Can't say enough about the kindness of Blake! They didn't have the tool for sale I needed, but he willingly lent me the stores tool to get my equipment back up and running. I will do all my automotive business here!!!

nothing but problems wrong parts ordered, refusing to return products and some of the staff just do not care at all

Dont make orders here. I can see why this place is always empty. Sold us the wrong parts, admitly claimed we were wrong and the manager yelled at my dad when we called trying to find out the right brake pads. Absolutely rude, low customer service, told us he would hang up because he had in store customers, then tried selling us several other brake pads that would NOT fit once again claiming we were wrong even though we are staring directly at the caliper and old brake pads. Just don't make the mistake of ordering in parts from here.

My car was broke down less than two blocks away from the place and none of the men in there wanted to help. Thankfully, O’Reillys was right around the corner and I went over there and they actually helped me. I hope that all these men at work at advance, auto parts, get diarrhea on the most important day of their lives .

Take old part & check yourself. Be prepared to recieve wrong part at least twice before being told they don't have what your looking for.😡

DO NOT LET YOUR ELDERLY SHOP HERE ALONE. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM. HE WAS GIVEN NO OTHER OPTION AND I CANT RETURN IT.

They were nice and got the part I needed in no time. I'll def go again bc they were a little cheaper than the other parts store.

Out of the 4 people there 1 person decided to get up from his seat and talk to me (the others stayed seated). The others didnt seem to care if I bought anything or not. In a nutshell terrible customer service. I asked questions about antifreeze, they didnt/couldnt answer me. Just lousy, plus one of the guys had terrible body odor! Disgusting! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

Usually always have my parts in stock or can get them quickly. Prices are usually just a bit cheaper than the other local parts stores.

Never really had great dealings here, seemed to not be well supervised and have on more then one occasion gotten the wrong part from them, but if all else fails with O'Reilly's or Autozone this place may have what your looking for it you can get over the young men that work here, seems to me not alot of experience.

I came here for oil, to change in my truck. first they tell me that my truck can't be the year it is without it being a diesel. 5 minutes go by while I'm looking for evidence to prove its a 2500 2020 gas powered truck. So once I show proof they still can't find my model in their system they decide to go back a year because they thought it was the same. It wasnt.... I had to drive 30 min back to grab 2 more quarts of oil because they could not get their competent level under control.

Not once have I went there and them be rude, uncaring, or selfless people. They are always so welcoming and friendly and they've always had what I needed and if I wasnt for sure on what it was that I needed all I had to do was explain my situation to them and they would help me solve my problem and make sure I got the right part. They also made sure to let me know if it wasnt the right part to bring it back for a refund or exchange for what i did need. There prices are very reasonable also. Its hard to find a store with friendly employees willing to help anyway that they can with amazing prices and product guarantee this day and time.... Thanks for being helpful to us who dont know alot about our vehicles lol..

Well, the man josh knew what he was doing, unlike most people, and tested the starter we thought was junk, but turned out that it is able to be rebuilt! Thanks to him we are able to save some money!! Thanks advance for helping!

Got the wrong part once again and now they have a new policy that you have to have the same credit card on you that you used to purchase. Cost me an extra 45 minutes because my wife purchased the item and had to wait on her to bring card. Never again.

These dudes and ladies are on top of there game I ask where something was and all 4 answers simultaneously like they rehearsed it. A+ experience..

The staff will bend over backwards eagerly to not only find you the best deals and parts you need but also to diagnose and troubleshoot your problems. Inexperienced? Overwhelmed? No worries! Relax, take a deep breath and go to Advance Auto. I'm glad I did, automotive illiterate amateur mechanic me was in good hands! Don't be afraid to attempt your own routine maintenance or even doing repairs and replacing parts. 2 years and 20 parts later I can confidently say I'm a diagnostic deciphering, part replacing, aftermarket installing, maintenance maniac! I'm my own personal pit crew, although breakdowns are a bummer their not nearly as bad when you know your car bumper to bumper. In the years to come Moderate mechanics me is looking forward to becoming a master mechanic! Im going from Backyard or Brickyard baby!

I like the employees and the fact they still mix paint for cars, as far as whats on the shelf parts wise it compares to Oreilleys , but is ahead of Auto Zone

They were able to get a replacement wiper for my back windshield but they couldn't figure out how to get it on. I was hoping they would be able to help me figure it out seeing RAV4 are popular being so close to a Toyota plant.
