mechanic informed me that my 06 Sonata needed to go to the happy hunting ground for cars. I talked to Trina on the phone and they sent Austin to get my car and take it away. We negotiated a price they would give me and they were really good at communicating and telling me what to expect and they did just that. It was sad watching my loved car pull away but it was time to say goodbye!
If I could give a lesser rating I would. From Birmingham AL, The new motor I purchased for my 2008 Tahoe lasted almost a year, then I heard a loud knocking one night while driving home. Well it was the new motor good thing it was still under warranty. Sent the Tahoe to the shop in late March. The mechanic removed the motor and sent it back to Auto Zone to receive the new motor. We’re in July and the warranty company hasn’t paid the mechanic for his labor. This is just ridiculous. The mechanic sent the motor back to auto zone, auto zone is responsible for getting the motor to the warranty company and then they are supposed to release the check to the mechanic. The later hasn’t taken place, even though the motor was documented by auto zone once they receiveded it. I haven’t driven my car since mid February because of the knocking in the engine.
I would not recommend purchasing a new engine from Auto Zone.
The staff here is great and they are very respectful and courteous. They are always eager to help. I give this place a 10 star recommendation of where to bring your metal.
Definitely recommend buying parts and having your car worked on here. My motor blew in my 2017 Altima and I purchased the motor here and they even came and towed my car so they could replace it. Amelia was great at answering questions and returning our calls. We will def be using them again
I was looking for a transmission. The front desk said they had it. And only two had arrived. And I never found them. Very poor management. They don't even know how to organize their carts or their inventory. Waste of time.
Staff is always friendly and there to help if need be. I'm always in and out in a sufficient amount of time. Plus Alain is always happy and smiling, which is contagious.
To all my friends at grade A thankyou thank you for being time and just being there for us if it wasn't. I could never make a living. To all the workers thanyou for being kind friendly respectful this is why I will always come back to grade A p.s. Who ever deernaped the rocking head deer from the office please bring her back we miss her so much!!! Oh yeah grade A staff keeping metal alive!!!!!!!
I have been scrapping with Grade A for a few years now and I honestly can't think of one negative experience. Every encounter with a Grade A Champion has be fulfilling. I must highlight the scale fellas, Alan & Adam!! There hasn't been a time that especially Alan hasn't taken his time to show, explain, and teach me the little important things when it comes to sorting and knowing which metals are which. Adam has also showed the same patience and knowledge. I genuinely enjoy going to Grade A!
We have been coming here for years. Of course everyone knows us Carly and Brandy in the pink truck lol. However we did try a new place but clearly that didn't work out just cuz of the atmosphere and how they did people so of course back to grade a we came Alan takes good care of us on the precious side and Chuck takes good care of us as well also the ladies inside well everybody pretty much we will continue to keep coming here as long as they're open

Hello to Grade A Auto Parts & Scrap Metal. I would like to give a big thank you to Ashley at the customer service auto purchase center. On or around January 20th, 2025 I started working with Ashley trying to find parts for a car that is in need of repair. First I will say that I have a disability that requires people to go just a little further than normal with or when working with me and Ashley has done this from day one. The patients and continues follow up that Ashley has shown thru text messages and pictures of the parts to make sure that they are insurance quality has been remarkably spot on. We are now going into April and I am just about to wrap up the need for Ashley's customer service. But I will say that I would be returning to Grade A Auto Parts in the future if needed all due to Ashley's customer support. A big 's up and thank you to Ashley and Grade A Auto Parts!

Grade A is a great company, but behind the great company is a GREAT human in Mr. William Gatti Jr. I have done business with Billy for many years now. You will not only find a great person, but an extremely knowledgeable veteran parts salesman, & what more could you ask for when looking for a used part? He will take care of you from start to finish, & if by small chance there is any issue, he will handle it quickly & take care of you.

I love this place! The staff know what they are doing and they don't mind lending a helping hand. I've worked with Grade A and my rep, Bryan, since 2012. My delivery driver, Jeff, goes out of the way to make sure my returns and cores are accounted for. They have worked with me on price matching and have made special trips on weekends to help me honor a completion date for my customer. Salvage parts, used engines or transmissions, and even reman alternators, I would recommend anyone to give them a call!
Tennessa is always my go to when I need to locate a used part! She provides a great service from the time she answers to the phone to locating the correct part, informing me of what to expect when receiving a used auto part and estimated arrival. I have been doing business with grade a for about 3yrs now and Richie has never let me down. His communication is great and always goes above and beyond to find parts. He ships across the country for me. When there are discrepancies or issues he fixes them in a timely fashion.
Had to get on here and give a shout out to Tennessa at Grade A!! I've been working with her for over 4 yrs now.
