We stopped by to look at a used Accord Hybrid, we were promptly greeted by Mark, simple greeting, few questions, never felt pressured. Decided to ask about a test drive, next thing I know we are buying a car. Whole team was great, no haggling, no pushy tactics. Wonderful experience. Would absolutely use them again. This was our 1st purchase and experience with Kuehl Honda. We traded a Honda CRV for a Ridgeline. From the start we were impressed with how everyone actually listened to what we wanted, and how we wanted the experience to go. We never felt pushed or pressured. We drove from Madison, WI and would do it again to work with Chanin at Randy Kuehl! Chanin was very detailed, respectful, and the day of car buying experience was seamless. Sometimes car buying experiences can be very stressful, but Chanin put his best offer on the table at beginning and was never pushy. Overall we were very impressed!

We recently were looking for a new vehicle to replace our 2016 Subaru. We stopped at Randy Kuehl Honda first, and then went to check out Subaru. We are so pleased with our experience at Honda. We got "the best price" offer the first time!! No back and forth with prices (which we hate and find so time consuming) James was so helpful, and easy to work with. We never felt rushed, pressured or misinformed. He explained the features of our Pilot, answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer, he made sure he got the answer. We are really loving our new vehicle and would totally recommend James as a salesman to anyone to work with!!!

I’m very picky when it comes to buying a new car. With that in mind, my experience with Randy Kuehl was very good. My goal is to get a fair price on a good car. The car and the staff at Randy Kuehl exceeded my expectations. I worked with both Tim Carson and Chanin Dirks for the purchase of my new HR-V - both were total pros. To finalize the deal I worked with Jon Dugan, also very good. Overall an excellent buying experience.

I bought a new CR-V in December and had a wonderful experience working with Tony! Overall everything was very straightforward and communication was excellent. I don’t live in CR and was able to get everything handled over the phone, then a short time wrapping everything up the day I got in! Great experience. Tim Carson was our salesman and did an outstanding job of explaining our different options and communicating with us. We bought a CR-V for my 89 year old mother who previously owned a 2015 Honda CR-V. Tim was very patient at explaining things slowly and how a lot of things are different on the newer model. Also a big thanks to James Heeley. My mother had rented a Nissan Rogue that she drove to the lot to check out the CR-V’s. The car had a very strange gear box that neither me nor another guy could figure out. He was very patient and kind to help her figure out how to change gears.

I have been researching new cars for the past two months and had a good idea of what I needed. I will start off by saying that I NEVER leave reviews. After my experience with this dealership, I feel the need to. I recently was in an accident and got word from my insurance company that my CrV (purchased from another dealership) was deemed a total loss. I HATE car shopping. My previous experiences with dealerships felt rushed, impersonal, and like I was being pressured to spend money to benefit someone’s take home pay and not my specific needs. I went to Randy Kuehl after hearing good things from several people. I live much closer to another Honda dealership with the same vehicles, but not the same reputation. Due to my previous experiences with buying a car, I went to Randy Kuehl when they were closed just to look without pressure. I fell in love with the looks of a used Honda Pilot and left a message to test drive it the next day. Over night, I kept thinking of how much I loved my CrV and kept going back and forth. The next morning, Tim Carson from Randy Kuehl called me right away to see what questions I had. I went over my love for the Pilot, however stated I probably didn’t need that much car. We also discussed my love for the CRV and my need for leather with our shedding Golden Retriever. Tim made it clear on the phone- his motto was to go over any questions, let me see my options, and ultimately his goal was to have a satisfied customer, regardless of the price of the vehicle. I went up there that afternoon and Tim had the Pilot ready for a test drive and had a used CRV with the trim I wanted since they didn’t have any new in stock (I told him I wanted to buy new if that’s the avenue that I went and he explained they would be getting new models in shortly if I chose that vehicle and wanted to wait). The used Pilot was in immaculate condition and was significantly cheaper than the brand new CRV. I decided to test drive a Hybrid Sport with leather… and instantly fell in love with it. Again, zero pressure to buy a more expensive car. Tim went over all of the bells and whistles, amazing warranties, etc. I came in pre approved from my credit union for a great rate. Tim Carson went above and beyond and checked rates and incentives and I got a BETTER deal through them… him going above and beyond (without me even questioning if they could find a better rate) saved me quite a bit of money! There was ZERO pressure to add anything on or rushing to sell. Tim legitimately made me feel like a car salesman should… like this experience was about me and what I wanted in a car. Tim was professional, but very personable. In my opinion, the fact that he has been with this company for 11 years speaks volumes. Now onto the financial part… this was just as smooth. I worked with Jon Dugan and couldn’t recommend anyone better for the “stressful” part of the car buying experience. Jon was knowledgeable, transparent, and beyond personable. No question was stupid, his explanations of everything were easy to understand, and he was actually fun to work with and had me laughing most of the time. No hidden fees and no BS… I felt like I was the only customer that he had that day! Before I drove away, Tim came out to my new car and helped me set up all of the multiple features that my car had without asking him to and urged me to call him ANYTIME if I had questions. This experience 100% broke the mold for my expectations going forward. I buy my cars to run until they die, but having said that, I will ONLY do business with these guys going forward. I not only drove away with a gorgeous car, I left feeling like a human being and not a customer. Thank you Tim and Jon (I’m sure the rest of the staff are just as wonderful)! You have earned a customer for life!

Very straight forward and honest. Bought my car less then a month ago. They texted me just after having it two weeks to see how it was going, I mentioned the the tire pressure light had not gone off. They got my car in and fixed 3 tire pressure sensors for free and gave me a loaner car. Very happy with my car and the service.

I had a wonderful experience at Honda the last few weeks! I was ready to trade on my Jeep and wanted a specific model and trim of CRV. I worked with Tim Carson and he was able to locate and deliver the vehicle in a much shorter time frame than expected. He initially helped me decide between three models of car to determine the CRV had all of the features I was interested in. The process was super smooth and I never felt pressured throughout the process. He was very transparent about cost, fees, and what was included. Tonight when I went to finalize the purchase, Jon Dugan in finance was super helpful in talking me through some final details. Again, I felt like they were very transparent about the whole process which made me a lot less nervous about such a big purchase! It was overall a wonderful experience and much easier than I remember other purchases from other dealers being. I’d highly recommend RK Honda and now that my family has a full garage of Honda cars, we will be back in the future!

What immediately impressed me was James' deep empathy for my situation, as he could relate to the emotional attachment one has to a cherished vehicle. Bought a 2025 CR-V EX this past summer. Hassan was my salesperson and he was helpful every step of the way. I told him exactly what I wanted and what financing %. Never pushed me on add-ons that I didn't want. He was patient with me as I did some table math when deciding the amount of downpayment I wanted. Jeff was also easy to work with in the finance office. Justin the manager was fair to negotiate with and very personable. The whole process was simple and not drawn-out. The CR-V itself is an amazing vehicle. I recently completed a 3500 mile road trip to Acadia (highly recommend), and I had zero issues throughout the trip.

He was friendly, helpful, and I never felt pressure to buy the vehicle or take options I didn't want. He went above and beyond to make my experience awesome. Jon in finance was equally friendly and helpful. I had pre-approved financing through a credit union before I stepped on the lot, but Jon seemed sincerely interested in getting me the best rate I could get on the terms I wanted. He never pushed me toward one lender or another, and he got me a better rate than I'd expected. Before arriving I was absolutely dreading what was ahead. To say I was pleasantly surprised is a huge understatement.

I usually find car buying pretty stressful, and most salespeople put me on edge because I end up questioning everything they say. But with James, I didn’t get that feeling. He came across as honest, patient, and knowledgeable about the vehicles we discussed. When there was something he didn’t know right away, he checked and followed up instead of guessing — which I really respected. We had a great experience purchasing a new SUV from Randy Kuehl Honda. I recently purchased a 2026 Honda Passport Trailsport Elite for my wife. We first contacted sales consultant Tim Carson at the dealership in late spring 2025. We discussed our interest in said vehicle and mentioned our desire to find a specific exterior and interior color. Our desire was to purchase a new vehicle within the next year. We mentioned we were not in any hurry and were still researching and considering other vehicle options. Tim did a great job staying in touch with us throughout the summer and answering any questions we had regarding the vehicle of interest. After extensive research regarding features and reliability we decided the 2026 Passport was the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Tim was able to locate the vehicle at another distant dealership and we worked out a purchasing price and made the transaction. We are very happy with the whole process and never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision in any way. They gave us a fair price for our trade-in vehicle and made the process quick and easy. We also really enjoyed working with Jon Dugan the finance director,... he is a great asset to the Randy Kuehl team. We will definitely be doing future business with the team at Randy Kuehl Honda!

This is the second time we contacted Tim to help us with another Honda. We purchased our Honda Pilot 2022 a few years ago and were looking to get the 2025. Tim did a great job of finding exactly what we were looking for, and also getting the trailer hitch ordered as well. This time we were very specific about what we wanted in the car and Tim was able to find us one and we came back a few days later to close the deal. In the mean time, he also had a used Honda Accord that we ended up getting for our son. The car is in great condition and exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Tim. He is easy-going but listens and also tries to meet everything you are looking for in a car. He was great to work with!

I had a great experience buying a new CR-V from Randy Kuehl Honda. I negotiated a deal on a new 2025, then on the day it arrived at the dealership, I changed my mind. I decided I wanted a 2026 model. They pretty much matched the discount we agreed on for the ‘25 and even threw in some dealer installed options. The sales staff was very attentive and transparent. I can be hard to work with, yet they all remained professional and assured me they would EARN MY BUSINESS! I have no hesitation recommending this dealership.
