I had an alignment done at Midas. I was very pleased with their work, professionalism and all in all service. I highly recommend their services!

Shawn was very helpful, I only have one vehicle and he made sure me and my daughter had a ride home and back to shop to pickup my vehicle.

Mechanic staff were very friendly and did a great job. The front desk were not very friendly and their customer service was not that great. I went in for new breaks. I asked them while they had the tires off if they would rotate the tires (I would have paid) they said yes when I picked up my vehicle, I asked them if they had rotated the tires because I did not see it on the invoice. They said “no, I don’t think so.” When the test drive came back. I asked them if they were the ones that worked on the truck? They said yes. I asked them if they rotated the tires, and they said no. I said thanks, I wasn’t upset because things happen. However, there was no effort in trying to make up for their the lack of not doing it. Nothing…. Not I’m sorry. Nothing… just wasn’t expecting after just dropping $1,600. Again, mechanics were great. Got in same day and back same day, which was nice.

Excellent experience. Fast, efficient service. Very helpful and friendly staff who really care. Their followup and willingness to be of service is greatly appreciated.

I have not bought tires for many years so I don't know if the price is high or not. But , they went above and beyond to be very helpful. I will use them again and I will definitely recommend them.

Excellent work and service . They do a very thorough inspection report of your vehicle before it leaves the shop letting the customer know potential problems that may arise in the future. I highly recommend and trust their judgment.

I would absolutely recommend Midas!! The staff was extremely friendly and got us in immediately and it was between Christmas and the New Year. Had our muffler fixed and out the door in a couple of hours.

Excellent Service! Took vehicle for an oil change and was concerned about my tire. They ended up taking care of me and I was able to get all four tire!

Tire was a little low this morning. Tried to air it up and somehow that made it worse. Got it to these guys and they got me set up with a new tire and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Price seemed more than fair considering the prompt service. Shawn was very friendly. They handle a wide array of auto work, so definitely pay them a visit next time you're needing something done.

I spent $1700 at Midas and left out with the same issue I came in with I'm very unsatisfied, and very upset. I was told from another mechanic at another shop that it was my tires but he couldn’t get me in and that's what the issue ended up being. However, the gentleman at Midas told me it was my struts and Shawn suggested I get my CV Axle replaced as well. As a female and unaware, I trusted them and had those items replaced. My car was still riding the same after replacing those parts. Shawn, then told me I had a broken belt in my tire. I need to get two new tires, then priced my some $700 tires, smh. I will never utilize Midas service again. They only care about what they can profit from a customer rather than the customer leaving satisfied and issue resolved. I feel like I was hustled and taken advantage of. Once again I will never be back!!! Please don’t utilize their services!!!

Costs a little more, but worth it. They are quick, yet thorough. They go out of their way to schedule you to your liking. Plus, they provide complimentary transport while doing the work you needed. Also, very polite and professional. Highly recommend.

During a 1000 mile road trip and started having bearing issues. Saw this Midas right off the road, so I stopped in. These guys took the car in right away and took care of what I needed to ensure a safe road trip! They were upfront and were very transparent on what needed to be addressed right away. A few hours later I was back on the road!

Absolutely amazing people and great environment. Helped us with a ride while our car was being worked on. And got our vechile in 3 hrs early when it decided to stop working. Overall amazing experience and form now in coming here with car issues☺️

Great customer service! They got my vehicle in very quickly and communicated very well on the cost of repairs. They even followed up a couple weeks later to make sure everything was still OK. Highly recommend them.

Awesome experience brought in my vehicle for an exhaust fix, they know how to take care of you and give you a great reasonable price for it, I have a convertible that often leaks they even offered to leave it in their garage so no further leaks happened, Definitely recommend over other shops I’ve been too that won’t work on prices and don’t offer as much. Please go here for your vehicles best option!

I love the guys here at Midas in Henderson, Kentucky. They always go out of their way to make sure that what I want is done and that it is done correctly. They also always try to look for deals for me and I appreciate that. I always know when I leave there that I’m safe in my vehicle And that means the world to me.

Had a ton work done on my old Corolla. They transported me home to keep my car! Can you believe it! Then the work took them into overtime and they still finished the job proficiently! Excellent customer service and repair work. Thanks to all!

They are always so helpful and I never have a problem getting an appointment to fit my schedule. They keep me updated on what’s going on with my vehicle and they don’t surprise me with any cost that isn’t discussed before hand. I’ve been taking my vehicles here for 2 years now and have never been disappointed.

I came into Midas on 9/16 and got amazing service. They did a full check on my vehicle and gave me a price, before I could even make a face they already had solutions I could use. The front desk was extremely helpful and I never had a doubt that they would get me taken care of. There was an estimated 13 hours of labor, two technicians came down with a stomach virus and they STILL managed to get everything done in one day (just under 10 hours). I was extremely impressed and will no doubt do business again with them again!

Shawn and Jacob hooked me up with a quick wheel alignment after hitting a monster pothole in my road trip. They got my MB E63 AMG wagon tracking straight in under an hour. Exceptional customer service.

Thank you for taking care of my Aunt & Uncle and keeping their two vehicles on the road safely.
