I called to have my car towed from my home to the mechanic. Both the receptionist and the driver who picked my car up were friendly and professional. The price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.
Absolutely wonderful tow service! Broke down on my Harley and they had someone out within about an hour. Driver worked with me to get my bike on the truck safely and securely .

I called for a tire change, and the receptionist was very professional and helpful. She said that Jason would come in 40 minutes or so. He actually arrived only 30 minutes later. He was very cheerful, and he worked very fast. He even checked the air pressure on my spare tire before he put it on my car. WONDERFUL! I would recommend Dale's--and Jason--to anyone!

He was so polite and explained that he thought the battery needed to be replaced but offered to follow me to O' Rallies to make sure it wasn't my alternator, because he didn't want me to break down and have to wait for him to come back and tow me. I really appreciate his care and kindness. I will be a loyal customer and refer your company.
Can't say enough about how excellent this business is. After I called them and asked for a tow due to a dead battery they were here in less than an hour to tow my car. I moved down here from Omaha and things don't move that quickly! Totally recommend!
It was decent. The staff was friendly. I was disappointed that their office hours weren't posted anywhere: not on their website, not on Google, not on Facebook; they weren't even posted on the door. When I mentioned this to them, they didn't seem overly concerned about it. However, I was frustrated because it caused me to drive out there (about a 30 minute drive) after they were already closed.
Great service! Got stranded at work because my car wouldn’t start. Towed my car and me home to south KC from Olathe. Reasonable price and the driver even magnificently got my car in my steep driveway in neutral. Would totally use them again.
unfortunately my son was in an accident. The driver that reported to the scene was kind, but the service of Dales Tow wasn’t the greatest. Everything after the accident that we received from the towing company was poor. Wish we genuinely could say different from what we experienced.. The driver was super helpful and was awesome but there was a 20 plus minute delay.
I've used Dale's twice in the last month and both times Kyle has gone over and beyond customer service expectations to ensure my car got to where it needed to go.
Also the lady who answers the phone treated me like a human being and let me explain what I was needing and not make me feel silly or unimportant.

Hit a deer late at night and needed a tow. The driver got there quickly on a busy night and got our car towed to a garage we asked for even though it wasn't the closest. Very reasonably priced and works with AAA. I'd definitely recommend them.
My water pump went out and stranded me on the side of K7. They sent a truck right away. The driver called when he was getting close and took my car to my preferred shop. When my phone died on the way there, he waited for me and was very understanding. The whole thing was very painless, and I'm grateful.
I can’t express how appreciative I am for Charles are all his help and generosity. Great guy to have on your team. We even offered him extra money for his trouble and he refused it. The place he towed me to to get my tire fixed was closed, so he helped remove my tire and told me to to take the tire itself to Walmart. Awesome!
They said 1 hour and showed up before that, driver was super friendly and gave me a ride to the shop. Hopefully I wont be needing another tow any time soon but if I do I know who to call. Also cheaper than what my insurance company quoted me so even better!
Just had a tow from these guys about ten minutes ago. They arrived 30 minutes before the estimated wait, which was great. Eric was incredibly helpful, and had no problem with helping push the car to the tow truck. Having a car break down is already a bad situation, but Dales definitely made this part much easier! They'll be getting my service any time I need a tow in the future!
