I was in need of an emergency tow and literally just googled "tow companies near me". Louisville Roadside and Towing was the option I landed on and I can't say enough about how grateful I am. The tow truck driver that showed up wasn't just incredibly friendly, he was also knowledgeable of cars and the repair companies close to where we were. He was able to help me diagnose my problem before we ever pulled into the shop. He also did what he could to keep the towing fee to a minimum for me. For what I got, I feel great about the price I paid. And I would recommend this towing company to anyone in the Louisville, KY area who is in need of that service.

We were suppose to be towed by another company but they never arrived or contacted us. Pinky's responded to our request and within an acceptable amount of time, Wayne arrived on the scene. I spent over 10 hours trying to coordinate a difficult removal from a parking garage. Dispatch kept sending equipment not designed for this removal. They finally contacted Louisville Roadside. I spoke to them and it was fully understood what needsd to be done. Showed up when they said and within 20 min had the vehicle out of the garage and on its way to the shop. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
I was in town briefly for school, and had a tire blow out after hitting a pothole. I called for help because of the heavy, fast traffic made the location unsafe to change the tire. The tow truck driver got lost, so the manager came out to change the tire, when it turned out that the spare was flat, he took it to a service station to inflate, as the pressure gauge at the service station was broken, but he filled it enough to get me off the interstate, and then helped for an hour while we sought out a place to finish inflating the tire. He was patient, but didn't try to gauge me on the price, despite the extra difficulties. These guys take care of their customers.
They were quick and gave fair pricing. Had my vehicle towed to a repair shop and upon calling the repair shop the next morning, I found out the tow truck driver had forgotten to leave my keys in the drop box. May have been an honest mistake but that seems like a very simple task that they failed to do. Once I called the driver he realized he still had my keys and drove them to the repair shop. Overall a pretty smooth experience besides that small mistake.
