Overall my experience was ok, with much room for improvement. Much of my information was not tracked by the service representative. She had me repeat information that I already gave her. The service representative also gave me wrong information which caused me more time and money. A lack of focus and professionalism on her behalf, I was not happy with her service. Eventually we completed the transaction after we fixed all her mistakes at my expense. - Mr. Chaney
Sold my van today to Cash For Cars. It was so easy and such a smooth process. I contacted them yesterday, got my title notarized at my bank, emailed them pictures of it and they scheduled a pick up for today. The tow truck driver called an hour ahead. He was very friendly and efficient. He gave me the check for the price we agreed upon yesterday and it was that easy! I would recommend them to anyone!
