Your markup on parts is incredible. Part for window regulator had to be ordered. While I was waiting I looked up the part and online price at car parts.com was $119.99 and you are going to charge over $220. Plus an upcharge for using a credit card. Your labor rates are high enough you don’t need to gouge people more.

McGrath VW. The service was excellent. My salesman Cole was really tentative. The only problem that I had was after we had a agreed upon price and a $500 deposit. A lot of warranty work and some work outside of warranty was done and then I was asked to pay another $3,400 above our agreed upon price. After waiting 2.5 months for the repairs to be completed.

We had an unusual situation with a company car many miles from our office. Dave in service was very communicative throughout the process making sure we knew exactly what was happening and setting clear expectations. Olivia in accounting was super responsive to time sensitive requests when it came time to settle our account. All in all a true 5 star experience!

Went above and beyond to make my wife and I happy with our choice of a truck .Chevrolet 2500 hd ltz. Everyone stayed after hours to finish the deal with no pushing about how late it was on a Friday night. Everyone was really friendly and personable with us. You don't see this quality of people around much especially at a car dealership. Will recommend this dealership to everyone. We recently purchased our very first brand-new car, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From day one, even just dealing over the phone, Tyson was incredible. He took the time to make a video and walk us through the Traverse we were interested in, which really helped us feel comfortable and informed. He stayed in contact with us through both text and phone and was always quick to respond. When we arrived at the dealership, everything was ready for us, which made the whole process so easy. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. As first-time car buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re ever in need of a vehicle, definitely ask for Tyson — he was truly amazing.

I worked with Austin on purchasing a vehicle that I had seen online. He was absolutely awesome to work with. I highly recommend asking for him. He shot a video showing us the car on the outside and inside and shared it with us shortly after our initial connection. It was really helpful. Such a positive experience all around, from Molly to Steve, Brent, Dane, and KC. Steve went above and beyond, building trust all along the way. I bought a car (which is now my favorite of all time) from 1800 miles away, sight unseen. A leap of faith for sure! Steve took videos and pictures of the car so that I felt comfortable with its reliability, performance, handling, and appearance. Maintenance records were clear and provided, they handled the title transfer, and followed up to see how the delivery went. SO happy with my Infiniti G37 convertible! Truly grateful! This was our first time buying a car from McGrath and we were very pleased Tyler Feldman did a FANTASTIC job and kept me in the loop with the suv I was buying He was up front and honest and I really appreciated him. He knew what we needed to get out of our car on a trade and he made it happen. Also got some nice upgrades on our new Kia Sorento Plug In. The process was smooth and really quick overall Riley Martin did a fantastic job on all the paperwork and the thing I appreciate the most is that he did not try and upsell me on things I told him I was not interested in. Took my vehicle in for suspension work and an oil change. Got the car back and they did not put a new oil change sticker or clear the change oil alarm. Took it back on a Saturday to get these two things taken care of and got told by an advisor that the technicians were in a hurry. NEVER TELL A CUSTOMER THAT. After the oil change we were having issues with the washer fluid not spraying correctly. Paid $160 for diagnosis and telling me the pump and hose needed to be replaced but the hose was on backorder. We paid the diagnostics fee at 4 P.M and when we arrived at 5:30 to pick it up they had the vehicle on the lift not put together. I change the pump and the nozzles and found they had not plugged the washer pump back in when they gave it back and still had the same problem but followed the hose and realized they pinched the hose on the air filter box when they did the pm service. Took the vehicle back in and spoke with David the service manager, showed him the issue. They wanted me to spend $600 for the pump and the hose. I let him know that if they unpinch the line and the washer fluid works they should replace the line. That did not happen. All I got was “it’s working now” let me know if you have any issues. You wanted me to pay but now you don’t want to replace it? I got offered a free car wash which I declined. Since there was no refund of the diagnostics fees or replacement of hose. I left a voicemail for the service director Melissa which I gave 3 business days for a response before this review and have not heard back. So any upper management that would like to resolve this, can reach out to me to try and save a customer. Gavin, I see your comments stating “you have been heard.” I would like someone to resolve this situation.

Ethan and Jelly were absolutely great. They had patience to deal with my anxiety and help me find the right car. I ended up with a 2025 Rav4 which I didn't want. I so badly wanted the Toyota corolla cross. After I drove it I wasn't much impressed. They asked if I would at least give the Rav4 a try. So I did. Wow im in love. I've had it just short of 2 months and there's still lots I need to learn. Hate to admit a car is smarter than me. Lol. Overall I am so so glad I went here and looked at cars. A HUGE thank you to Ethan and Jelly. You are the best. If you need a new car and need an awesome salesman find Ethan and Jelly can help also. Highly recommend this company

Forgot to give me my $250 off a used car even though I showed them the coupon, still haven’t heard anything about getting my car in for repairs even though they said they’d call me almost a week ago. Other than that pretty great. They worked around my budget and found me a car I could afford

***Edit again... 12/24 on the way to Minnesota to visit family for the holidays I got another check engine light... I pulled over to check the oil and discover that a TOOL had been LEFT in the engine bay from when it was last worked on by the dealership. Get ahold of McGrath on 12/26 and bring it in that Monday... Insisted on a loaner this time so I didn't have to struggle to get to work. It was one of the other 3 solenoids that weren't replaced. The whole song and dance restarted with the issue of the original code not being addressed when it should have been. GM covered all but $380. Again, why am I being held responsible when the original issue should have been taken care of or documented at the very least. McGrath failed to do any of that and in the end not out anything besides time and "covering the $150 diagnostic fee". They take no accountability or responsibility for any of this. Asked to speak with someone higher that could help me resolve this while on the phone and was told Gavin may be available. I go and pick up the truck and nothing. ***Edit: Melissa the Service Director reached out to follow up. I feel as though she genuinely heard and acknowledged my concerns and frustrations. She also went into detail about how she plans on preventing this in the future. I am editing my review from a 1 star to a 4 star review. The 5th star will come when trust is built back and I believe Tom will be a key player in that. Thank you for the phone call Melissa. I want to start by saying this review does not reflect negatively on my recent Service Advisor, Tom. If it were solely about him, it would be five stars. Tom was professional, communicative, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. My concerns lie elsewhere, primarily with McGrath’s service processes and management. I began servicing my 2020 Chevy Colorado Z71 at McGrath in 2023 after moving to the area. Before that, I had consistently maintained the vehicle at the dealership where I purchased it, following all recommended service. Shortly after switching, a check engine light appeared. I had O’Reilly Auto Parts read the code (P0019) and brought it to the dealership. However, by the time I arrived, the light had turned off, and I was told there was nothing they could do without an active warning. This scenario repeated multiple times, and my concerns were consistently dismissed. During routine maintenance around 57,000 miles, I raised the issue again, noting my warranty expired at 60,000 miles. I requested that a note be added to my service file documenting this ongoing problem, which the Service Advisor at the time assured me was done. On December 2nd, the check engine light came on again with the same code. I called McGrath and drove there, but the light turned off on the way. I spoke with Tom, explained the history, and he confirmed the diagnostic would cost $150, but also noted that it would have been covered under the warranty. I was frustrated that my previous request for documentation had not been honored. Tom did his best to get GM to honor the warranty despite its recent expiration. Throughout the week, Tom kept me updated, and when the part arrived, I requested to speak with a manager to address my concerns, as Tom was not responsible for the earlier mishandling. On December 5th, Tom informed me that the repairs would be covered under warranty. I waited to speak with a manager, but instead, David, the Service Drive Manager, spoke with me briefly because the requested manager was unavailable. I explained my frustrations: repeated dismissals, lack of documentation, and facing costs outside the warranty period. While David acknowledged the issues, the resolution offered (an oil change) did not address my core concerns or restore my trust. My goal in writing this review is to highlight the need for better documentation, consistent service communication, and accountability. Tom exemplifies how service should be delivered, and I hope McGrath can ensure future customers do not face similar frustrations. My contact information is on file for follow-up.

Eli From Chevrolet CR was fantastic to work with. He is an excellent salesman. He made the entire process feel comfortable, easy and stress-free. He was attentive to what we were looking for and answered all our queries thoroughly. It was great to work with him as we never felt rushed or pressured. He is super knowledgeable making the process efficient and most importantly very transparent. He made us feel valued and went above and beyond to source us the perfect vehicle. I bought a Ford-150 from McGrath in December 2025. Garrett Ellard was extremely responsive with any questions I had prior to visiting the dealership. McGrath is the best car buying experience we've ever had. We live in Kansas and found what we were looking for online. We had a list of a number of trucks that we were interested in. The trucks were scattered everywhere from Texas, Colorado, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa. McGrath actually had 3 or 4 we were interested in which is a testament to their big selection of nice used vehicles. They also happened to have the one I wanted the most. It was 100% worth the drive. The truck is everything we wanted. From the time arrived at the dealership we could feel Joe was committed to making it so we got this truck. We came to the table with a bad deal of a trade in. We told them what we were hoping for and they never tried to up sell or down sell us. Joe and KC and others we never got to personally meet got it done. The best part was the fact that we never felt like we were dealing with a "car salesman". We could not be happier with the whole deal. Joe was amazing from start to finish and after. KC was absolutely great as well. We will definitely be back with future purchases.

David S. helped me today. He was so thorough and patient in answering my many questions (and answering a few questions multiple times to ensure I understood). He really went above and beyond in his help and putting me at ease, including setting me up with another appointment to double check something on my vehicle. I’ve been considering whether to start to get my car serviced elsewhere, but customer service like I had today from David have made it clear I will stay.

Deepak was awesome to work with. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, delivered on promises and followed up throughout to make sure we were taken care of. We were buying the car from out of town, and we were so comfortable with his work we decided to purchase and have it delivered sight unseen. Communication was thorough and timely, but not pushy...exactly what we needed. Would definitely buy from him again, and highly recommend.

Horrible experience. I hope I’ll never have to return again. They had my truck for over a month. I was offered a rental 2 days before I got my vehicle back. At one point I called every day for 2 weeks. I didn’t receive a call back. I had 87,000 miles on my 2019 truck and it basically needed a new engine. They said a new engine was on back order. So they basically replaced everything but the engine. $16,000 in bills. They went over on labor time so I got charged for that too. If a general contractor goes over on labor hours do they get to add that into their bid? Absolutely not……A week after I got it back it started doing the same thing. It feels like someone is rear ending me when I come to a stop. It shifts very hard. I called and told them what was going on and said I wouldn’t bring it in until they had a rental vehicle for me. They said I’d be a top priority since it had only been a week since I got my truck back. It’s been over a month and they haven’t called me back. Shady folks over there! I’d give them 0 stars if that option was available. I will avoid them at all cost!

The easiest buying process I’ve experienced buying a new car! The process was quick and easy which generally isn’t the case buying a vehicle. The staff were all very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend McGrath be salesman Tyson to anyone.

Rick in sales is absolutely amazing!!! I purchased a vehicle from out of state and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was fully taken care of and happy with my purchase. First purchase from here. Had to go through a couple of vehicles to find what would work in my budget. Finally got approved for a 25 silverado. There was a mix up in the financing. But they covered the difference. Eli Foreman was great and easy to work with. Would recommend and will be doing business with them again.

I recently did a fly & drive all of the way from Oregon to Mcgrath Chevy to purchase a Regal GS. Start to finish my salesman Dustin was super helpful, extremely nice, & even picked us up from the airport when we landed there. Once at the dealership, they made the entire process seamless in the finance department (Trios was great!) & after we noticed one small issue with the car their used car manager Shaun stepped up without any push back or drama to make things right. I cannot say enough great things about everyone here & would recommend anyone their way!!!
