I came in knowing less about car parts than a goldfish knows about quantum physics. But Kris, who is a wizard of a parts professional didn’t even flinch. With the confidence of someone who’s memorized the entire parts catalog, she diagnosed my situation faster than I could miss pronounce “alternator”.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I stopped in to buy a battery for the truck and they had several options available with the employee, giving me several different options, backed by his knowledge and information.
Went in looking for a specific part. Guy tells me the part won’t fit my vehicle, and that I won’t be able to take it back in case it doesn’t fit. Well it did fit just perfect. No point in arguing. Just hand me my part next time and quit the attitude. I knew what I was looking for.
For the big city of cedar rapids this auto parts store I feel the best because of the professional treatment that you get for the money. The prices are decent. The people know what they're doing.

I went in to find a terminal cleaning brush. I had no idea how to use the products Mike helped me pick out so he offered to show me how to use them. He pulled out a battery and showed me what to do, which was very helpful. So my experience was very positive and I will be returning there for future purchases.
All of my cars/ trucks have had the parts provided. With the absolute best Service from employees and or management. I don't trust anyone other than my guys/gals at car quest. Awesome parts and service, very knowledgeable staff. Won't buy anything from the other companies.
I was once again super impressed with the excellent customer service that I received. The guy that helped me was not only easy on the eyes but was very gracious in helping me even when I did not have my receipt. I am definitely going back to that store for my car needs.
