We needed a DTC scan on her car and both gentlemen were friendly as soon as we walked in. Steven went right out to the car and scanned it. Once back in he explained what the codes meant. Made some real good suggestions and explained what to watch out for if the issue becomes worse. I really appreciate Steven's friendliness and knowledge. (I hope I spelled his name correctly, if not I apologize)

I am grateful to have this branch as my local store, they are extremely helpful, especially when dealing with and carrying parts for vintage cars and keeping me on the road. Brake parts, fan belts, batteries, fluids, they got a great team there, and in general, if the part is not in stock, they can bring it to my store within a day.

Well they are very helpful in the store. But if you go in there and ask for a jump start, they will not help you at all. They'll tell you that they don't have a jump box. But you'd think that because they work at O'Reilly, they would all have jumper cables in their car. And being car guys, they should be happy to do something as simple as give you a jump start. But nope. Not a snowballs chance in hell.

Been coming to this location for years. Main reason? Straight shooters and helpful. Ran in today with some car issues and questions after this recent cold spell and ice storm - Nick was super helpful and steered me towards a solution that saved me money I hadn’t thought of. Yet another time I’m glad I went here first. Highly recommend.

Not only is this a nice store with everything you need but a lady came in while it was raining needing wipers and one of the guys went out and did it for her since she didn't know how! They have great service! Plus if your check engine light is on they will test it for free and tell you why.

Third time trying to drop off used motor oil that went weird. First was a no, second was a long wait, and I have been outside for 10 minutes waiting this time. Yes, this is after talking to guy at the front desk and signing the drop off sheet.

This place has been here for many years, always had good service! I know other people that shop here! Yes, they have high prices but good quality products! I had to get a new battery! Two prices on for $195 with two two years warranty and the other for $222. With a three year warrant! They will install your battery for me, they can look up any parts you need! They can also see if another store has the parts for you, the store is easy to get around,

Needed a part badly on Saturday a Month ago, went to advance store but they didn't have on current store. Had to drive to next store, down the Parker Avenue, but I decided to checkout with O'Reilly. Since it was around 8pm, at the store 2 team members were just on their way out. And by the counter was one Guy just an idler not buying anything but a chatting with the lady team member(Victoria). Fortunately He stepped aside for me and kept listening what was going on. The lady checked for the part and I found one which was $20 more than the advance store. I requested for a price match. And the lady told me there is no way she can know the price. I told her she can call the other store or believe what I told her. She asked me to check on my phone for the price, but didn't bring the part, either the price. I told her I have been a customer there over 10 years and they usually call the other store and verify. She went off on me, " Do you want to teach me my job!?" She exclaimed. Then I told her yes ofcourse it's the routine I have always seen them do. And the customers are always right. And you should always listen to their needs if it's viable. Then the gentleman whom I presume to be the Boy friend started cursing me, and calling me names "F**k and asking who I am. And He told this is a women, I requested him to mind his own business, but he continued shouting at me. I was so humiliated and disappointment. Just wanted to deal with the gentleman. After 2 weeks I called in and talked to the Manager until now I haven't been notified yet what I did wrong, bringing my usually business. Still disappointed.

Love this place! This is one of the parts store we use at work when we need items that are out of stock at our location. And I go there on my personal trips as well. Randy is the best! He's always so pleasant and friendly everytime I call. And there delivery team is great as well. They normally take about 5 minutes to bring my orders. Highly recommend this place!

I bought a new battery 10/24. Nick was the customer service rep who helped me. Then he installed it - it was reay raining, and the battery was ridiculously difficult to install. He was so patient and kind. Thanks so much to Nick for great customer service!

I stopped by with my son to get a check engine light analyzed. They were very helpful. I ended up buying window wipers. The young man who waited on us was very pleasant. He offered to put the wiper blades on but my son said he could do it.

Amazing Customer Service! I purchased a headlight bulb at my neighborhood OReillys on Sante Fe. Travis, the Asst. Mgr went to the parking lot and installed it for me!! I was blown away at this exceptional kindness!!

I’m in this store a LOT. The whole operation runs smoothly. If something I need isn’t in stock, they’re always happy to tell me which of their stores does have it, (and they will call to ensure as well as pull the part for me to come pick up) Or most parts can be brought to the store I’m standing in later the same day or early the next. Returns are never a problem. The rewards program is always saving me some cash. The staff is helpful and friendly. Even when I show up two minutes before they close! Five stars for sure!

Super helpful. Bought an item with my debit card, and had to return it. I was worried that I wouldnt be able to return the item because I had since cancelled that particular card, but since I had the receipt they were able to give me cash! Thank you guys so much! You made my day just that much easier!!

I went there this morning to get a headlight replaced on my car. The boy said he could not do it that I had to take out to the dealership. I went back in to get a refund and the young lady Victoria said are you sure you can't put it in for her. He told her she could try it. He said he didn't have the tools to do it. And if he did it would take him 3hours to do it. But it was funny she had the tools to do it and changed it for me in about 20 minutes. Victoria is an angel and I think she deserves a big raise for great customer service and getting the job done. Goes to show you don't underestimate a women.

I've been to O'Reilly parts over 2 decades and many stores. Customer service can be spotty but if there is a guy there named Declan, ask for him. Dude had other customers but when I walked looking for a break light, he told me right where it was, asked me if my break covers were tinted to make sure it wasn't an LED I needed then offered to install it for me as soon as he was done with other customers. I said he could tell me which break light was out and just said to set something heavy on the break pedal (duh on my part) and I got it installed as he was walking out to give me a hand. Dude was solid, polite and knowledgeable.

My cousin found the right heater hose for his 2009 van. Other places had the wrong size, but he was able to find it quickly at O'Reilly. Good and fast customer service.

Drew was outstanding. I had OnStar diagnose the vehicle and they gave me the error codes. I called O'Reillys and Drew knew what the issue was immediately after giving the code it was throwing. Funny guy, easy to talk to, and reasonable prices. Happy to give 5 stars to this location. I'll be back for sure for any future needs!

On my way to work this morning and noticed that my Tahoe didn't want to start. After getting it running I went straight to Oreilly's and David helped me swap the battery out on a wet cold morning. I appreciate it David! Thanks for the help.

Although I got what I needed, the woman who helped me was very very condescending about it. In the past what I loved about O’Reilly’s was even though I don’t know much about cars, they do! They were always able to help me without making me feel bad for not personally knowing much. Did not feel this here. Woman was obviously annoyed with me and the guy behind me just kept chuckling while she belittled me for not knowing about car parts well. Will not be coming to this location again.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star, if I could give less I would. I went in today to get a new battery since mine was so dead it was barely even running anymore. The 2 young staff members were ridiculously unhelpful. One told me it was too hard to change my battery so they wouldn't help me. When he asked the other employee to help me he said "i could but i don't really want to." Then as he was stuffing food in his face at the counter stated he didn't really want to help as he was "recovering from food poisoning" and then continued to smirk and giggle like it was entertaining not to help me. Apparently doing your job is optional there. Since neither of them wanted to do their job and told me to my face they didn't want to help me I then had to limp my car down the street where the lovely gentlemen at Auto Zone replaced my battery without any hassle. I missed over an hour of work due to the laziness I encountered at O'Reilly's. I will be calling in a complaint Monday morning to the regional office.

I've been using this store for decades, since before I could drive!. Brought a small part in for warranty and had zero issues. Always a pleasure doing business at this location. Alicia was wonderful and very accommodating! Thanks!

I've always had the best experience at O'Reilly's. It seems like they manage to hire competent individuals who are still able to work with the average shade-tree mechanic. You don't get the feeling they're looking down on you if you don't know exactly what you need and you never feel like you're talking to a high school student who doesn't know the difference between a hub cap and a carburetor.
