THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO WORK WITH!! Harry is a lifesaver! We were visiting my grandma in Paintsville when my car wouldn’t start. We were supposed to head home to Georgia on Memorial Day and figured everything would be closed until Tuesday. To our surprise, we called Adam’s Towing company on Memorial Day and Harry was happy to come pick it up immediately. He let us know they also do work like installing new starters, and that he could have it back to us by tomorrow, assuming that was the issue. Well, it WAS! He picked up the car about 3pm on Monday and it was back to us ready to go and drive back home by noon on Tuesday. We have jobs we have to get back to, a toddlers routine we. wed to stick to, and our pup back at home with my parents. He doesn’t know how much we appreciate him for prioritizing our family and our Kia Soul. Not only that, it was incredibly reasonably priced for the towing, the part and the labor. Because of him, we are able to get back home safely the NEXT DAY! I’m forever grateful.
This guy is honest and has integrity. I damaged my car on a road trip in a small town across state lines, so I was on my own. Adams was the only one willing to help me out on a Sunday night. He could have easily taken advantage of the circumstances, but he helped me out at a fair and reasonable price. When I spoke to him, I even told him that I believed the wheels themselves were damaged, but he told me they were fine and just charged me for the tires. He could have easily upsold me there, but he did the right thing. I kind of wish he’d move to my area because this is a guy you can trust. I pulled out of his lot and drove another 200 miles without issue, so his work was dependable.
My wife and I bought a truck from Adams early July. The truck was just as described, and the service we got from the owner and his daughter (and from the staff) was excellent! The business back story was humbling to hear-the owner has had to flex his operations several times in order to keep his employees employed. I would thoroughly recommend doing business with Adams!
My car broke down and Adams had a tow truck to me within 30 minutes. They really helped me out long term because it's been tough finding a transmission for a Maxima over the past few months. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!
Drove 5 hours from central Ohio, headed to Mine Made Adventure... Wheel & tire came off my truck 15 mins away from my destination. Sheared lug studs right off, there was no fixing this on the road... Stranded on the highway at 9pm in the middle of Kentucky. Lucky it happened in front of a local state troopers house and he was kind enough to come help me find a tow. ALL of the guys at Adam's were great. Tow truck was there in 45 mins and towed me and the SXS on trailer to my cabin... truck was fixed the next day AND ON TOP OF IT ALL they delivered it to me!!! 10/10 Service. Incredibly reasonable prices. I want to move to Kentucky now the people were so kind.
We were on vacation and had a mishap with our trailer wheel. Not knowing the area, Adam's Auto Parts was recommended. Our experience was incredible! Not only did we enjoy the local hospitality, the swinging door of both workers and businessmen alike bantering and laughing, the cat, the stories, and had us up and running in about an hour with no appointment! Thank you Harry and the entire Adam's Auto staff!
Bought a tire and rim after taking it to get balanced we found that the rim was extremely bent and the tire wasn't the size they said it was. Refused to refund or exchange. Extremely rude and dismissive.
Was from out of town broke down wrecker driver was nice owner and mechanics were friendly was not over priced like some places do to people from out of town would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good people
