Hate anything Oreillys. SIL bought a part there and I had to go return the WRONG part ordered by oreillys staff...Again. Thank goodness for Advanced Auto
My husband and I came in looking for a part to fix our heat/air in our car. When we came in the first person to greet us was someone named Dylan I believe. He was so nice and very helpful. Had us in and out and was extremely kind to us. We've been in there a few times since and we always look for Dylan when we have questions! Thank you for being a phenomenal help Dylan!!
This store has gone down hill. #1 when you walk in they all just have a sour look on their faces like they hate their lives, like I get it but when you’re at work, put a smile on your face at the bare minimum. #2 the dude that helped me out acted like it was going to kill him to do so and one of the 2 women behind the register who wasn’t already helping someone else was on her phone and didn’t even bother to ask if I needed any help after seeing me standing and waiting. Either hire some new employees or train your current ones on better customer service.
When call they don't want to pick up at all it took me 5 times trying to call and waiting for someone to answer and that took 15 minutes I'm surprise they haven't gone out of business
This is my go to place for Anything Automotive. Their prices are competitive, and their turn around and delivering orders is unprecedented. They also do good for the environment by providing free oil recycling. If that's not enough, they also offer 10% off on everything to veterans. They have earned my trust, and I hope they earn your business.
There the best Auto Parts store ever,they go way out of their way to help and even helped me change a part after they clocked out.Everyone was so nice and personal and had concern over my Vehicle,they remind me of the old mom and pop shops they use to have,All the employees are Awesome and Hats off to Mark,Harold and Steve U all go way out of ur way to make sure I get the right parts and order parts swiftly to make sure I can get them as fast as possible.You have to go see these guys they will make u feel at home and make u feel like ur not just another customer or just a number.They really care about me and not only me they care about making sure every part of ur experience is so awesome u wont wanna go anywhere else,Kotos to the whole team.
I will admit when I walked in and asked about y'all's reviews y'all indeed did get confused 🤔 I wanna thank you O'Reilly's for your wonderful service and prices are great here I know this review has been on hold but it is here now and I dont have pictures of the parts but i spent around $300 on good merchandise !!!!
so customer service are pathetic liars. told my package would show up and it did not they sent it by ups who sent it to South Caroline instead of Virginia. All they had to say was oh well to bad not our problem do not believe anything they say because they are always wrong and lying. I have had more luck speaking to manikins then customer service
Want to say that Mark (didn't get the last name) needs a raise for his excellent customer service. I went in on Saturday 7/16/22. Hope this gets him the recognition he deserves. Great job Mark!
I always have a great experience when I visit O'Reilly's. Employees are amazing, they make sure I get exactly what I need. Very helpful and professional.
My vehical broke down just as I pulled into driveway I went in and ask if I could get somebody to help push it up in parking young man behind counter said sure will be right out nobody cam... A kind man gathered a couple other fellows from lot was going to push but van extra loaded but I still have no where to go .,he asked a man to get his car and give me a push thank God they have one shade spot under a little tree. There I sat,..for 3 hours without a friend ..
The manager there had really little clue how to run the store. Hats off to her though because them boys don't know a thing. She's got her work cut out for her.
Guy sold me three wiper blade all the wrong size. Had to drive home in pouring rain with no wipers and stop at a different parts store to get the right sized ones.
My ol man goes here for just about everything they are really nice an pretty good with helping you out with just about anything. If you don't kno exactly what something is or how to put it in they'll sure help u out.
I was helped by the Assistant Manager at a time when I was so fearful about my Jeep. He put my mind at ease and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find the problem and even fixed it! This guy should be running his own store and definitely get a raise O'Reillys!!
Really helpful always, if they don't have the parts ur needing they'll order it for ya ND have it in within a day or 2.. ND if they can't seem to find what it is ur needing in there systerms they always try to be helpful and point u in the direction u need to go to get what ya need
Im gonna put four stars because when i needed a diagram they gave a diagram of some other truck then the one I needed. Altho they are never rude and always ask you what can i help you with. Real friendly people.
I would advise people to call before you drive here, but chances are, whoever answers the phone just recovered from an overdose behind the dumpster.
Best just to find another source.
I am using my daughter's laptop but on 8/28/17 I was having a meltdown, as my Toyota truck was having a breakdown! I was ugly crying at one point and I'm sure I was grumpy at different times. The staff at the Middlesboro, KY, O'Reillys were so awesome to me! Vicki, Keith and Michael were the best, my husband and I won't forget that either. Thanks so much for your help and kindness. We will keep being O'Reilly customers.
Very helpful and nice would have given 5 stars but most the time u stand in line 15 min.because they have a lot of customers only 2 people working the front
Made a small cash purchase on today's date, November 22, 2015. Counter man was unfriendly and did not thank me for the purchase. Clerk appeared to be irritated by my presence. Get over it, the Civil War has been over for better than 150 years. Would purchase from Auto Zone if I had to make a purchase in this area.
