I mean, it's O'Reillys. They have most of what you need (or can get it within 48hrs), and none of what you don't.
Simple, no-frills auto parts shop.
Sure, you won't find carbon fiber lookalike tape or stick-on chrome here... But that's a mark on the "pro" side of the sheet as far as I'm concerned.
Spoke on the phone and they had what I needed in stock , in hand..
Waited 3 days for them to transfer a hard to find item to another store. Never transferred... Was told it was purchased by an employee.
Doesn't make since I can have them ship to store and it cost $40.00 or I can order it online and ship to house and get charged 0.00 for shipping. I think I am done with them.
I've been going to this store now for an nye on 25 years, they do the best they can with what they have to work with and if they don't have it they'll do their best to get it to you that day or the very next day I love shopping at O'Reilly's in Wellington Kansas
I've been here a few times, different experiences with different employees, one guy was very helpful and even came out and tried to help with my issue, on a different occasion, the employee acted like he didn't know anything, maybe he didn't, or was to lazy to help.
Very friendly and helpful employee's! They are always willing to answer your questions. And if you need some advice on your vehicle they are very knowledgeable! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
Asked a counter male person to add power steering fluid to my car. Even showed him where find it. Pointed in the direction to look. He looked about 3 different times- he couldn't see it, didn't get a flashlight or any thing. Went around to the other side of the engine,pulled the trany stick it showed low sh he filled it up sat the bottle down on the radiator support and stood back like he was done. He didn't go to ask any other employee. Just stood there. I hope he understands that's when he needs to ask questions. Me b
They really helped me check my fluids and topped them off for me. I'm handicapped in a wheelchair so anytime I find that help I received went beyond what they normally go to. Very nice and super helpful.
I got the right part this, but not the right grease. I sent my son after explaining specifically what I wanted over the phone. No problem with the return
Was told they had the part and it would be on counter when I got thier so I arrived and whalla no part. Not even in stock cost me 10.00 in gas asi don't live close to town
My car broke down the interstate and I had it towed there. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Drake, in particular, went above and beyond by helping me diagnose the problem (it was bigger than I realized initially), ordering the parts right away, and giving us suggestions on where to stay and eat in town overnight while waiting for the part to arrive. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the area.
My check engine light was on so I had it tested and they think I need a new gas tank lid cause I just got gas and it's already at 1/2 tank and the codes on the machine. They was very busy so I had to wait a little while
It was Sunday morning at a half hour after opening and it was already busy with only two sales people. I got what I needed but on a day when you're the only parts store open in town you might want to pick up your game and schedule another employee.
They were very patient, and did everything they could to help us. Spent about 45 minutes trying to find the right part. Ultimately they were unable to find the right metric. They were so helpful I did not want want to leave without buying something so I bought one item. They even told about another place we could go to get what we needed.If I lived in Wellington I would go there often. I even offered a tip but it was refused. We were really impressed with the fact they treated us with respect even though we were African Americans, and often do not get good service like.that. For these reasons We highly recommend them.
Got exactly what I wanted in a short amount of time. The man checking me out also gave me additional information on the item I purchased. Christmas shopping made easy.
Needed a light for the headlights on a work vehicle. I was asked if I needed help and got the help I needed with a quick explanations of my options. It made it easier to decide with that help!
