My only experience in the store was way south of impressive. The owner told me there was no less expensive battery replacement for the battery I had. I found it on Amazon myself before I went to his store. I was trying to find one local without waiting for shipping. If the shipping time wasn't so long, he would not have gotten our business. I don't like to be lied to. The store was also an hour late opening up that day.
I purchased a 12 volt car battery from Batteries and More in July of 2023. It never failed to start, even through the deep cold snap we recently experienced. However, a couple of weeks ago I went out and nothing but a click. After trying to jump it off with no success I checked the battery with a tester which said the battery was no good. I took the battery and receipt to the store and they used the same meter I had used to check it. They installed a new one and even though I had my receipt and offered to show them several times, they didn't require it. Got a new battery and was on my way. Very happy with the guys there.
Bought a battery for my car and didn’t last a year. Was stranded away from home due to the bad battery. Had to buy another one at another store to make it home. Bad battery. I guess you get what you pay for.
The people there will try to help you all they can with any of the batteries that they've got they've got new and used in the used ones are just as good as some of the new ones if they've got some in stock

Low quality batteries. I purchased two bateries for my mini excavator they both lasted less then 2 years. Been on a gold baterie from autozone for 3 years now.
Spectacular customer service! I was blown away by the service here. The prices are outstanding. You can get a high output battery here for a very very reasonable price. I seriously can't recommend then enough. They'll ask you questions to make sure you're getting the right battery for your car and even come out and connect the new battery for free. Highly recommended!
Batteries and More is the perfect place to purchase all types of batteries from big to small and at very economical prices and believe me I have shopped around. They not only carry batteries but many battery related accessories that go with them and also flash light bulbs (LEDs, Halogen and more).
Thus far I've bought a Tractor battery, car battery and lithium rechargeable batteries for flashlights.
The service is unbelievable you will just have to experience it to believe.
