Had a friend stuck in the area and they were very kind in working with me to get her towed into town so that her vehicle could get fixed. They even worked with the local police department so that we got to pay far less than was originally quoted.

Excellent timely service at a better price than other companies quoted. The driver even went out of their way to pick me up from a hotel to take be back to the stuck vehicle before winching it out.

Got busted heater hose or coolant hose, called that number and the guy was here in 30 minutes with everything I needed and got me on my way the fastest and the best service I ever got on the road being broke down and I’ve been driving 20 years

I was stuck in the mud today and they worked with me and got me out and back on the road talk notch quality, good service appreciated the gentleman that took care of me kudos

Got me up and running again quickly. I feel they were really expensive even for an after hours call.

Literally had to involve the police to get rid of them. They come and do whatever they want and charge double on top of that. Avoid them if you can.

When I called for service. They explained wenching started at 350.00 dollars, and that they could not give me a cost for pulling me out until after the job was done. She told me she would text me so I could send her pictures of how and where I was stuck. I explained to her that I only had 500.00 on me and that if the cost was going to exceed that then I would have to make some calls to get the rest of the cash. She explained again that I would need to pay out after the job was done. After 20 minutes and no text or call or sign of anyone showing up. I pulled myself out. It was hard in my vehicle would have been nice to get a call telling me something. After this experience, I can not recommend this company for their services.

After trying to get my truck on a flat deck trailer myself. It was too big too wide and weighed too much for the trailer. I gave in and called the tow service. Truck broke down in the morning and after struggling all day I should have just called the wrecker to begin with. Got it loaded and to the shop quickly. Thanks for the help I will know better next time.

Called them to repair my trailer tire.they say 90 minutes and ask me do I want used or a new tire in case they couldn't repair.i said used.after two and a half hours they called and they say they don't have a used only new.i agree with new and I have to wait another 20-30 min to come to me.he came,repair my tire total 340 and waiting and repair time 3 hours and 45 min.

They may answer the phone 24 hours, but you will only get service during the daylight hours.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with this company. We were left stranded when any another tow company failed to arrive. USAA contacted Strickland and they arrived quickly. The tow driver was extremely professional and got our vehicle to a service center in time for a weekend repair. We were able to get back on the road for the remainder of our vacation as a result. Two thumbs up!

Very unprofessional. Stated they would arrive within the hour when were 4 miles away from their shop. Two and a half hours later, they still could not tell us an eta. We had no choice but to call another roadside service.

$65 hookup fee + $3.50 per mile was the discounted rate + Merchant Fee. No A/C in tow truck @ 101°

Arrived when he said he would, took care loading and unloading my car, fair price.

The owner of this company is a liar, and takes advantage of his position to reneg on his word at his whim and without any rationalization or common sense. Doesn't provide a bill upon rendering services and will then try to charge you outrageous amounts for services that weren't necessary! I literally had to call the cops just to get the access to my tow that is required and provided by law when I am the one who requested their services in the first place! To make matters worse, the staff is too afraid of his unchecked temper to speak up for fear of reprisal even when they know he has outright lied and is causing damage to unrelated people's businesses. I specifically asked whether or not I would be allowed to access the vehicle the next day as I had parts in it that a farmer urgently needed. I was assured it wouldn't be a problem to access the vehicle I chose to have them tow the next morning. 16 hrs later when I arrived to grab a couple things, they said that the vehicle was not where they said, but in another town in a warehouse to which only one person had the key, and they would be gone for two more days. Kansas law specific states  (2) that an owner of a vehicle towed shall have access to personal property in such vehicle for 48 hours after such vehicle has been towed and such personal property shall be released to the owner. Rather than fight them on it, I drove the 500 miles each way back to Denver and came back this week as they had stated I could. When I tried to again get access to my trailer to get these coie parts for this farmer, I was told that now I couldn't get anything. So after 1000 miles and a week of waiting, the owner just changed his mind, which is now causing real tangible damage to my business and clients.

Stuck in a mud ditch in the middle of nowhere - they came and pulled my out. Took a while for them to get there, but that's because like I said - middle of nowhere.

Waited 6 hours no response they didn't even let aaa know that they weren't coming really dropped the ball

Plenty of good tow boys in the business, do your research, avoid strickland and ask tow rates.

We got stuck in the mud last night about 5miles from this tow service. It was late at night, out in the middle of NO WHERE, a GPS mistake . I mean stuck...They refused to come help us because and I quote "We arent doing any mud rescues tonight". Found a guy named Mike out if Bel Plaine, 30mins away from us who came and wenched us out. Word of mouth means a lot and nothing good will EVER come out of my mouth for this tow company. We needed help and they refused, funny thing is it took Mike LLC all of twenty mins to get us out.

Let me start off by saying these people are the most disgusting people I've ever had to work with. My driver got pulled into a scale house last night and placed out of service for trailer brakes. Them being the only people in the area I had no choice but to have them come out and they had my driver take truck to their shop in the morning. Average cost on brakes and drums with labor is 600 to 700. Their total came out to 1653$. Price was a complete rip off for one. Second, one of their employees threatened to shoot my driver while I was on the phone with the driver because he wrote down the com check wrong by one number honest mistake. They yelled at him completely disrespecting him threatened him and all type of unnecessary behavior.

What ever you do don't waste time calling these rip off artists. Plenty of good people in the towing industry. These are just not one of them.

Called them to tow my truck which fell in a ditch, they took their sweet time.a job that could be done in two hrs took them 6.the prices are ridiculous too. Bewear.

Called them for a busted radiator hose, gave them the year, model and vin number for the truck. They were an hour late from the time they were to arrive. Brought a simple straight hose, messed with it for and hour and a half then charged me $125 to go back into town and get the proper hose. Didn't bring coolant for the truck as requested, we were on the road again after about 6 hrs down and still had to go to the nearest truck stop and buy coolant. Charged over $700 to replace the top hose. Inept price gouger, will not use them again no matter what the situation.
