I had them order me a brand new xp1000 motor. Fantastic people and very friendly and helpful with all the extras I purchased for my ranger. That's why I chose them, great experience. I tried the rebuilt motor of $4500 with a warranty total was of money.. if you want great work, great parts I 1000% recommend Countryside Motors.

I scheduled my first oil change on my new 2500 and told them I wanted Rotella "T6 full synthetic" oil in my truck and he said ok. The guy even wrote it down on the schedule. I saw the guy that was to change my oil put the jugs in my seat and drove in a bay to get started. I didn't think about it at the time but the jugs were white. The T6 full synthetic is in a blue jug. "Regular T4" oil is in white jugs. So I didn't get the oil I asked for which ticked me off a bit. It would have been a 5☆ review if they had just did what I asked. The guy that scheduled me was friendly and confident so I didn't think I needed to question him to make sure they were using the oil I requested.

I have debated on posting this, but everyone needs to be aware. I scheduled my Tahoe for an oil change. I was told $80. I pulled out cash and paid the rest of my bills. Everyone is struggling these days so everyone knows what it’s like to decide what bill to pay. I drop it off to get it changed and when I pick it up. Had a $170 bill! When I stated the oil change was supposed to be $80, the guy stated “well the cabin air filter was nasty and you were low on coolant” the thing is, the Tahoe had just been looked at Firestone in Wichita a couple weeks prior. We knew it was low on coolant but not a whole gallon like this guy said. And Firestone stated the cabin air filter was fine. Whatever. It is what it is. BUT what gets me, they didn’t even ask. They just did it and charged me for them. I had to use $80 cash and then max out what little I had on the other credit cards I had. This is so unprofessional and now that I think about it, I should have made them eat the cost. I didn’t approve those services. So when you go in, be sure to tell them “only do this, don’t touch anything else.” That way, when the guy tells you “it was my idea” you can tell him “good, then use your credit card.” Well never go to this place again

Purchased a new ATV from Countryside Motors. Was a pleasant, easy experience from beginning to end. Janet helped facilitate a seamless procurement. Polite, upfront, and thorough. Strongly recommend for ATV purchase.

very disappointed in the integrity of sales lady ( Janet) and owner Richard Jesina. my 19 yr old daughter and my wife negotiated to buy my daughter's 1st vehicle purchase. overlooked was that the rear seat headrest were missing. called and asked therm and was told they didn't have them and would not replace to make right. SAFETY ISSUE!! Next during the purchase it was noted that the window had 2 pits in it. Janet assured us that they had fixed the cracks and there would be no issues. 3 weeks later it cracked out and nothing has been done. isn't cracked windshield work guaranteed? sad that their greed has taken away the joy of a young lady who works hard, 1st purchase. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Good " salesmen" poor integrity.

Excellent customer service! Called and spoke with Hayden. He helped me over the phone and had the parts. I asked how much to install and he estimated that. I then decided to just have Countryside to install it. Dropped Polaris Sportsman off before noon and he said it would be likely fixed Thursday. He called me 3 hours later and had it fixed already:) Don't you expect that to happen often, and I won't next time but it was great. He then gave me 45 minutes to get there and pick up before he left. His estimated cost was the final cost. Countryside Motors, you need to keep that guy around. I was in a couple years ago as well and Hayden was my contact, good service, smart and sometimes super fast. Thanks Hayden.

Thank you Countryside Motors, and Janet Page, for the most pleasant, stress free, car buying experience ever! Every step of the way was transparent and with no surprises. This is the way car buying should be. Thanks! I’m four years into owning my Colorado and visiting the service shop is how it should be. I got an oil change, they topped my fluids, inspected my truck for anything that may need attention and sent me on my way in less than an hour. Thanks Countryside!! Update: Countryside Motors is everything you expect from a dealership. Good quick service from friendly folks. And my Colorado is still a great truck. Highly recommend both!!

We recently had a warranty repair on our Polaris Ranger, and Hayden in service was a total professional! His professionalism, customer service, and mechanical knowledge made the short drive to Wellington well worth it! We also purchased some maintenance parts from their parts department for a Hustler mower we use on the farm. They were a joy to work with as well. Great job you all! Thanks!

I had issues with my car while I was traveling from Wichita to OKC for a family funeral. Everyone at Countryside Motors could not have been more kind. They got my car in immediately, made sure my mom and the family that was traveling with me were comfortable in the waiting room and had fresh coffee, and they resolved the problem with my car and were more than fair with the charge. They said I had been through enough with my car issues and the funeral. I made it to OKC and back to Wichita feeling comforted knowing my car was in good shape after the work they had done. I would highly recommend them.

Our sales person, Janet, was excellent. She knew the product and quickly responded to initial text messages for additional info about the vehicle. Janet greeted us immediately upon our arrival at the dealership. There was no pressure to buy just facts about the vehicle, discussion about best price and help in getting financing and paperwork completed. We would strongly recommend her and this dealer ship.

We had a fine experience with Countryside previously, and I saw the car I hoped I wanted on their website. BTW, the website is great; navigates nicely, and info is handy. When I went in, I was met, the car was ready to test drive, I received full info regarding the car, and all was simply my highest hope for doing business on a new-to-me car. I cannot recommend Countryside enough. Their courtesy, knowledge, experience, and ability is superlative, and I appreciate it.

I was having an intermittent issue with my SUV. It would happen several times a week. The Techs listened to what I was explaining and fixed it right the first time. They even came in under the original estimate. I have not had the problem since. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them. A HUGE thank you to them!!

Made an appointment for an oil change for today .. a week ago....came in for my appointment to find out that the person who made the appointment made it for the wrong day...the man at the desk still manage to squeeze me in and get my car done! They get work done on our quads in a timely manner and at an affordable price. If something comes up they find needs fixed, there's never any surprises because Haden calls us and gives us an update and if it will cost more than originally planned. They're awesome. Only wish they accepted American Express.....

Great, fast service and a good price for the work needed. Took my Nissan in for oil change and filters, was asked when it would be done cause my husband needed to go to sleep for night shift soon. Not only did they have it done fast but the lady at the counter was very nice and polite. We will be using them from now on.

I can’t thank Countryside Chevrolet enough for their outstanding customer service they provided me and my family when we broke down on our way to visit family. Every employee working that day went above and beyond to make sure our personal needs were met as well as starting the process in fixing my truck. Someone was watching over me when my truck decided to break down because it couldn’t have happened in any better location than Countryside Chevrolet. I will be forever grateful for everything!

Made an appointment to have my wife’s exhaust diagnosed and fixed. Got a quote for the exhaust manifold and a few other parts which took a over a week to get. No problem. Got a call back saying it now needs a catalytic converter and now it’s gonna be this much. Ok, do what needs to be done. Oh but it’s on back order and don’t know when we’ll get the parts. After 4 weeks and stressing saying we really need her car fixed. So I start calling around trying to find the part and found a shop that said they could get it. So I called the dealership back and asked if they had a date on the part they ordered, nope. So I explained I found a place that could do it and that I was gonna take it there. We’ll get vehicle had to be put back together from what they had apart. 2 days later I was given the ok that it was ready to be towed. Even though we brought the car in running we had to tow it to a shop in wichita to have it finished getting fixed. The dealership didn’t even put all the parts back on her car but put them in the rear of her car for the other shop to figure out where they went. The morning I had it towed to wichita I had a call back about 3 hours later stating it was done. Idk how many times I stressed we needed the car fixed and for them to do whatever it took. Then when I said I was gonna take it somewhere else they drag there feet for another to days to put it back together but really they didn’t. 5 weeks they had her car and who knows how long it would have sat there. I tried to support local business but not never again. Worst experience ever. The photo is the parts left in the back of her car just before I had it towed to wichita.

Came in for an alignment on my 2004 Impala. Had too come back because of some miscommunication but we got it all sorted out. My steering wheel is finally centered and it drives straight once again! If they can do good for me with how picky I am. I’m sure they can do good for you.

We brought our 2015 Polaris Sportsman 570 here today due to some engine issues. When we called the previous day , we were connected with Hayden, very smart Polaris tech. He diagnosed the problem right away. This gentleman knows his business. We dropped it off and within 2 hours he had brought it in, verified the issue, contacted us to discuss the diagnosis, we gave approval to repair and the work was completed. Awesome job. Thank you very much. We will utilize this facility and Haydens expertise again. On our way out, we saw some other equipment in the parking lot ready for repair.

The owner Chris is phenomenal! Janet and Brandon were wonderful to work with as well. They make sure you feel welcomed as a customer and their service is stellar. We had a wonderful experience purchasing my "new" used car today. I would recommend Dave as an honest and knowledgeable salesman. Brandon was excellent with our financing and got us a much better rate than we had anticipated. I would 10/10 encourage you to go check them out.
