Order a battery and a filter for a Shelby through this joke of a parts facility. Go to pick them up on a Saturday. Parts employee can’t find them. Doesn’t even bother to look the parts up to find the locations. Call in on Monday. They tell me they have them and to come back again. Acts like it’s no big deal. I call in when I can come pick them up. Shelly says she has them, “I didn’t send them back” she says, I tell her to put her hands on them before I make yet another wasted trip. She looks for them in store, can’t find them…asks me for the part numbers??? She then says the battery isn’t here and blames me for not paying for them. Shelly hangs up when I ask her what kind of shit show they are running up there. I’ve dealt in parts and service for 25 years. Never seen such a crap shoot like what these people have turned our bumper to bumper of Henderson Ky in too. I will not be back for motorcraft parts or any other part for that matter. Unfortunately this is your average automotive parts store these days. Something so simple as a battery and an air filter. Beware of this place unless you plan on giving them the part numbers, ordering the parts, ringing yourself up and pulling the parts out of inventory yourself.
Incredibly cool old-school auto parts and restoration store. Our company van needed a not-so-easy to find tail light assembly, and we bought our first one there about a year ago. Then when we got back to Nashville we realized the other one was out also! We decided that the next time we were in Henderson we would stop back by Bumper To Bumper and get a second one. This place stocks many new-old-stock type parts you just would not expect to find without a hard search. The owner and staff are very helpful and cordial. I forgot how long they said they have been in business, but I know they said decades. Plus there is no telling what other parts they have in their warehouse that you can't see in their store area. Stop by this place some time when you are nearby and expect to be amazed! Great prices too.
