Their people are great their service is great. No problem ever if you need to return something. Sometimes they go above and beyond the warranty stated on the receipt time wise. Just an overall good company to do business with. I wish I would have gotten the guy's name but it doesn't matter, all their people are great. It must be a decent place to work also because some of their people have been there a long time and that says a lot.
Edit... Fast forward one year. Got a tube of grease and a new end for my grease gun. Guy said $15.14. Gave him $15 was reaching for a single, he said don't worry about the $.14. OK cool. Got home looked at my receipt. Total was $15.14 before promo. Actual total was $14.62. Dude ripped me off for $.38. Wasn't worth going back and complaining but I will definitely check my receipts before leaving in the future.

She brought us the exact tool we needed to fix the problem, saving us from a potential disaster. She didn't just hand it over, either—she made sure we were able to get back on the road safely and finish our journey home. Dry Ridge O Reillys has good people that are always helpful.Usually have what I need . I prefer Wix filters over Fram and Oreillys is where i pickup oil change supplies .
I went in after work to see if someone can help me with a burnt fuse they guy name Austin was completely rude to his customers and refuses to help his customers.
Poor service. Called to just see if they had a hitch in stock and was told I needed to come in and check for myself. I live 40 mins away. I swear ppl don’t even need jobs if they don’t want to do them. It’s literally your job to type in what I need and let me know if you have it. I’ll just keep my business elsewhere. Keep up the great work customers love going anywhere else.
My wife, my 16 yr old son and I were from out of state when our van had engine trouble. We went to OReillys and they happily checked it out and found it was an injector. It was nearing 5 on a Tuesday with little hope for me to get home for an important work meeting the next day. OReilly staff went the extra mile and located a mechanic who was willing to repair our van. Even more, once we arrived at the mechanic's shop, we discovered we needed another part. I called back to O'REILLY, now 8p.m., and no staff was available to deliver the part to the mechanic. OReilly staff had a willing customer at the counter who gladly drove the 5 miles to deliver the part. God bless the staff at OReilly and the man who delivered the part and the mechanic who did the repairs. 5 stars is all Google allows for rating but they all deserve 10.
Fast courteous service, with the battery I was looking for and at a competitive price. Even though they were pretty busy, it seemed like I was in and back out with my purchase in about 10 minutes...
I'll put 1000 stars if I could,,, my trruck broke down the road, and couldn't get service, so I call this O'Reilly and ask for that little part in the photo, I ask if they can deliver since I was 17 miles away, she says they don't do deliveries that far but I was on there way somewhere else, so she bring it to me at no cost, and tell me that if I need anything else just call the store and said I talk to her,, fortunately I could repair my truck and keep on trucking..

I'm from Wisconsin and my car broke down on a Sunday morning. Tony and Joey were so helpful and got us connected to G&G's Towing so we could get back on the road. If I'm ever back in Dry Ridge I'll be stopping by with more jelly donuts and a peach refresher from Dunkin Donuts! Thank you for all your help and hospitality!
Stoped in to buy a wrench my snow plow needed a quick adjustment
The lady at the counter said I could take out and see if it fits well it did and I adjusted my springs. Went back to pay she said don't worry about it. I was willing to pay next time I need something I'll go back. That was good customer service

Staff is excellent!! Prices are cheaper than their competition usually. They'll install little things like wiper blades & stuff for free. They have a cart full of tools they let people borrow from to use in their parking lot. If they don't have the part you need in stock they can usually get it within a few hours for you. Again, I love the staff!!!

Went here to get windshield wipers and the staff was helpful in finding the right ones for my car. They were helpful installing them on my car. The only thing that I wasn't a huge fan about was how loud they were playing music. It was blaring loud and it was not enjoyable
Excellent service and convenient to where I live. Their staff is highly knowledgeable and are very helpful. Sometimes you have to wait in line but it's well worth it.
A nice place to pick up any vehicle part or tool you might need, from a distributor cap to brakes, they have it all. If not on stock they can usually get any part in a day's time. The return that I had was unexpected but they made the return painless as possible. I had a part that cost $120 and I took it back 1st thing in the morning. Well the store just opened and they didn't have money in the drawers to do the return yet. They asked if I could come back at noon? I said yes however im not sure I had enough gas to make it back so I asked the cashier to barrow $5 for gas till we got back? He said yes and happy to report I returned and got the rest of my money and he got his $5 back also. Thank you again O.Reilly .
If I could rate this 10 stars I would. We were on our way from Knoxville to Indy when our car started to overheat. We pulled in 10 minutes before close (on thanksgiving eve) and the staff stayed late to help us diagnose the problem, find the part we needed, and install it so we could make it to our family on time. Literally saved our weekend. I highly recommend
Worst service ever! If a older lady manager is working when you walk in walk back out!! Very rude and dissrepectful, don't know how to look anything up to show you want you want. I even told her the name of it and she said she didn't know what to do I'm not a mechanic. " a guy walked up and knew more than she did! She should not be working their at all! Dry ridge auto part. she had a line backed up to the aisles ! Horrible service. short older lady supposedly the manager I have to go back if she still their I'm getting her name and calling her boss . what happened to the nice men that worked their they knew what they was doing she don't know anything
