Was looking for a car part and did not have it, so I had to go else where.

Employee didn't want to help me find wipers just told where there at and had to ask if he could change them for me will not use that Employee again...

I want to give a special thank you to the guy who helped me. William is his name and this guy is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. This guy deserves a promotion! Once again thank you William. I will be sending all my family to you.

I needed a custom radiator hose for a project I’m currently working on, Tyler was extremely helpful with finding a hose that we can make work. I also was needing some vacuum hoses and fitting as well and Jeremy was quick to grab all that for me. These guys have taken care of me time and time again and they are the reason I only shop here. 100% recommend this store and these employees!!!

Ordered a part and because I was not in the next day to pick it up due to work I was not even given the courtesy of a phone call to see if I needed the part still. Very poor management and customer courtesy. Will not be shopping again. O’Riley’s it is

Friendly, helpful staff, prices in store a bit higher than online, but, they have what's needed, and are willing to help even if they dunno what to do.

After today's experience, I would not have gave even a 1 star rating, but that is the lowest that Google will allow. I will not go into detail here, but will say I drove away very dissatisfied. I only had to drive less than a mile to Advance Auto Parts, where I got better customer service and a lot better deal.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Had what I needed in stock.
