We called them tonight cause we was locked out of our vehicle. It might have took awhile to get it unlocked but Jason came to the rescue to help another one of his guys and he finally got it unlocked for us.

I would like to thank Wade for going above and beyond what he had to do. We had a rental break down in Evansville and rental company contacted your company for tow. We had to go to airport to get another rental. Wade took us to airport parked up front near drop off area, he waited for my husband to get rental and drive it up to drop off area. He then unloaded our groceries so that we could put in rental. This young man did not need to do any of this, so yes he went above and beyond what he needed to do. My granddaughter's car quit on her, she is on my AAA. She called AAA after calling me on what to do. I was 15 minutes away. When I got there, Silver Creek Towing pulled up too. They young gentleman was the nicest person, very well mannered, wanted to know where we wanted the car towed to? He knew exactly where the shop was, put her vehicle on the truck within a matter of minutes and away he went. I just wanted to stress how helpful and courteous this young man was. One of their drivers on the highway cut me off with my two toddler babies in the car almost crossed us and killed us all, but I slammed my brace and thank God didn’t hurt us! I called their number and everything and I’m not sure if they did anything about it but definitely lucky if my kids wasn’t in the car. I probably would’ve took my chances and got crushed in the hell out of them. But my children were in the car with me and being a father, my father instinct I have to protect my children so I couldn’t do it. But anything like I could call the cops and get them in trouble either but that’s really uncalled for I had stickers on my car too saying I have children in my car. And what I’m saying, there is a big yellow sticker saying Warning children in car!! Regardless, if there was children in the car or not, which there was is what I’m getting at as nobody should do that if it’s an older person if it’s one person or a bunch of people somebody could’ve got killed and that’s uncalled for! Really that guy should lose his job.
