They can be a little hard to break the ice with when you first meet them, but they are not a car lot snake looking to take advantage of you. Rather nice and to the point, doesnt try to throw in stuff to add fluff to your bill.
Took my Ford to fix my AC and the guy has zero decency to talk to customer. Both times wouldn’t fix the AC, just charged me money. It was all waste of money. Never recommend to go there.
Bruce was very helpful as I was trying to get my son's car fixed from out of town. He got it in promptly and charged me what he told me it was going to cost up front.
I wasn't sure what was wrong with my car. They found the problem, got it fixed the same day at a fair price. I'm extremely pleased and will be using them in the future.
He had our truck for 3 weeks and told us that it would be done a certain time and that time would come and no call. This happened 3 times. Bad customer service. When we got the truck back, we had to take it the Garry's Tire to get the front end done correctly. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
Call ahead for an appointment. Bruce does a great job on all our vehicles. Call for your next oil change, tune-up or any other services your vehicle may need.
The lady in the office is completely rude- if you can get her attention away from whatever show she's watching..
Decent service, not the cheapest place around though
I've been going here for years and they always treat me fairly. They aren't the cheapest option, but they use good parts and do what they say they will do in the time they quote you. I'll gladly pay a bit more for peace of mind, especially when chain repair shops try to upsell you and con you. No con jobs here. Honesty and quality all around.
I usually don't post bad reviews on a company but I feel people should know how this business operates. I got $350 worth of stuff done on my car. They forced me to pay right away which fine but when I got my car back, the problem wasn't fixed. I called them and just asked if I could bring it back in because the problem wasn't fixed and they never called me back. So they charge me a ton of money for a problem they didn't even fixed that I asked to have fixed.
Despite being right before Christmas, they squeezed us in, ordered parts, and had us on our way within an hour and a half. Very fair price and friendly service!
