Terrible, sells cars with issues. Such as needing a new motor. Only was able to drive our car for 2 weeks before it quit running. Gave us the run around and offered to trade us vehicles, but changed his mind when we were on the way there.
He’s not honest. He will not treat you good. and your vehicle will not be dependable. And you will be out of $6,000.

Bob was extremely kind and helpful in helping repair our vehicle. Extremely satisfactory service.
Bought a car from them immediately had to put it in the shop, car had stop leak in it but bob claims they run it through all their vehicles, month or so later while car won’t move without over heating they were hiding the fact the car had a bad head gasket
Bob is nice but the car we bought was awful, we’ve had it since March 2021. It’s been broken down more than it’s been drivable. Wouldn’t recommend this car lot.

Decent used cars. Willing to deal on price. Had a issue with vehicle purchased with in two weeks of sale. Took vehicle to dealer they fixed and the repair was covered.
I would purchase from there again. They are used, usual 100 thousand miles or more so expect some wear and tear.
Auto Outlet II which is owned and operated by Bob, is a great place to purchase a vehicle from.
First off ,they have a very nice selection of cars. The second, is they are very clean not like your average used car lot that an individual owns. Bob is an outstanding guy to buy a car from when you might be on a budget. Bob will work within your budget to help you the best he can.
However lets be honest. You can not expect to go in having $5000.00 . Expecting to drive off with a vehicle worth $10,000.00. If you have a budget of $5000.00 let say , you can get a very dependable vehicle from his car lot. Really anywhere unless you buy a LEMON in that price range.
Bob goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. While having a genuine heart for his customers . The average individual car lot owners will take the customers hard earned money. That could have even taken you months to save.
Then what normaly happens next ?
Well let's again be honest . You the customer get treated as once you are off the lot, it's just on to the next cash sale.

Bob has a few employees that work for him the work on site. One I can not remember his name. Although, he was there the night I bought my car. He is such a gentleman as well. I know since when I bought my vehicle that night he was in the office. Then there is also an employee named Brian. He will help fix things and get the job done.
Bob is one of the nicest car lot owners I have ever met and he's got the best manners as well. You don't find the often nowadays . I would without a doubt go to Bob at Auto Outlet II for a future purchase for my husband. My children and maybe even myself once I have a higher budget. For now I'm grateful for my new vehicle. I love my vehicle Bob.
