I stopped in here for a cap to my oil reservoir. The first guy to help me was SO kind and patient. He ordered the sort I needed and assured me it would be in later that day. When I went to pick it up I discovered that I had provided the wrong info and the part wouldn’t work. The guy helping me that time was so generous with his time. He ran out to my car to check the size and found the part in stock. Overall, a great experience and grateful they didn’t treat me like I was just a dumb girl. Definitely recommend!

I was in trouble with the battery of my car and they installed a new one for me; but I didn't know that they have Die Hard Battery! So I decided to buy one and it feels great when I am driving! I really recommend everyone one to buy Die Hard Batteries, they are the best and didn't know they came back!

This location and employees are soo slow. Have been living here 23 years and it's always been the same. I known its hard to deal with rude and non English speaking customers but today was the last straw. They lost 2 of my orders that were picked up by someone else. They couldn't trace back some items I needed to return even with my recipe and order number. I then went to 2610 Burlington and they fixed everything. I highly suggest that location as the employees were helpful and kind. This place doesn't seem to care. 2 stars for atleast having the items. If they weren't taken by someone else.
I'm just reviewing their website. I can't take the pop-ups which are annoying as hell when you're looking for a part to purchase, so I won't be a customer anytime soon.
I went there after work tonight to buy wiper blades. After I bought them, Gerald installed them for me. I didn’t even ask him. He went the extra mile and I really appreciated because I had no idea how to do it. I will definitely be going back there.
Walked in to not even two steps guy tells me I cant come in without a mask. I was the only person in the store and the guy speaking to me had his mask down below his neck. Very disrespectful. I spend alot of money buying parts. I have now watch them refuse service to 4 other people as they walked in the door. I can't wear a mask due to heath reasons. This store has lost my business.
Advance Auto Parts offers great service and affordable prices. It’s great they will install wipers and batteries at no charge, if purchasing through them. Most dealerships and auto repair shops won’t install for free. Thanks AAP!
Well I did like this place because it was convenient. But to not provide me service because I don’t have a mask. While I’m the only person in the store, you and your employees that worked the evening shift this evening, have fully earned this one star.
Kristin L is amazing along with the rest of the staff working tonight. The Parker street location turned me away for an online return stating I HAD to return the items through their website (contrary to the websites instructions) so I drove to the Santa Fe location and found competent and helpful employees such as Kristin who didn't question a thing. She helped me with my return and sold me the items I needed. Thank you!! I'll drive to your store from now on even though Parker street is closer. I'd rather deal with people that care.
I ran across town to pick up parts. We had called and told them we were running there as fast as we could and they told us they closed at nine. I made it there a few mins before nine and they already had the closed sign up. I knocked on the door and was just ignored. I have worked in retail my whole life and understand closing a few mins early however we had just got off the phone and told them we were on the way. We made a online order so I literally just had to run in and sign the receipt. Worst customer service. Very annoying experience.
Twice we ordered parts and twice they changed the part number and gave us the wrong part. This last time the part was shipped from a different store. They want to charge us the shipping costs since we returned the part. The part they shipped wrong. ..Olathe, Ks. ...becareful.
This company had my car towed in the parking lot. I was parked outside meineke and they originally told me it would be fine to park there until I found out it was this company who actually towed it not even 3 days after I left it there when all they would of had to do is ask next door to who’s car it was but this company obviously doesn’t care enough and decided they just wanted it towed as soon as possible. So I’m sure they won’t care enough about this bad review. They do not care which is why they have earned themselves what should be a 0 star review if possible. Will never use this business ever again nor will I ever recommend to anyone.
LeAnn is awesome. That's all I can say: terrific service, expert knowledge, patient, honest and kind. I came in because my battery had died mysteriously in a parking lot across the way, and I was out of options. We walked across Santa Fe and into the store, and she helped us above and beyond my expectations. There is a store closer to my house, but, after tonight I am coming back to this store because of the superb customer service experience I had tonight. Thank you!
The past 3 times coming into this store, noone has greeted me or asked me if I needed any assistance. Piss poor customer service. Lady behind the desk is too busy on her phone. Will be the last time I come in.
The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is because I was able to place my order online hassle free, the order was placed and said that it should be ready in 30 minutes or so, I decided to call a little earlier than that hoping I could at minimum get an ETA for when I can get the part (I wasn’t in a rush, just trying to see when I can get it to plan out my evening a little better) but the customer service representative was so short and rude on the phone and made me feel bad for even calling about an item I spent money on, oh yeah, he couldn’t even tell me when he would even know the ETA he said”maybe 5 minutes, maybe 5 hours, maybe 30 minutes”. I will be making a little longer commute and pay a little more for better customer service at NAPA down the street because This wasn’t the first time this has happened to me.
I have been coming to this store for many years now and I have yet to experience bad customer service. I appreciate the folks at this store. They are *always* helpful.
Very friendly staff who will look up or find anything you need for your car. Prices are fair and their sales are pretty good.
I go to get some fuel treatment for my car and seem to always pick up another item or two that is on sale.
Any item you need you can order for nearly any make or model of vehicle. I have been to several auto parts stores in the area and yes, this is a convenient location for me, but I don't stop in for convenience but because I have had good experiences.
They helped me read engine codes 3 different times to troubleshoot a bad ignition coil. They provide great service and will always have my business in the area.
Talk with the staff here; theyre friendly and knowledgeable. I came in looking for a caliper because I thought mine was seized up. But the staff talked with me about it and realized I just needed a special tool to screw the caliper back in. They had it available for rent and saved me some money. Thanks guys!
The people working here are always friendly, but the lot is dirty and ratty, as is the interior of the store, and there's a slightly foul odor to the store. I know it's an auto parts store and not some Michilin Star rated restaurant, but I've been to many other Advance Auto Parts stores that have much cleaner exteriors and interiors.
Radiator went out, had a new one put in that came from this store and the radiator ended up being defected and did harm to my vehicle. The store and the companies warranty department did a great job handling the issues and got the radiator company to fix my car!!!! A++ Rating
I had a headlight burn out and I went in to buy a replacement. The price was fair and Chris was even willing to come out and install it. Excellent service.
