Went in 87th st location and female was smoking outside and saw us go in so had to wait for her to finish smoking then she came in and helped somebody else when we were 1st in and we brought everything she asked for or needed then she said she can't let us get our things out of it without a release which she never told us before we drove there, so after we called travelers they talked to her and they said now we see what your saying and they allowed us to get our stuff and after all that we had to release the car so they can take it. Makes no sense for both to release this or that she was rude and not very good should of been one release not a back and fourth thing. Next time I'll have my own stuff towed at accident if possible, Dales on 87th is no good.

I called to have my car towed from my home to the mechanic. Both the receptionist and the driver who picked my car up were friendly and professional. The price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.
Absolutely wonderful tow service! Broke down on my Harley and they had someone out within about an hour. Driver worked with me to get my bike on the truck safely and securely .

I called for a tire change, and the receptionist was very professional and helpful. She said that Jason would come in 40 minutes or so. He actually arrived only 30 minutes later. He was very cheerful, and he worked very fast. He even checked the air pressure on my spare tire before he put it on my car. WONDERFUL! I would recommend Dale's--and Jason--to anyone!
Needed a tow today, not far but the service was the best you can get. The lady on the phone who got me the tow was really sweet and fast. The driver was awesome, said his name was Chris Cross and he was professional and personable. Hooked up fast and did everything while I was talking to a mechanic and wasn't even with the car. I had started to walk home because it wasn't too far and he insisted he give me a ride. They're good at what they do and they treat you like more than a customer, I never leave reviews for anything but they went above and beyond even for just a small tow. I can't recommend them enough, thank you.
Worst experience ever! They Tried to tow my truck from Walmart when i was doing shopping inside walmart. When i camed out going back to my truck they ripped me off 250$ to put down my truck that was about to get towed. The horrible person who tried to tow my truck broked my plastic bumper and refused to take responsibility saying he did not broke anything even though it happend before my eyes.

I've used Dales before. The driver was a nice guy and the price was affordable. Time was t too bad. They said it would take an hour, but it went by much faster. They said we would be called when they were on their way but the guy showed up without us there. Luckily we were on the way and it was less than 5 minutes.
When picking up the car and trying to pull it, the chain got caught on the flat and the car got stuck. After realizing the car was caught, he pounded on it with a hammer for awhile to get it unstuck. Rough day for that guy, but overall good experience.
Robert was friendly and quick with a smile. He was very professional and did a great job safely towing our car to the mechanic's shop. Highly recommend.
Brett came to my rescue. He was so polite and explained that he thought the battery needed to be replaced but offered to follow me to O' Rallies to make sure it wasn't my alternator, because he didn't want me to break down and have to wait for him to come back and tow me. I really appreciate his care and kindness. I will be a loyal customer and refer your company.
Can't say enough about how excellent this business is. After I called them and asked for a tow due to a dead battery they were here in less than an hour to tow my car. I moved down here from Omaha and things don't move that quickly! Totally recommend!
It was decent. The staff was friendly. I was disappointed that their office hours weren't posted anywhere: not on their website, not on Google, not on Facebook; they weren't even posted on the door. When I mentioned this to them, they didn't seem overly concerned about it. However, I was frustrated because it caused me to drive out there (about a 30 minute drive) after they were already closed.
Great service! Got stranded at work because my car wouldn’t start. Towed my car and me home to south KC from Olathe. Reasonable price and the driver even magnificently got my car in my steep driveway in neutral. Would totally use them again.
His dispatch has me waiting on the side of the road for 3 hours but told me 40 minutes on the original call. Slick one liner to keep me waiting but I used a reliable tow service to tow me off the side of the road in a timely manner. I would not recommend this tow company
unfortunately my son was in an accident. The driver that reported to the scene was kind, but the service of Dales Tow wasn’t the greatest. Everything after the accident that we received from the towing company was poor. Wish we genuinely could say different from what we experienced.. The driver was super helpful and was awesome but there was a 20 plus minute delay.
I've used Dale's twice in the last month and both times Kyle has gone over and beyond customer service expectations to ensure my car got to where it needed to go.
Also the lady who answers the phone treated me like a human being and let me explain what I was needing and not make me feel silly or unimportant.
If I ever need a tow in the Johnson County area again I will always use them
Hit a deer late at night and needed a tow. The driver got there quickly on a busy night and got our car towed to a garage we asked for even though it wasn't the closest. Very reasonably priced and works with AAA. I'd definitely recommend them.
great service! very reasonably priced. kenny was the gentleman who towed my car with failing brakes from my apartment to my mechanic. he was punctual, kind and personable. i appreciate his friendly demeanor greatly, as i am used to tow drivers in the past (not with dale's tow service, i should mention) being very rude to me and rough on my car, so it was refreshing dealing with someone far more pleasant. makes having to take care of a busted car less of a bummer. will definitely be calling dale's again if i ever need the assistance in the future. thank you!!!
My water pump went out and stranded me on the side of K7. They sent a truck right away. The driver called when he was getting close and took my car to my preferred shop. When my phone died on the way there, he waited for me and was very understanding. The whole thing was very painless, and I'm grateful.
I had a tire blow out on the highway and after trying to get my tire off myself I realized they lug nuts were on too tight. A nice man named Kenny came up and helped me out and got me going again. I really needed help and he pulled up saw I needed help and helped me out without a second thought. I’d recommend his services to anyone. Definitely appreciated his work and will be recommending them to anyone
My moms car was hit while it was parked in the road at work. Dale’s Towing was sent to tow her car through your insurance. The estimated arrival time was 1 hour! So I wait, I receive a call from a gentleman saying the other driver was sent to work a wreck but that he was coming and would be there in 10 minutes! 10 minutes later here he comes! By this time I’m exhausted and I don’t really care how he gets the car on the truck I’m just ready to go home! Kenny was amazing! He was understanding, compassionate and honest with us since my mom and I have never had to this before. Kenny made our night better by laughing and joking with us! He drove an hour to get my moms car to her house and still had to drive back to Olathe! Not once did he complain about doing his job and helping us out! Thank you Kenny for your amazing customer service! Always keep that smile on your face! Because you never know who will appreciate you like my mother and I do!
Car broke down and my roadside assistance contacted Dale's Tow Service to take my car to my mechanic. I was told it would be about an hour wait, but they showed up within about 30 (good thing, it was cold!) Driver was so nice. I had called my husband to come pick me up and he was on his way, the driver waited where I broke down for my husband and to get there and let me warm up in the truck. Great service!
I can’t express how appreciative I am for Charles are all his help and generosity. Great guy to have on your team. We even offered him extra money for his trouble and he refused it. The place he towed me to to get my tire fixed was closed, so he helped remove my tire and told me to to take the tire itself to Walmart. Awesome!
They said 1 hour and showed up before that, driver was super friendly and gave me a ride to the shop. Hopefully I wont be needing another tow any time soon but if I do I know who to call. Also cheaper than what my insurance company quoted me so even better!
Just had a tow from these guys about ten minutes ago. They arrived 30 minutes before the estimated wait, which was great. Eric was incredibly helpful, and had no problem with helping push the car to the tow truck. Having a car break down is already a bad situation, but Dales definitely made this part much easier! They'll be getting my service any time I need a tow in the future!
Got a flat tire near midnight in below freezing temps (13 degrees F) and the lugnuts wouldn't budge. Called around and Dale's Tow Service offered the lowest service quote and fastest arrival time. The friendly driver actually arrived 15 minutes earlier than quoted with a total of a 30 minute wait time (awesome). I highly recommend Dale's Tow Service. They're reliable, fast acting and get the job done.
