They were fast to come pick up my car same day. However, the title wasn't in the car at the time (long story) and its been like pulling teeth finding and getting a hold of anyone to sign anything for proof of sale/purchase. I live on the Missouri of the border and am now stuck with property tax on a car I no longer have because no one will reach back out. They also gave me a measly 140.00 for my car.
I tried to reach out by phone and email. Is there an updated way to contact anyone? The email came back as address not found.
I called Cash for cars they were there immediately and no trouble with them they were very courteous very helpful and they paid me top dollar for my car and then go get that much money for it so I would do all my cars for cash for cars.

Called to get a quote on my car and only cared what was “wrong with it” offered me $150. Cut me off multiple times and tried to tell me I wasn’t going to get more anywhere else even if I went somewhere else. He said “doesn’t matter where you go it matters what’s wrong with the car”. Called Midway Auto in Kansas City, KS and they asked me many more questions about the vehicle before giving me a price and guess what……offered me $400 instead. When I called him back to let him know I didn’t appreciate his behavior, he proceeded to gaslight me and tell me he didn’t say what he said. He then said he didnt “ THINK anywhere would pay me that much for my car and I was just trying to get you a price and get you on your way bc I had just woken up”. I told him I didn’t appreciate him lowballing me for the sake of time saving and I just wanted him to know it lost any business I could have ever sent his way. He then proceeded to say how he has a newborn and wouldn’t let me get off of the phone so I ultimately had to hang up. I just wanted him to understand that it wasn’t good business and I would be making a review over the matter. I’m tired of being dismissed by “car dudes”. His behavior is why people don’t trust people who work on, sell, or buy vehicles.

The city put a notice of removal on my old car. I waited to the last minute and really needed the car gone that day or face a fine. When I explained this we made arrangements for a driver to pick up the car when I arrived home from work after 5. They gave me a fair price and hauled it away that night. I have since recommend them to friends and family who were also very happy with their prompt service.
