I just have to give a huge shout-out to Napa Auto Parts in our small town! I’m so grateful to have them here. Every time I stop by, I’m not only met with great customer service but also genuine kindness and helpfulness. When I’m looking for a part they always go above and beyond to help out. Shopping local is so important. If you need anything for your vehicle & want to support a fantastic local business, I highly recommend paying them a visit. They truly make our community a better place!
I noticed a headlight out this morning on my way to work so I planned to stop here for a new set of bulbs on my way home. On here their closing time is listed as 5pm. I was cutting it close as I pulled up to the store at 5 minutes to 5. But should be a quick in and out, right? NOPE! Lights were already off and the sign was flipped to closed. Literally zero other parts stores on my way home. So, they close early, and lose a repeat customer. From now on I will drive out of my way clear to mason city and NOT this or any other Napa from now on. Jesus, if I can put in a full shift every day at work, why can't they?
How was my Napa experience today , well I'll tell you ! It doesn't matter what time of the day it is you will always have one of the fellas or all of them to help you out right away but there's times when their busy and waiting is no problem . The guys are like my family and everyone else that comes in the store would say the same thing .
Been my go to parts store since I've had wheels under me. Great staff that's always friendly and personable. Well stocked store and if not, they'll try for the next day.
