I manage several apartment communities in Louisville and for the last few years, I will only use Matt Hale @ Pinky Towing! I used him to tow any unwanted cars on the property and most recently to move cars during a paving project for one of the parking lots. Matt is always super fast & never have any issues. My seal coat company even bragged on him this morning about how they wish every time it went this smooth and fast when dealing with other apartment complexes. Won’t use anyone else!! Plus love the office staff-also very easy to deal with and get things done!
I ended up with TWO flat tires while traveling back to the area from out of state. Late on a Friday night, they answered the call right away and sent a truck all the way to Eminence to help. Caleb made sure they sent me somewhere I could get the tires I needed and even called ahead to be sure they had my tires. Wayne arrived quickly and transported my car safely to the 24-hr tire repair service and didn’t leave until he knew we would be taken care of. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and got the job done so that we could be on our way to see family. We appreciate the care taken to help us out when we needed it.
