Very easy to deal with very knowledgeable associates and prompt service. I was a GM for advance auto parts and I have gotten better service and prices from O’ Reilly than I have from advance since leaving there. Had a really good experience from this store with one of the employees I think name was Nick took good care of my wife elderly uncle. Definitely will shop more with this store because of that it was around 7:30 before closing time on 6/15/25 keep up the great customer service!!

Didn't have the part i needed but, that rarely happens.

Great parts store! We have a commercial account with them and they always take good care of us. Prices are good, service is good. Pretty good group of knowledgeable guys working there usually. Of late there has been a few that appear to just be there for the job and we have to remind them to put it on our commercial account but still would give the place 5 stars.

I have had good information when calling the store or stopping by there. Great phone and in store service. Clean and reliable service with great customer service at counter. Although I don't think the website is at the best . We feel it'sinformation incorrect and or just gives you a run around about the part . Website is not working well and or friendly but, frustrating. At its best

With so many auto part stores around they back there products and are fare in price , employees are real nice and know what there talking about ..

Worst part store in the state. Would not recommend them to anyone I purchased new brakes, rotors, and caliper for the rear approximately 5 months ago caliper locked up today and destroyed rotor and brakes and they refused to make it right.

Very helpful staff. Manager even had the part I needed brought from another local store within an hour.
