Samatha came and asked my fiance if he wanted to get drinks and when he said he was ina happy relationship she asked if he had a tip and then she said she couldnt do what we needed her to do then used a drill to tighten the lugnut and she cross threaded the lugnut and then left and wouldn't fix it
on 7/16, around 5:45 one of your drivers was being reckless on dixie highway. license plate F58067 or something of that nature. the traffic was so bad that i needed to slow down to get over before i missed my turn coming off the highway. your driver was so impatient, he act like he was going to run into the back of me. he was so close on my bumper while blowing at me! teach your drivers some patience about traffic! you should fire him!
My ride back home was nice, chat the driver was nice to ride with I felt safe and enjoyed talking with him.,I only wish I had cash on me to give him a good tip,for the great service!
Bryce went above and mind helping my elderly parents with their wrecked car. He had a great attitude and stayed with the car till it was towed. So thankful for him.
Worst Towing company ever. We had to pick up the boss and leave someone else with the truck. We called at 9:30 to AAA and they had this company come out. They were sending updates the whole time that this guy was coming and then they pulled him off to another call and then a girl was coming and then they put her on a different call. This continued on until I called them and asked them what was going on and a guy with an accent hung up on me. This continued until 11:57 when they finally arrived. The WORST ROAD SIDE ASSISTANT COMPANY EVERY!!!! DON'T USE THEM!!!!

My husband and I are sitting in our truck at the store and just watched one of the truck drivers go out of his way to pick up a bunch of litter sitting in the parking lot.
While I have not personally used their towing services, this act showed the type of good people involved in this company.
Had a flat tire while driving on Gene Snyder, one of their service men came out to change to my spare. He over tightened the bolt which resulted in a $200 bill for me at the Ken Towery to fix. When I called Express, their manager SAM was extremely rude to me and blamed the fault on the tire store that did the repair. AAA uses Express as one of their response companies unfortunately.
Would like to give a small shout out to ray, went completely above and beyond today. As my plans changed last minute, he was more than willing to assist me without any trouble at all. I’ll never use another tow company in Louisville again. I would give 6 stars if I could. #raysavedtheday
Called AAA to jump our car at home, and Tim from Express Towing 24 showed up. He was friendly, fast and helpful. Was quite pleased with his service. Recommended.
Do not I repeat do not use this company unless there is nothing in your vehicle that you want. This tow company has nothing but thieves working for them they towed my vehicle illegally and charged me 1638.00 to get my vehicle back and when I got in they took everything. They took my 700 dollar DVD player my 1000 dollar subwoofer and my 1500 dollar amp. They are such thieves they even took all my change in my center console that I was saving and was about 60 dollars worth of change. I asked them if I could see their camera footage because the guy I spoke with said that's how they picked it up and I told him that he was lying because I was in it the night before. They have a bunch of cameras on the property my vehicle was sitting and so I asked if I could look at the camera footage and was told absolutely not. I will be contacting a lawyer. This company is crooked and nothing but lying thieves.
This is by far the absolute worst towing company I have ever dealt with. They are pure scammers and will hold your vehicle ransom for lot storage fees. They were supposed to drop me vehicle off for repair on Monday 8/7 when it was picked up but refused to drop it at the overnight drop at neil Huffman. They did not. Instead they took my truck and stored it on their lot. Not for one. Not two. But three nights. They held it for more money for three additional nights and only finally delivered it on Thursday 8/10.
When I spoke with the reps at this terrible tow service they were rude and disrespectful every time. I had to threaten legal action and miraculously my truck was finally moved to the repair facility. They have a long history of doing this to usaa customer based on other reviews other people have also posted.
This company is anti veteran and military because usaa solely serves military, veterans and their family. Usaa said they plan on having their FIU team place them under investigation because of their scam business practices.
Our insurance used this company to tow our car after a wreck. Via Roadside connect, said job was complete and at the shop. Next day when we called this towing company, we were told the car was NOT towed to the shop but instead was towed to their towing lot. We were told this is because when they got there the shop was closed and they do not drop off cars to closed shops because “keys get lost” and that someone from the shop as to be there to sign for it. I said “the roadside connect is showing it was dropped off at shop B” and he responded “you can’t trust those gps things because it’s wrong.” We asked why we weren’t informed that our car was not towed to its destination and was told “lady, take it up with your insurance. they should have told you.”
We asked them to please go ahead and tow it to a shop. They told us they couldn’t tow our car until our insurance contacted them. Today, 55+ hours since our car was towed, I was called by someone else and told he was the driver who originally towed our car and that it was at the shop B. He told us it had been at the shop since he first towed it. We, our insurance, and this company did not know the location of our car for over 2 days. I called the tow company’s main number and asked where our car was/why we were told it was on the lot when it wasn’t, the man said “it’s at shop A, no i mean shop B. it’s at shop b.” I said, yesterday we were told our car was never towed there and it was on their lot. The speaker then proceeded to yell “you’re starting to f**king aggravate me ma’am. my driver just told you where your d*mn car is. you’re getting on my ******* nerves” among other things, then hung up the phone. I had only made 1 call to this company today, and 2 yesterday when trying to figure out where our car was. we use USAA for our car insurance and they are aware of the incident and will be removing this company from their list of towing companies they use.
Danny P was the nicest and helpful tow truck person I've ever met. He was super sweet and helped me fix my battery connection and told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the problem. He is a very genuine and we had a good conversation when we road to drop my car off. Super down to earth and loves to help people. 10/10 recommend!

Danny was an amazing guy. Right after I called for service, he was there in less than 15 minutes. Great sense of humor. Told me what could be wrong with my car and it was exactly what he said, the battery. I would recommend him to anyone, cause his customer service is awesome. Great guy!!!
I was blessed to have Danny to come out to help me, i was going to get my trucked towed, however after Danny took the time to look at it, he was able to fix it for me. I want to thank Danny again for his help and showing me how to fix it temp until i can get it fixed. Not to often that you are blessed to get help from a great worker and professional. Also, I want to send out prayers to Danny and his family, and my family and myself will be praying for his baby!
Had a problem with my 2021 Chevy Tahoe starting after I performed a software update last night. AAA sent someone out who couldn’t get it jumped and then sent a tow truck out who couldn’t get get it loaded on truck and eventually they sent another tow truck out. Danny P. Was able to jump it so I could drive it to dealership. He was very professional and kind. Even called to check on me to make sure I made it to dealership. He was awesome. Thank you Danny. My day started out horrible but got better when you came to help.

Needed a tow and AAA gave me a three hour window. Next thing I know, I get a call from Danny P. of Express Towing 24, who gives me an estimated time of 15 minutes. The tow driver arrived with no notice and refused to let me get anything out of my car. He called to say he was outside. I asked politely: "please, can I just have two minutes to get a few things out of my car?" I hadn't received ANY advance notification of his arrival. He refused. By the time I got outside, he'd already started driving off with my car. (And, by the way, he didn't even have the key to the car, which the body shop would have needed.) I waved him down—"hey, please, wait a second!" He stopped the car on a side street. I asked him again: please, I need to get a few items out of my car, I had no notice! He refused, got angry and rude, and said he wasn't going to tow my car after all. He moved the car back to where it was, but didn't properly line it up in the parking spot lines, so now it was hanging out into the street. I've never had such shockingly bad service in my life! When I asked him his name, he said, "None of your business."
Sam is extremely nice and professional. His business model is customer service oriented and it shows. His driver got to me so fast that I thought he flew there. Lol. If you want top notch service in every way, call Express Towing. Thank you!
I’m not a review type of girl, but when I tell that Sam did his thing he did his thing !!! He was super efficient and was able to get the spare out of the trunk (issue the other emergency roadside couldn’t do) and on with no issue. He made it clear he doesn’t leave his customers stranded and make sure they are good ! Way to go !
