Great experience! We called them and they came out quickly and solved the problem with no trouble. They were super friendly and great to work with!!

Receptionist was rude and unprofessional from one business to another. Failed to effectively communicate and repeated statements as if they thought I was annoying or stupid when it was my first time dealing as a middleman between them and the autoshop and I had simple questions. When I asked if I was getting charged for an extra day, I was told that insurance should cover it and to deal with it later. I am held to a higher standard at my own job.

Great company, good people. Was stuck on the side of the highway AAA could not find anyone. They came to help..

Genuinely the best out there, These people are so helpful. I was in a Bad situation with insurance and financials, and they were so helpful and ease my worries. There was no judgement they were just to help me out!!

Receptionist and drivers were laughing in my ear on the phone as I was calling for a tow for my car from Dillon’s Westloop to Laramie. If you’re looking for people to treat you like a person, this is not the place. They act like you’re the fool and it’s your fault you need a tow. Will never recommend Manhattan Wrecker Service to anyone again, even if they’re the last resort.

Charged $550 for a tow. Use Mike's wrecker. They're reasonable. Manhattan wrecker overcharges and has no compassion. They over charge for storage so get your car out quick.

5-STARS ALLLLL DAY! Let me tell you, I got my expedition stuck, real stuck, in the snow and ice. I know these folks have been dealing with customers for the last 3 days, like myself who made a bad choice to drive in this weather and do something stupid. The office staff were super kind and helpful, gave realistic time frames and were honest about everything from the get go. And don't even get me started on Charlie, who amazingly managed to get me unstuck, even though chances seemed dismal for a while. I can't recommend them enough, they were amazing. And while I would definitely call them again in a heartbeat, I hope I don't have to ?

The service they provide is excellent! They called back in no time. Didn't mind going far from town to help my husband. Didn't mind towing our truck to our mechanic who is in different location in the boonies'. And the bill for service was half of what I expected. Their towing truck is a marvel of technology. It was a pleasure to see it work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Traveling thru from out of state and had a bad situation with a breakdown near the interstate at nearly midnight. Further away from Manhattan than we realized and my insurance services were terrible in getting things resolved in a timely fashion. However when Charlie arrived with the flatbed tow, and knew exactly how to carefully anchor down my older collectible car, i couldn't have asked for a better person to show up! Very kind and personable, which is a major bonus compared to some other emergency tow service drivers I've had to use in the past. Thanks again to Charlie and the dispatch crew for taking great care of us on an otherwise very bad night!

I broke down in the middle of the night on a Saturday near Junction City. I called many wrecker services in Junction City, none was able to come out. When I called Manhattan wrecker they sent someone out immediately at 2 in the morning. The driver was very friendly and their prices were very fair. They took me to Junction City per my request. Unfortunately no one in town would take my truck in. Manhattan wrecker then come back on Monday and moved my truck and trailer to Hoyt's in Topeka. Once again as soon as I called them they sent a driver ASAP and got the job done, and no price gouging at all, and was very fair. If you are ever in the area and need a tow Manhattan Wrecker is the company to call.

I got locked out of my car while traveling through Manhattan. I called 10 different places in town, no one would help us. Manhattan Wrecking came within 15 minutes and was so friendly and over half the price as the others!!! Highly recommend!

So, I had my SUV towed back in November. . My adjuster thought it was totaled out. Long story short it wasn't and they had to tow it to Wichita, KS. I don't live in Kansas, I live in Wyoming. Fast forward to I get my car out the 2nd to last week of February. I'm confused as to why I had one key fob. I had to call the shop, and then the towing company. When I called they had it, for four months and didn't know where it came from, WOW. They said they would send it out, so I was okay with it. I called them today because it has been about two weeks now and they still haven't sent it. I'm beyond irritated with the lack of professionalism. Hopefully they send it this time. Key fobs are not cheap to replace. They have had it for over 4 months and did nothing to find out who it belonged to and then didn't even send it right away.

My daughter ran out of fuel on Friday night over 4 hours away from home. We called and within 30 minutes the wrecker was there and able to get her truck started and rolling again. What a great service and a relief for us that she was helped back on the road. Highly recommend this company.

Manhattan Wrecker went above and beyond to take care of us. They responded quickly in bad conditions and performed quality work. All employees were friendly, helpful, and continually asked to make sure we were okay.

I spoke with a lady from this company I had a driver broke down they could not help me directly I was to far away but the lady stayed on the phone with me to help me find the help we needed and made sure that we found the help before she hung up the phone was very caring and helpful said to call them back if anything came up and and she would help us until we were taking care of I would highly recommend doing business with this company seemed very caring and helpful

We were in an accident. This wrecker service was polite and courteous when picking up and towing the car. Today when we went to retrieve all our personal items from the totaled car, they were again so very professional, courteous, polite, and just overall very pleasant. I highly recommend this wrecker service.

Absolutely wonderful service I went and got my mini worked on and they got it back to me as quick as they could during these holidays and were very good at communicating the status of my vehicle as well as great pricing my new go to mechanic in town for sure!

We were using a rental from Hertz while our car is being fixed and we have geico insurance and the road side assistance program was going to take over an hr to get to us and hertz wasnt going to come out unless we had $70.00 on hand. The situation was :We had turn on the car and put the keys in the cup holder(auto start) and went to put our son (1yr) in his carseat and when we closed his door we locked ourselves out. After calling hertz and geico and the time was ticking by and telling both services we need help asap a baby is locked in the car wasnt important so we called 911 and they referred us to this company and not even 5 min later he was there to save the day. Thankfully the ac was on and it was a quick fix. But it was a scary moment non the less that this company fixed in record time. He was respectful and kind. Something we needed today.

Very nice to my daughter but more pricey than others in town!!! Bc we are donating the car to charity, we asked Todd (owner) if he would half the tow charge since it was WAY more than should have been anyway. Todd said NO! Merry Christmas... right??? Even half Todd's price is still more than a few places we checked out in Manhattan. Do your homework before calling this place or you'll pay extra! Not to mention tow driver told my daughter he didn't need/want the door keys. He locked the doors and then service center couldn't get into car until we drove 3 hours round trip to return door keys they needed!
