We were traveling from Memphis, TN to IN and had issue with a wheel barrel. We called and was told he would have the part placement needed for our 2016 Doug Ram. They were prompt and friendly. He finished start to finish in about an hour. Prices was reasonable and fair.
Exceptional service! Our Subaru clutch went out on a road trip and this crew had us back on the road after towing the car and replacing the clutch, with the several hours of labor that entails, that day. We can't say enough good words for their work and kindness to us.

They're great. Wife broke down in the middle of the road. They got her off the road, towed the van, and diagnosised it very quickly. Fair price and honest.
Got me in right away and fixed our problem (recharged the air-conditioner). Checked the compressor and for leaks. In and out in a half hour right before they closed. Price was VERY fair.
We were on the road and had a tire problem. We stopped by and Mike helped us out. He answered the phone and told us to come by. He looked at it immediately and pulled it in the shop and identified that the lugs on a tire were loose. He fixed it and didn’t charge us. He was a life saver…literally!

Can’t speak highly enough of the guys here. Absolutely would recommend this company. We were broke down on the expressway early evening on a Friday night, pickup, camper and two dogs.....We called and within less than an hour was towed and safe. I took my truck to Carl’s, fully expecting to spend well over 1000 dollars on a turbo. A few hours later, I picked up my truck running as good as new for 48 bucks. They could have easily put a turbo on it and charged me thousands, but they didn’t. If your looking for honest folks who just want to do what’s right, this is the place to go! Restored my faith in people!
I work third shift and have a difficult time scheduling repairs. Carl's got my 1996 Tahoe in on Saturday morning, diagnosed the problem and replaced the U-Joint quickly.
