I had a blowout in Lenexa and needed to get my car to the tire store before they closed. Called a nearby, we'll known tow co and they were super high priced and told me it would 1 hr before a truck would arrive. So I decided to give Simple Tow a call-They were significantly less & Sam showed up within 20 minutes. He was super friendly and he got me loaded & towed to the tire store before they closed. Well done Sam and Simple Tow! I won't ever shop around again...I'm just calling you guys next time.
Great company! The driver was extremely friendly, there was no extra charge for a holiday, and I had my truck back less than 30 minutes. The driver even parked it in my garage. Again, great service and pricing.
Simple Tow was amazing to work with! They were fast and efficient even in the middle of the night on a weekend. The driver was very polite and their rates are unbeatable! He called when the vehicle was safely loaded and again when he was near the drop off. Highly recommend this company!
Simple Tow made, what could have been a much more stressful situation, managable. I had a family member whose car broke down in the middle of the street. I called my mechanic, Dipman Auto, and they referred me to Simple Tow. I called the tow company, they dispatched someone right away, the car was picked up, and dropped off at the mechanic without an issue. And, I thought the rates were reasonable. Thank you fo the help!
I had a 2011 Silverado 1500 that wouldn't start after getting jumped so I gave simple tow a call. The guy in the tow truck was very kind and even took a look at the truck for me even though it was 2 degrees out. He was able to get it to start thanks to his knowledge and skills. This company deserves 5 stars for going above and beyond!

They told me they would be there in 10 minutes and they were there. They helped me really quickly. They got me out of the stock situation. I was in from the snow. Winched me out during "winter storm blair" all within 20 min of being stuck. All other company's were 2 hrs out. Dispatch is very organized and prioritizes their drivers routes very well. Overall, it was exceptionally great service!

He was a very pleasant and professional driver, he had us sit in the truck while he was loading my car so we wouldn’t get wet. Everything was perfect, we felt safe and it all was handled very promptly and easy!!! Than you Sam! Thank you Simple Tow!!!!

I don’t recall the drivers name but I was one of the FedEx drivers that was broke down all the way out in Harrisonville on 9/3. We did have to wait a couple hours but the level of respect and friendliness when our driver arrived was purely amazing. Our driver was very friendly, offered to stop at a convenience store after we were loaded up and in the road so we could get a drink or use the restroom and had several great and interesting tow stories to tell us about, 2 stories from years ago we passed the scene on our way back to Olathe. Until today I had never even heard of Simple Tow Service, but now you will be the first call I’ll make if I ever need towed again.
First of all-I hated the need to be towed in the first place. Having stated this, Simple Tow is as close to this being a good experience as there can be. Sam and his truck showed up within 15 minutes of when I called and the cost of the towing service was very fair. He was friendly and did a great job of protecting my car during the process. Hope no one needs towing, but if you do, call Simple Tow.
Yesterday morning I had to inquire a tow service, I called and dispatch was extremely helpful and polite they also gave me a rough estimate when he could be there. I've been received a phone call from CJ the tow truck driver saying hey I'm 10 minutes away. When he got there he gave me the options of what can be done and after we came to conclusion the car was home. I highly recommend CJ is very respectful honest helpful and display nothing but the most Integrity. I recommend CJ from simple tow
During recent frigid temps, my car battery was dead. My Progressive Insurance roadside assist providers failed to come for more than 24 hours! I finally called Simple Tow and they showed up in 90 minutes! C.J. was more than kind and got me back on the road! I I will definitely call them first next time. Highly recommend!
What an awesome company! CJ came to tow my vehicle that wouldn’t start in these extreme cold temps, (even with a jump and a brand new battery.) He grabbed the keys and started it right up! Cannot thank these folks enough! So friendly and helpful.
Showed up quickly and took good care of me when I slid off the road today due to ice. They did what needed to be done to get me out of the ditch and didn't nickle and dime me for every little thing. And they showed up in 15 min rather than the several hour wait of some other places. Highly recommend!

Quick and reliable service! Very nice truck operator. Knew exactly what he was doing and got my car from the place where the tires went flat to the garage that was set to fix them quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend this company.
Another company my insurance was going to use was going to cost me more and I waiting 2 hours just for then to not come. So I contacted Simple Tow Service, they were able to arrive in about 15 mins to where my car was at && Charged me less !! Super friendly driver, I think he name was CJ . I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their service

Needed a tow for a lowered car and requested a flatbed for the tow. Sam was the driver, and made sure it got on no problem. I've had other tow companies that couldn't care less. He also got to my car before I did, and pushed my car into my driveway. Really appreciate him for that. Definitely calling Simple Tow again if needed.

Sam was very friendly and professional. My problem was minor because I was home but major because my son’s car was stuck in a hole in my driveway (story for another day). Sam kept things light and tried to see if he could could talk my son through the process of getting his car out but it didn’t work. I was impressed by Sam because he didn’t make me feel like “just another tow”. The situation was as important to him as it was to me. Thank you Sam!!!
Unfortunately last Saturday I accidently locked my keys in the trunk of my car...sigh.. The button inside the car no longer works so I had no idea how to get them out. After calling a few places, I finally spoke to the nice folks at Simple Tow Service. They were extremely kind and compassionate to my situation and sent a technician right away. Sam was very nice but didn't have the right tools to take care of me so he sent Chuck. All I can say is Chuck is AWESOME. He was able to get my keys out within a matter of minutes. I will for sure use them again if I ever need anything they can assist with. Thank you Simple Tow Service staff and technicians!!
5 stars all across the board!!! The phone dispatcher was super polite in answering all my questions and finding where I was located and was honest with me on where his drivers were at and that it would be a 45 minute wait and it wasn't even that! I only waited for 20 minutes tops and upon arrival the tow truck driver was super professional, nice and knowledgeable at his trade. I had a lowered car with a broken ball joint and bent wheel and with a little effort he was able to get my car up with ease and with no real damage at all! The rates are more then fair they are my go to tow company give them a try for all your towing needs and I promise you will not look back.
I called Simple Towing. He was upfront and said he had a few jobs in front of mine and that it could be a while. However he called me back in 25 minutes and let me know he cleared some space to fit me in.
The technician was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. High quality equipment took good care of my vehicle. I had him drop it off at a local shop. He told me to head home that he would take care of everything. He dropped my car off, tagged the key with my name and number for the shop and left the receipt in the car. Excellent service, great rate, timely. I couldn't recommend them more.
