Terrible experience here with Joshua. My wiper flew off on the highway during a snow storm, this location was right off the highway and the least distance away. He was very rude right from the get go and would not help put my windshield wiper on even though they do advertise free wiper installation. I ended up calling autozone and (very slowly) drove down the road and they helped me with the wiper. 0/10 recommend. I was scared out of my mind driving in those conditions and his rudeness made the situation so much worse.
Drew B was the best at helping me try to figure out which washer fluid to get for the winter and he was very knowledgeable about his fluids. Thanks Drew!!
I can’t thank Jake and Mike enough for their kindness and incredible help. I broke down while traveling through the area after all the shops had already closed for the evening. Just when I thought I was out of luck, these two stepped up and went above and beyond to help me find the part I needed. Thanks to their knowledge, patience, and genuine care, I was back on the road in no time. It’s rare to come across people this friendly and willing to help a stranger. I’m truly grateful — they turned a stressful situation into a reminder of how good people can be.

I went to O’Reilly auto parts to see if they had any snow brushes available. Joshua was so kind to look in the back and brought out three different snow brushes. He demonstrated one that I liked. The Snowbrush was able to telescope larger for easier reach and the brush was able to be rotated. This item will definitely help me clear off the snow on my SUV. I also asked him about getting a replacement mirror assembly for my vehicle. He looked online and told me the alternatives that I could choose from. I will definitely be coming back for all of my automotive needs.
This O’Reilly location always has exactly what I need, and on the rare occasion they don’t, they’re able to get it in unbelievably fast. Their turnaround time is much quicker than the competitors down the road, and the pricing is consistently better too. Couldn’t ask for a more reliable parts store!
This O’Reilly Auto Parts is hands down the best in the area! Alex and Jake went above and beyond to help me out. Alex really took the time to explain the parts I needed and made sure I wasn’t overspending. Jake double-checked everything, gave me some great installation tips, and made sure I had everything I’d need for the job.
Both of them were super friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service these days. If you’re looking for auto parts and want people who actually take the time to help, ask for Alex or Jake — they’re awesome!
Visited this location on Sunday & the only guy on counter shift wouldn’t help me out with a battery in my price range & insisted he make me buy the premium or nothing. Advanced auto parts has much kinder personnel & hooked me up w/a budget friendly battery that works just like my old one lolol
I always get outstanding customer service from Alexx. When I had to buy a new battery, he not only gave me all of my options, he even installed it for me. He always gets the parts I need quickly and provides all of the choices on brand and cost. The best!

I was traveling from Illinois to Michigan when sudden car issues occurred. I found myself at O'Reilly's. I walked in feeling defeated. Mike was there to save the day. Site says they open at 8am and were currently open when in fact they don't open until 9am on Sunday.
Drove past two other auto parts stores to come to this one because it was supposed to be open....and it wasn't. Could have waited for the on closest to my home that also opened at 9:00 am. Make sure your hours are correct!

Very helpful and friendly. I needed a battery for my Chvy Silverado. There were 7or 8 choices of different grades and prices. They installed the one I bought on one of the coldest day's of the winter with no complaints. Highly recommend.
I went there today because I was having issues with my vehicle, and I wanted my vehicle tested for issues. Upon arriving at your store, I was greeted by Pablo. I explained my issue to him, and knowing he was not going to make a sale from me that evening...he continued to help me for an additional 20 minutes. Had a great experience here. No other parts store had what I was looking for and most couldn't get my part for at least a day. This place got my part delivered to the store within 2 hours. Was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Will never go to another parts store again.
Starting to prefer O'Reilly to the other stores lately. The employees seem to have above average knowledge on automobiles. Also the parts supplied have been better quality.
We had an A/C issue on our road trip. Stopped in and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgable staff. They were SO helpful in gettin is the right product with the right instruction and assistance. We are now able to continue our road trip in a nice cool car!

Went in to purchase parts for my truck. First of all the employees were nice and as helpful as they could be. I was given the wrong part and the crappy spark plug wires broke on the plug, thus leaving me to take the entire manifold off to get the piece off my spark plug. Save yourself some time and go anywhere but here!
Nathan and Rob are awesome guys who went above and beyond helping me out! I was traveling through the area and had a rear brake emergency which needed to me assessed immediately. I had called all of the other auto parts stores in the area prior to this one and none of them had tools I could use nor were they willing to help me out. These guys offered me the tools I needed to use for the job free of charge. They saved me from having to take my vehicle into a shop, and for that I am forever grateful. Thank god for these guys. I won't hesitate to stop here again when I need parts.
