We also provide Light Duty Towing, Jump Starts, Door Unlocks and Fuel Delivery services for the local community of Louisville and surrounding counties.

You work every day to carry the cars, but being able to take them out is always a problem. They do not comply with their work schedule. It says it's open and when I go to the place it turns out that it's closed.
just want to get on here and say that I’ve been living at the Icon Apartments for the past five months, and during that time, my husband’s car has been towed four different times—basically once a month.
I tried to give the benefit of the doubt the first few times, but this last time was unacceptable. The guy who towed the car admitted he did it because the temporary tag was expired by just two days—and he knows it’s a tag from a dealership. He’s clearly aware of the situation, yet still chose to tow the car.
At this point, it feels like certain people are just targeting residents for no good reason—trying to feel like they’re in power instead of doing their job fairly.
Please stop with the unnecessary towing and start treating people with respect. Do your job properly and stop making people feel like they’re being singled out.
Had my car towed and while I was not at all happy about this Ducky worked to make the experience as good as it could be. He has excellent customer service skills and is very helpful.
ducky was the best, most cordial guy i’ve met in a long time. getting my car was easy and he let me borrow a jump box to get it started so i didn’t have to call triple a. they also took good care of my car even tho its lowered they used tons of precautions.good people!
Probably the worst towing service there is out here! They will tow your car, look for any excuse to not accept documentation just so the money can add up when your car stays on their low kept lot. They are very unprofessional, had the phone hung up on me twice after explaining that I had my car title and registration papers in the car. Make sure you bring either a cop or sheriff with you incase they try to play with you in your face!
I arrived at my car just as it was about to be towed and met Mike. I asked if there was a drop fee, and he explained that there was, but it was only payable via cash or Cash App. At that moment, I didn’t have access to my debit card, so I wasn’t able to pay immediately. Instead of rushing to tow my car, Mike showed incredible patience and agreed to wait while I figured things out.
As the situation unfolded, I also met Ducky who came out to assist in the dropping process. Their kindness and professionalism were beyond what I expected. They were not just doing their job—they were genuinely kind and understanding.
In this line of work, I’m sure they don’t get nearly enough recognition for their patience and humanity. I want to emphasize that I made the mistake by parking where I did, but coming at the situation with understanding and respect for them as people—rather than anger—was key. They were just doing their job, and approaching the situation with kindness helped me get through it without adding unnecessary tension.
In the end, once the drop fee was paid, they dropped my car without any issue. They were not only professional but incredibly accommodating, patient, and kind. I feel extremely grateful for how they handled the situation, and I hope this review helps others see that kindness really does make all the difference, especially when you’re dealing with a challenging situation. Thank you, Mike and Ducky—you’re the real MVPs.

Ducky managed to get my truck off the road and dropped off to the garage in no time and never made me feel like It was a hassle , seems to love his job and that makes the experience ! Customer service / 10/10

If you ever look for the devil on a map this is the place to go this dud took my car at night its was not even illegally parked then tells me its was a violation to park next to the stairs where they is a parking lot and went give my car back because I don’t have my Bill of sale this bullshit
They are Great very affordable. They are good at staying in contact and letting you know exactly what’s going on and very prompt. Would definitely recommend and I will be using them again.

When Donald (Ducky) answered the phone he was so polite and when I asked if someone could just come knock my tire, he didn’t laugh at me. I felt so defeated because after getting the lug nuts off I could not get the tire off. He told me he would be on his way as soon as he had finished the call he was on and he was not going to charge me an outrageous price like the other 4 places that I had called. I had tried everything from spraying it with WD40 to kicking and banging on it and it would not budge. My son tried one last time after Ducky said he was on his way and the tire fell off. I called him back and told him that we had got it but to please still come and get his money since he was in route to help me but he refused. I’m telling you there are not many people left like him that will help someone just to be kind and not do it just to gain something from it. The kindness in his voice was something I needed to hear. I just want him to know just how much I appreciated that and I know blessings will be coming his way.

The gentleman who answered the phone was courteous. He arrived before the promised time and towed my car to its destination. The price was reasonable. I would definitely use them if I need a tow.
Got Curtis towing to tow my car fr taylor blvd all way to West point,Ky,it was like 19 miles,so I'm not talking rite up street , they were so professional, on the phone and also very respectful in person too!! Stephen the owner quoted me half the price of all my other quotes,,,that was best part...got to me sooner than the had said , will definitely recommend and call if I every need them again for sure!!
Same experience happened with me as of last night. I didn’t see any signs pulling in a parking lot I was familiar with being able to park in at 2 AM. I was present standing in parking lot and when I addressed the workers asking them to release my property they wanted to fight about. I only had half the fee and needed to retrieve my house keys, ID, and Debit cards out the vehicle. They were disrespectful and instigating a physical altercation along with calling law enforcement to retrieve my credentials. Unprofessional and very schematic business.
These guys don’t do their job. They are suppose to maintain one of the apartments I live in. There is always a truck that is parked sideways blocking cars from parking. I sent emails to the company about it and so I called and let them know they we know you guys only come on Saturdays and Sundays. And if you would get him once he prob wouldn’t be parked like that again. They proceeded to be rude and tell me don’t tell me how to do my job and hung up. Dudes in his feelings cause I’m tired of a truck parked sideways. Clearly you don’t know how to do your job.
Entire experience was pleasant and very courteous. The tow truck driver was very upfront about costs and did his best to minimize charges (was able to not charge us an extra $25) Towing is expensive but courtesy and efficiency makes the experience less stressful. Thanks Curtis Roadside and Towing.
After calling several towing companies for help when someone abandoned their vehicle on my private parking lot, I finally found Curtis. Not only was he very helpful and polite, but he also had a driver out within the hour to get the vehicle. I appreciate his explanation of how everything happened, the timely manner in which they arrived and the overall customer service. I would definitely recommend Curtis Towing in the future.
Needed a very large very difficult vehicle to be towed. A 10,000 pound high roof sprinter van. Steve and Kieran got it done and took amazing care of my vehicle! Super reliable super nice guys. Highly recommend.
So...my suggestion to anyone going to the bars in the Bardstown road area. Just save yourself the trouble and use Uber or Lyft. Despite businesses saying they have free or easy parking, that is simply not the case. We visited a pub Saturday night. We pulled into a parking lot that was nearly full. We took the last spot closest to the building. Went in, had a few drinks, and an app, and go back out to seeing my vehicle on the back of a tow truck. Of course I sprinted over to the driver. Apologized because, as one that's new to the area, we didn't know there was no parking. We presumed that the lot was part of the bar property. The kid. Who ultimately was really nice. Told me it'd be $165 to drop it. Well, of course that's steep. However, you aren't taking my car. I asked if he took a credit card. He said nope. Cashapp or Cash. That's kind of a red flag to me. He wanted my license. That's kind of another issue. I of course sent the funds via cash app. I asked for a receipt, and he claimed to have texted me one. Not once, but twice. Still questionable, but I have my cash app transaction. I've read the other reviews. I'm not letting those influence me. I did however drive back to the area, and still didn't immediately see any no parking signs. Se la vie! If we go to the area again, we will be Ubering.
To reiterate, the kid I dealt with was overall very nice.
They are hard to get in touch with after they tow your car. They only let you pick up by appointment and from my experience more than 4 people are scheduled at a time. They are very arrogant and pick and choose who's car they tow. Every day multiple people park at the same spots in my complex due to limited parking spots. In over 7 years, only 2 cars were towed. I repeatedly see other cars parked at the same spot and time and never get towed. They wouldn't answer my question about that when contacted.
A towing company you can trust and rely on in the time of need! An owner who absolutely cares for his customers and employees. Thankful for all the help Curtis Roadside has done for me and my family! Will continue to have my business.
i spent 3 hours trying to find a towing company that could get my car out of a parking garage before i was referred to curtis roadside towing. my car was broken down on the 6th floor of a parking garage with extremely low clearance. their truck wasn’t able to make it in but they were still incredibly helpful and were able to get it towed for me! talked to steven on the phone and he assured me they’d do everything they could to help me! the tow truck driver (i didn’t catch his name but he was equally fantastic) came up and helped get my car running enough to get it to a floor where it could be towed out of the garage. excellent communication, service, and compassionate individuals!! wishing i could give them 100 stars!!
This company is nothing but a scam. They come in the middle of the night 12-3am towing cars out of our apartment complex. they state that they only look in cars for the pass but as I’ve passed them by multiple times they were looking into the passenger window and more. They invade your privacy and then try to make you schedule an appointment even when there in office all day. First time dealing with this business they took an hour lunch at 2 when they close at 4 stating no one will be in office. Never heard of a whole office leaving for lunch 2 hours before closing but okay.
Well, I can't find my 9/17/2022 review but here an update. Everything went well getting my car back. The lady that was there at the time was really nice. Which tell me that the people that gave this place a bad review was probably trying to argue with them or negotiation to lower their prices and was mad that they had to pay. It cost me $190 to get my car back. That being said I hated that I had to pay $190 which set me back a little bit. So, if any of the Curtis towing employees was in dangerous in some sort of way. I wouldn't even blink to help. They can have a stroke and I won't help. They can get hit by a car and I wouldn't care. Just the type of person I am especially when I loss $190. I learn a lesson and they're just doing their job. But I'm not very fond of towing company. Wouldn't care to hear something happen to them on the news. To the payers, stop parking in private parking lots or you will get towed.
The owner was very nice and helpful. Although our car got towed, ( because of being in a no parking area by our 19 year old ) , he went out of his way to help us recover our car. They are closed on Sunday’s but the owner met us there and that was as nice because he did not have to do that. We needed to get our car back for work and it was appreciated that he met us there to recover the car.
My car was towed from my lot where I lived. My parking pass had fallen off the mirror and was laying in the passenger seat. When I went to pick up my car, I informed them that I lived at the address I was towed from, same address on my license, and it was of no concern. It is especially disappointing and frustrating as I work nights and constantly come home to find random cars parked in spots and then I have to park on the street due to their lack of patrolling the area regularly. The point of living in a place where the towing service is offered is so that I have the comfort of knowing that when I come home from work I will know I have a safe and close place to park and that I won’t have to worry about getting my own car towed from my own lot. This experience has taught me that. Either of those is a guarantee with Curtis towing patrolling my lot.
The lady at the counter was pleasant which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars.
In response to the owner,I’m not blaming you for not seeing my parking pass. I understand that things happen and accidents happen. I am upset as someone who works in customer service at the lack of understanding of a situation where the only thing that put me in the wrong is because my pass was had fallen into the passenger seat. I’m not asking for anything free, just expressing my disappointment in the lack of understanding and empathy in a situation that I paid for where I was not in the wrong.
