I was just in town doing a photo shoot with the rideout guys who were doing some training. They were a great bunch. If I was ever in need of their services these are they guys I'd call for sure.
My truck broke down in Henderson, I live in Evansville and had to have it towed across the bridge. First place I called wanted almost $700.00 after I finished laughing I kindly told them that was more money than my truck was worth and that I would not be using them. I called Rideouts the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and professional the driver (didn’t get/remember either of there names) arrived quick and had my truck hooked up and across the bridge in no time flat despite it being 5 o’clock rush hour traffic. Overall my experience was awesome the price was great. I would recommend Rideouts to anyone needing a tow.

Came in less than an hour to pick up my vehicle. The driver was very careful to not damage anything loading it and made sure it was secured properly. Cost was very reasonable IMO
Car broke down was quoted a lot higher number but then was given a big discount saved me a lot of money they were very nice and respectful will use them next time hopefully won't need a next time but if I do I will go through them
These guys saved me when I had flat tire early morning when storming …. The dispatcher was on the spot sending tow truck ASAP… tow truck operator was outstanding professional….and showed compassion. Gave peace of Mind in a stressful circumstance.

Steve towed my truck 2x and I was very pleased. 1st time car broke down on overpass and he arrived in 10 min. I had 2 teenagers and 2 premature twins... It was a crisis! YAY Steve. Yesterday I needed it towed to my home and it took a couple of hours... Should have had them call when they were on their way. My bad. Like Steve's accent!
The staff are always friendly and nice when i go. My uncle only took his car there so when he gave me the car I continued to do the same. Great place!!
We were traveling through Kentucky, pulling a car hauler trailer with a 3/4 ton Suburban, and had a rear tire steel belt tread peel off and literally destroy the wheel well and fender. One of the tire services in Henderson, KY suggested I contact this towing business as they didn’t provide towing service themselves. We were located 15 miles from their service center. Rideout sent a tow truck promptly, loaded the Suburban up on the truck, and pulled the car hauler trailer behind to their service center. The tow truck driver was Jackie (spelling may be wrong) and he was a great guy friendly and efficient. At the service center, they pulled the wheel and placed a decent used tire. The spare was literally rusted in up under the Suburban…very hard to get it down. The spare was flat and needed a valve stem. They also worked to secure the mangled wheel well including the electrical unit supplying electricity to the rear heater/AC as this had been tore loose. Appreciated all that Lance and the others did to get us back on the road. They did quality work for about 1 1/2 hours. Everyone working there was friendly and truly cared that things were safe for further travel…can’t say enough about how nice they all were. And if that wasn’t enough, the charge for the towing, tire repair, damage cleanup, etc. was extremely reasonable. I expected to pay 4 times what they charged.
I highly recommend Rideout Service Center for any towing you may need. Will never forget how they came to the rescue in our time of need!
Friendly employees! They will check your tire pressure for free!! They will plug your tires if you have a hole in it for $10
If they tow your car please be aware that they charged every day for your car sitting on their lot. $$$
Terrible attitude and if you say anything he will threaten to keep your vehicle saying he dont care what the police say that it's his shop and they dont run it. All around terrible people with terrible attitudes
My vehicle took a dump about 4 miles from the 69 north turn off to Henderson and had to be towed to Evansville on a Sunday afternoon.
Rideouts Service Center was the only tow operator actually answering phones and they had a truck out to me about thirty minutes later and got the broken vehicle and me to my destination about 30 minutes after that.
The truck operator, Craig, was very professional and very knowledgeable. And when we reached the destination I was very pleasantly surprised with the bill. My cost was less than half of what the other tow companies wanted to charge that day when they finally listened to their messages and got back in touch
Next time I need a vehicle towed they're definitely going to be the company I call. I was very satisfied with everything about Rideouts Service Center
Chris was AMAZING. I have never had to get a car towed and was stranded outside Henderson. I called Rideout's and they instantly sent a person out. They arrived quickly and drove me to the east side of Evansville. Alot of the negative reviews were talking about bad customer service and their service being expensive, but I had a great experience and the towing was MUCH cheaper than what I was quoted from other local towing services. Highly recommend!
Gary the owner came to tow our RV we bought and and I couldn’t be happier . He was very knowledgeable and made sure the RV got home safely , he took his time to walk around and check all door handles to make sure it was secure on the road. Afterwards he helped me pull my steps out and gave me some advice about traveling with our new RV since it’s our first one .

Slid off the road today and could not get out. Gave these guys a call and they showed up quickly and got me unstuck and on my way back home. Great service. Very helpful and I thought the price was very reasonable.

Was quick and price was fair. Driver was safe friendly and very efficient. He didn't waste a second and he hit the ground running. Took my pos back to get another new engine and dropped me off at house. Call these guys if in evansville tristate area for sure.
Fast and professional 10 minutes after I got off the phone with them they were here and unlocked my car. They also take debit cards. Alot of people around town only take cash.
I'm from Evansville and was broke down in Henderson, Kentucky with a bad alternator. Brian came to assist me and was kind and polite. He was very knowledgeable on car maintenance and did a great job on helping me get my car to a repair shop.
The guy who towed my car was VERY nice. That is the ONLY good thing I have to say about them. They completely screwed up my car. I took it to them to fix it, paid $500 and then a week later it broke down (with a problem that WASN'T happening before). I took it back to them to fix their mistake and they told me to junk my car that it wasn't worth it. I then took it somewhere else (a GREAT place to go is Dartt's Automotive in case you were wondering) and they told me my car could easily be fixed. Rideout's apparently bent a tooth on my crank shaft position sensor when "fixing" it which caused my car to break down (along with many other things they SAID they fixed but didn't). Dartt's had to clean up Rideout's mess because they obviously have no idea what they are doing. Not to mention they way over charged for what they SHOULD have done....I will NEVER return here.
Any small business can have a bad situation. Usually, if you talk to them and find out the specifics, or if you have another company validate the mistake, you can take them to small claims court. But, anonymous posting is rude and baseless and for Google to have it pop up every time that one looks the company information up, is just wrong.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF THEY MESS SOMETHING UP THEY WILL NOT FIX IT! KEEP PUTTING OFF FIXING WORK EVERY TIME I TRY TO HAVE THEM CHECK THE SMALLEST THING, IT IS GOING TO LEAD TO BIGGER PROBLEMS. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE AND HAVE A REAL CERTIFIED MECHANIC WORK ON IT!!!!!!!!
