Awesome team that works here! We broke down at 6:30 PM and needed a battery and an alternator. The great folks here helped us with the switch and loaned the tools so that we could keep working even after they closed. Got back on the road without any other issues. These guys all deserve a raise!

No better nor worse than any auto parts store I've been to. As long as there are no other customers in the store, they're great to work with. But each time I went, there was only 2 people staffed and 1 of them was completely unhelpful. But the other employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though it's advertised, don't expect someone to actually change a battery, change windshield wipers, or test your battery; they just aren't staffed to do that. If you get lucky and you're the only customer, then it's great service and you're in and out quickly. But if you need help with even picking the correct item for your car and there's another customer, then you'll be waiting a good 30 minutes. But I have the same experience at any auto parts store.
This store has a ramp, but there are no handicap spots nor is the door automatic.
AWFUL! Incompetent staff! They REFUSED look up a part based on my VIN, thought they knew better, and then sold me the wrong one!! Then when I tried to return it, they wouldn't take it back!! Terrible place, terrible people, terrible service, and terrible attitudes!! I would give ZERO stars if possible!! -_-
I called to ensure if I purchased my battery at this store they would install it for me. The guy that answered the phone told me he wasn’t going to install my battery because it’s snowing. We do not have snow sticking to the ground. I’m headed to purchase my $300 battery elsewhere.
First - greeted with the most gentle and obnoxious soul - Walter ?. Second, blessed with a professional who - not only replaced the windshield wipers, but educated me on the recommended replacement times and truly helped out a customer - THANK YOU for your kindness.

Replaced headlight bulbs. One was a dud I guess. They quickly and easily swapped out the bad one for a new one and I was on my way. Will go back for other parts when needed.

They helped me find exactly what I needed, but when I was about to pay they found a sale price that slashed it by $40. Next time I need something I know where to go.

Would love to be able to shop on the west side and Carquest would have the market cornered but when you won't serve customers 5-10 minutes before closing because you've already shut everything down you drive them to other stores.
Just went in there stood in line had 4 to 5 associates ignore me before someone was finally told to help me. Once l got the item i needed walked out to my car installed it. part didnt work, went back inside to see if i could refund it. They tell me no cause its an electrical item...thanks for letting me know before i buy!
I was having trouble with my GMC Envoy needing a jump after it sits for awhile. I called them because I only work up the street from them and I figured I needed to leave the car running once I got someone to jump it after work. I was extremely happy when I called that the location was just 2 doors up from me and I was going to have them check the battery. Once I checked the battery I planned on purchasing the battery that SAME exact day if the would place it in the vehicle for me. Tech Milan checked my battery told me " The machine states it LOW but still good, so you might have an alternator or charging system issue. Well, My wife suggested another opinion, FIRESTONE, we paid for the 2nd opinion had Starter, alternator and battery checked, and IT WAS the BATTERY!!!! We bought a new battery and we were off and running great, but no thanks to this place that lied and told me I had a good battery. Don't trust their battery checks or what they say. They were not friendly at all, and on top...........

Great help from the people working there! They were very knowledgeable, were able to get me one of the parts I needed, then even called around town to their competitor stores to help me find the other part. Customer service is truly THE number one priority to them.

I have been in several times and they are always polite and helpful. I even had a gentleman replace one of my wipers during a rain shower when I purchased it. That is above and beyond in my opinion. Great customer service!
