The team at Advance Auto Parts was outstanding last night. My truck battery had completely failed, and they went above and beyond to help me get back on the road.
They were knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful in every step — from confirming the correct battery to installing my new DieHard Platinum AGM on the spot. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and that the truck was starting and charging properly before I left.
Customer service like this is hard to find. Kudos to the Prestonsburg Advance Auto Parts team for their professionalism and willingness to help. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone needing parts or assistance.
Ordered grease seals for a trailer,said would b n the store by 7:30 am the next morning ,and when I went n the next morning I pick the seals up,good place for auto parts n my humble opinion...
Stopped in for an oil container and funnel to change the oil in my daughter's car. I was impressed at how inexpensive the drain pan was. It was less than $14 which I thought was very reasonable.

I would give NO star if possible. Rude,disrespectful & inconsiderate. Lied & said they didn't have that brand of battery anymore yet they do. Wouldn't even scan the battery to see if it was still under warranty. Tried to sale me the WRONG battery that was overpriced. After I said the cheapest I could get by with.
Go to Dale's, auto zone, o reily, or even Walmart is better.
One of the best auto parts store in the area. Prices are very competitive and usually lower than the competition. The employees and very more knoledgable and more will to help than any of the other stores in the area. They will go above and beyond to help with anything they can.
