Having a flat tire on I-65 was very stressful. Our insurance help line called your company instead of another one located closer to us. Their actions made our wait time longer which was in no way your fault. Thankfully, we were assisted and towed by Tim from your company. He was professional on the phone and did his job quickly with a smile, a real pleasure to work with. Thank you to Tim, your dispatcher and your company for your help in a very scary situation. We highly recommend your company although we hope to never be in that situation again!
Tim is amazing i had a blow out on the highway with my 3 and 10 yr old he was there to us in less then 20 mins very nice and well respectful young man had my truck to my house in no time! I definitely will be calling back If I ever need a tow again and I definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for a good tow truck company!
They don't answer the phone AAA.set me up with them they said there's gonna be 35 minutes welL liars WHERE ARE YOU.YOU DAID 4:10AM at 6:08 AM STOLL Waiting.So they are liars. this is about the 5th time I've dealt with these people and it's been bad all 5 times i highly not recommend them

I use this towing company on a daily bases, sometimes up to 6 times a daily, due to line of work im in. And I've never had one problem with them. Josh is amazing and pieces are very very reasonable

They advised a 24 hrs wrecker service but didn't answer the phone at a little after midnight.
Glad I could pick up the slack and pick it up 3 days later with my own truck and trailer.
Tow was fine and price was fine the reason I give 1 star is because I called the business 3 days in a row asking nicely for a receipt and was told the first time “ I’ll call you back when I’m at the shop and send it over.” Never got a call ok no problem so I call again next day “I never got back to the shop yesterday I’ll call you when I’m there and send it in just a little bit.”No call. Called 3rd day and was met with a very rude response and hung up on me as I was mid-sentence. Needless to say I never got my receipt. Just wanted it to get refunded by my insurance. Just gave up and ate it instead. Towing itself no problems but it’s not that hard to just be cordial to the people who pay you.
My new Commercial vehicle stopped on the way to get a couple of minor things fixed. When he got there we realized that the truck was still in Drive. . He laughed with us, and didn't charge us. Wouldn't even take a tip. Awesome Customer Service
From the moment I spoke with the customer service rep, to the point of Mr. Bias getting my vehicle onto the bed of his tow truck and driving with him to the car care center, the whole experience was handled with care, consideration, expertise, respect and professionalism.
Mr. Bias is very skilled at what he does and takes ownership of his work with great dignity. And the young lady who took my call this morning, she was calm, considerate and treated me like she would want to be treated for such a matter. She handled a very stressful time with much compassion and pleasantness.
All in all, I would highly recommend All American Towing to everyone I Know and don't know. Excellent experience.
Mike came in and towed me back home he has only been with the company for 5 days he stated and he did an amazing job. Backed his truck up and got my car up there on the first shot and when he dropped my car off he got it placed down perfectly . I will recommend Mike and this company if they ever ask who should tow them.
These guys were super. I had two flat tires and they were quick, methodical, and kind. My mood was pretty sour and they really made me feel better just in the way they did their job. I highly recommend them!
Submitted request through USAA Roadside assistance. Was sent an ETA for nearly 4hrs. Called to question and see if it would be possible to expedite the service as my children and I were sitting on the side of a busy interstate and did not feel safe doing so for 4hrs. Spoke to Stacey. She was extremely rude and had zero sympathy for my family's situation. She only asked if I wanted to cancel. I CLEARLY stated that I did not and that instead I would call and see if I could find anything that might be able to reach us sooner and that if I did, I would call her back and let her know. After calling USAA back to inquire about anothet option I was told that Stacey had cancelled my tow service. This was done simply out of spite and meanness. Not to mention that it directly endangered my family. Children. I would not reccomend using this company.
All American Towing is a great towing service, I had my tire blow-out on the side of an expressway, and after calling, Jamie arrived within minutes. He was exceptionally friendly and was one of the more genuine people I have ever met. Shortly after my tire was fixed, and I was on my way. I'd rate Jamie, and this company higher if I could.
They were a life-saver for me! I would still be stuck in the wrong state right now if it hadn’t been for my guy Brian. Thank you so much and keep doing your thing
After calling several tow companies all day this was by far the best choice we made. I needed a tow from my house to a mechanic...not an emergency by any means, but when I was told a specific time, the young man showed up very promptly at that specific time. I was very impressed by the professional manner he not only addressed me, but also how he handled my vehicle. I would recommend this company several times over. Thank you so much!!

Awesome towing service! Super polite and prompt with pick-up. Am from out of town, so I asked Tim if he knew a good mechanic and turns out he's an excellent mechanic! My dog and I were out of the shop with plenty of time to hit the Bourbon trail. Cheers to these guys and their awesome business!
My Prius died after I arrived at the U of Louisville from Ohio for a conference. An unsettling situation. All American was great. Very responsive, trying first to see if they could replace the battery and when that wasn't the answer, towed the car to Toyota dealer. I picked All American because of their 5 star rating --- which they deserve!
Jamie was dispatched to tow my car due to a flat tire after Hope with Rescue Rangers failed to attempt to change my tire. Jamie had no trouble changing my tire. He was very personable and professional. I will recommend All American Towing to my friends and family.
