Was quoted 300 for a 12mile tow. We decided to get a second quote cuz we thought that was a little high. We called Simple tow and was quoted 160. That's a huge difference!! So I feel like they were trying to scam us out of more money!

It was rush hour, the side of the highway, and the HOTTEST day of summer to change a tire. Pretty sure this place has a kickback deal with the Olathe PD. Car incorrectly towed to their lot instead of to my house. Car on their lot for less than an hour before they closed for the day (no time to pick it up once the cops told me where it was), retrieved a few hours after they opened the next day. They made sure I got hit for storage charges for 2 days. Classy place.

My vehicle was recovered as a stolen auto on Friday because of Holliday and the fact that they are not required to be open any day not only am I getting charged 475 dollars for hook up and tow but also each day 35 dollars until Tuesday when they have someone available to be there to release my vehicle . My car was recovered without keys so now i have to pay another company to tow it home the receptionist said basically its my fault her vehicle needs towed and she lives an hour away from the location. And can't help me .worst tow company ever please do not give them your money call anyone else.
My car died while driving this afternoon, and the mechanic recommended Allied to get it to the shop. I called up Allied and chatted with the main office, and five minutes later got a call back from James that he was on his way and would be there in 18 minutes. 17 minutes later he pulled into the parking lot where I had coasted to a stop. Total cost was exactly $90 for him to pick it up and lug it two miles to the mechanic's shop. Towing's never cheap but I found this pretty reasonable. James was very friendly and professional.

I had to have my SLK320 towed to three different places in a couple of days. Allied Towing was very friendly, helpful, prompt and reasonable. I would use them again.
Would give zero stars if I could!! I waited 2 and a half HOURS and after calling and calling someone finally picked up and told me I was next. Then they CANCELED IT!!! I need to be towed one mile to the tire shop. I’m a diabetic and been waiting almost three hours- with no way to control my blood sugar. I’m so done. Do not ever use them! The last time I had to be towed my them because my battery died, the driver made a detour and showed up at the car dealership with my car OVER AN HOUR LATE! Not to mention I had my infant with me and I told them that beforehand and the guy showed up and refused to take me with my child and told me to deal with it!!! I use towing through my insurance so I sadly wasn’t able to chose the provider but I will be talking with my insurance today about this nightmare of a company!
I woke up to a flat tire this morning. Ron from Allied arrived super quick and was very friendly and helpful. Had me on the road again in no time, I appreciate his help and will be using Allied from now on if I need a tow or roadside assistance!
It is almost impossible to get someone to answer or even have someone in the office. They delayed our time to pick up for a day and a half and then charged out the a$$ to get our car out. They literally said you have 15 min to get here or I'm leaving, or you will have to wait to get your car until tomorrow.
Car towed by Allied last night. Called this morning to find out where the car is. Allied shared they are closed until Tuesday and we won't be able to find out where our car us for 3 days. Meanwhile we accrue storage fees because we are unable to tell insurance where car is to retrieve it. Nice money maker business for Allied. Horrible customer service.
Blake was awesome. Used Allied for the first time this week, and they are now in my Contacts list. Professional, friendly and prompt. I hope not to need them often, but I'm glad I have them to call when I do. Highly recommend.
We, here at Tom's Automobile Repair, have used Allied Towing for years because they always do right for their customers. Second time I’ve used their service. The first time was a while ago, but I kept their number in my phone. I called for a tow. The driver asked to try jumping first and that was all that was needed. This time just needed a jump for a dead battery. Quick and friendly service. Thanks!
Had to get my truck towed yesterday. Brett came out and helped me out. Great guy and great sense of humor. Did brighten up my day. He also diagnosed what was wrong with my truck correctly too even though we couldn't do anything about it on the side of the road. He called out the fuel filter being clogged and after he dropped the truck off at the local shop that's what they found too. Thanks again for the service!
My husband and I used this towing service today and had a GREAT experience! Our tow driver was Brett and he was absolutely fantastic to work with. We had been stranded for a few hours (no fault to this company - that's a story for another day LOL) and Brett perked us all up with his sense of humor and made the experience less annoying for sure. Fingers crossed we don't need towing services again anytime soon but will definitely call this place in the future!

Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.Their receptionist was extremely rude, raised her voice, and hung up on me due to an error in communication between Allied and the roadside warranty company. They never came (they said they had wrong number and it wasn’t their fault) and after asking them to come back after being in parking lot for 2hrs., they refused and insisted it needed to be taken up with warranty even though error was clearly not customers fault. They were a brokered service and could have simply called to clarify the error with warranty rather than yelling at customers. If you’re a car warranty/roadside company, or individual customer, I suggest you stay as far away from Allied Tow Service as possible. Take them off your list of service providers, they are a poor representation for any brand that cares their company.

Reasonable rates. Dispatchers are always nice and helpful on the phone. They even call me when they become delayed or the estimated time may be longer. The truck driver/load technicians are respectful of your vehicle for repairs. I have never used them for a wreck just tow to repair shop.
I've gotten a tow by Allied twice now (both times by associate Gilmore) through my insurance and they've either met or beaten the expected arrival time. Very friendly, courteous and professional. I will always recommend them to anyone in need of a tow!
