My son purchased a vehicle from Forest City Chrysler Jeep. Carfax had it was in a front end collision. We ask for it to be examined by a body shop and told by salesman that it was through their shop and everything was good. After purchasing the vehicle was delivered to North Iowa Collision for examination and found front collision needed to be replaced which the cost was paid half be dealership. Now bumper cover and hood don't fit correctly also vavle cover is leaking. We asked dealership to split cost and was told no. I wouldn't buy from this dealership my son hasn't had for 30 days and the dealership doesn't stand behind their vehicles.
Update the dealership has not responded to my comments. Found broken right headlight, it was loose with mounting broken (doesn't work) and side marker light mounting broke. Spent $1000 on parts and painting front bumper.
I know it's hard to find low mileage vehicles but the salesman miss represented this vehicle. Don't buy from Pritchard.

Went in there to look at one truck 2018 ram 1500 hemi they were actually honest about the truck and it wasn't something I really wanted ended up walking out of there with a beautiful truck nicest thing I've ever owned besides my girlfriend lol Love the service there Jeff was a great salesman Nathan was awesome to deal with and so was their boss One of the best times I ever had they made this car by an experience a wonderful thing thank you so much
What a terrific experience in buying my new 2025 Chrysler Pacifica Limited!!! Ryan Harvey went above and beyond to make my purchase as hassle free as one could even imagine.
First of all, i was looking at purchasing a very similar vehicle from another dealership. Only to be amazed at getting the same deal for a 2025 model verses the 2024 new model that i was looking at.
Secondly, we did everything over the phone and through emails
Thirdly, they delivered the van to my house!!!! Saved me a 45 minute drive.

Always have wonderful customer service experiences with the Service Department. Rusty and the technicians are always polite and very helpful. Very knowledgeable for what they do. We've been customers since 2013 and still going back for service.
We had a great experience working with Doug and Tom in finding the right vehicle for us. They listened to our needs and made the experience pleasant for us. The great customer service from the service department lead us to looking at our next vehicle there.
i had the worst experience with the service dept. I was charged $180.00 for a diagnosis and my 2020 Jeep Gladiator was returned to me with a broken sensor and nuts and bolts missing. The so called Jeep Specialist is a liar and is a joke. The Service Manager was just as bad, he just made excuses for why i was treated this way. I will never go back here for anything. I had a very bad experience and do not recommend them to anyone
Service department leave much to be desired. First time customer with first oil change. They charged me 111 for a paper oil filter i can get for 36 dollars. Direct from mopar it was 77. They didnt even give me the heads up that it would be a 300$ service to change oil and rotate tires. All they said was ya that is expensive.. we will give you 10% off.... save yourself the hassel find a more upfront and reasonable dealer
FC Crysler , where I took my truck in for a recall and they charged me over $100 for a scan and they said they needed to confirm the vehicle was I. Need of the recall, when that fact was already confirmed by Chrysler mailing me the recall. Just to line there pockets. F.C. Auto charges less than 1/2 the price for a scan than at FC Chrysler.
I had my truck in 4 different times and asked them to check the wiring but they kept putting different parts in this last time they had it in for several months and told me it was done I didn’t even drive it 15 miles and it ran worse than ever. Took it to another dodge garage and they had it done instantly said it was a corroded ground wire!

manor. Would definitely recommend them.
I started by bringing my vehicles here for service work. The service department is so easy to work with. I then bought a 2023 Pacifica here. Doug, my salesman, was great. There was no pressure, and they didn't try to pressure me into extended warrantys or other add ons.
We have dealt with this dealership on multiple occasions since we moved to this area. Everytime we've dealt with them, they've charged us for extra labour that is supposed to be included with warranty. They're always trying to get extra money out of the customer. Never done on time, always a few days after they say it will be done. Brought truck in at the end of January and it just got done today, then they wanted to charge me for extra labour because apparently it took longer then the time RAM gives them to do warranty work. I like supporting local but it is hard when you are getting ripped off.
Huge shout out to Doug ,Billy & Zach for the excellent customer service -i love the no pressure sales-enjoying my new ride& will be back- hopefully not anytime soon :)

Very easy to work with and answered any and all questions. Make you feel at home. Tracy was awesome. I left a few things in my trade in and they drove them 2 hrs to me the next day. That is service. I will definitely check them out again for my next purchase. Finance agent was a blast we talked like we knew each other for years even though it was my 1st time meeting him. Definitely top notch team they have you wont be disappointed. Thanks for everything you did!!!
This company went above and beyond for me. We bought a used car earlier this year and a part went bad that took out the entire electronics system a month after we got it. They kept me in a loaner car for almost 5 months after while they found the parts to fix the car. When they did find the car due to the time it took to fix the issue and their fantastic new manager they covered the whole repair. Cannot say enough good things about Josh and his team for their caring generosity. 100% recommend and will be coming here for all my future car purchases!
Went in for oil change, tire rotation and multi point check. Everything done including vacuum front. Staff pleasant and courteous. Would use them again.
Terrible service with the finance manager Andrew Fedders. I chose to finance thru them which is Chrysler Financial and paid for a lift and their extra "insurance." Totally $4500 I opted out the next day I have been asking for over 2 months to have my money sent to me or put towards my principle. He will not answer my emails or messages. I keep getting the runaround.
I was also supposed to have my 1st payment due 30 days after I signed papers, I had to call him to let him know that I never received payment information. He stated stated that not all papers were processed. I would like my money. This is poor communication and someone that should not be representing Pritchard's.
Sorry, not sorry. I will never recommend Chrysler for a city to anyone for repairs. I took my car in at the recommendation of a different shop that was unable to complete the repair that I needed. Instead of having my car for only a couple of days, they ended up having it for well over a month. Due to the incompetence of their supposedly well trained employees, mistake after mistake was done on my vehicle causing the necessity for them to keep my vehicle for much longer than anticipated. Fortunately, they did have a vehicle that I was able to use while waiting for them to complete the repairs. I don't understand how one can neglect putting oil in during an oil change.
Rented a car while we were having our RV service work done at Winnebago. They were very nice, and accommodating. Will definitely use them again if needed. Great folks!
We were driving through when we had a bushing issue. Chrysler of Forest City took a look to see if it was driveable back home to Michigan. Great service. Non-pressure sales and helpful information. I got a great deal on a used Kia. It is not a car brand they know a lot about but they did leg work and found all the information I needed.

Tried to hammer a deal for the Chevy avalanche no go the only good thing was my sales person traci she cares!!! So that's a good person to start with but sales manger ti tight and turn my cash offer down i found a blue 2004 with only 110000miles for 9200 they could of made a couple thousand off my offer but they choose to keep it on there lot longer best of luck if your going to buy a car to to Tracie and good luck after that!!
