I couldnt recommend case towing enough, they were very responsive and professional. I had a tire blow out on my motorcycle and they were quick to come lend a hand, best towing company hands down in the tristate!!!
I live in Tennessee just bought a classic car from this area, had a flat tire and wouldn’t start. They came over 30 minutes within calling, got it loaded up, and damage free for a fair price.
The driver was extremely friendly, helpful, careful, and prompt. Called and let me know where they were to touch base. Sent me a copy of the receipt and picture of the toe. Mentioned I may check with insurance for reimbursement. Wouldn't have thought of that.. Locked my vehicle up at the shop for me. I definitely would highly recommend them!! Thanks again for your help and wonderful service!!
Supposed to be there at 830am, lied over and over how they were on the way, then 6 hours later stop answering the phone all together after I had already paid. Come to find out also wrote my credit card info down too. Finally got told find someone else. Owner is a jerk be better off pushing your car trust me

He came and got my truck well after hours and helped me out after I had called a different company and they never showed up. Very friendly and polite. 10 out of 10. Definitely would recommend.

I’ve probably used every towing service in Henderson at least once or so I thought. Tonight I found case. By far the best In town. My work van laid down on me tonight and this man was there to pick it up in what seemed like 5 minutes. Took it to shop and dropped it. The whole experience took like 20 min. I called Case Towing when my truck broke down on me and needed towed. They picked it up within an hour and took it to Evansville for me. Very well priced too. I thought it would be more expensive. The man was very nice and helpful. I would recommend then to anyone.
This is an amazing company that helped me tremendously with my daughters accident. Im 45 years old and Ive had to deal with several wrecker and recovery services. I can truly say that this was the most friendly and helpful experience I have ever had. Case Towing and Roadside is a local business owned by a good man trying to expand his services. I pray that God blesses him and his family with a very successful business. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needing tow/recovery/roadside services. He will be my only call next time I need something done.
I Had a blowout on the interstate. After contacting our roadside assistance company they contacted CASE. It took a little bit for them to get to our location because they had emergencies. (Understandable as my blowout was not an emergency just an inconvenience for myself) Once they arrived they had my car loaded in no time. And we were able to change the drop off location with no troubles. They were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely remember them if I am ever in need of a tow again.

Great experience with this business. They got me taken care of car was towed safe and sound where it needed to go. Also they were the first ones to answer after trying 2 other places claiming to be 24 hours and getting no answer. Definitely hope I don't need them in the future but if I ever need services again I know who to call.
I had a flat tire at Walgreens and they were there litterally within minutes. They were very professional and work so well together as a team to be as fast as possible. They put my donut on and ensured it had an efficient amount of air before sending me on my way! 10/10 recommend!!!

I started off my new year with my car dying in the middle of the road. We used to use Rideout's for towing but saw the reviews for tri county and gave him a call. He was super sweet and quick. He was there and had me home before before I had much time to process all that had happened. Very personable him and his wife both. Thank you for friendly speedy service!!
