OMG!!! Husband back and forth over their!!! They don't know there rear from a hole in the ground. First wrong rotors then wrong pads!!! How hard is it to match up part numbers???? AUTOZONE IS BETTER!!!!

Always out of basic parts some of the staff seem like they would be better off going to the Chesterton,or Valpo stores instead of Michigan City

Refused to check and change my battery like advertised. Your employees are rude and can't answer the question what the difference is in the car batteries you sell. Not to mention a a$$ about it. False and deceptive advertising is illegal just so you know.

Current female staff from MC location has kept us all in the loop about HR investigation. And gave updates and explained the horrible way it was handled. Someone at the corporate level probably should look into that. Customers would like to know they're spending money with a reputable business.

We are from out of state and my car is leaking transmission fluid. I stopped in to purchase fluid. Al was extremely helpful and kind. He saw I’m traveling with my four children and cared enough to show me exactly what to do so we wouldn’t be stranded on the side of the road somewhere! I feel this type of service has become so rare— I felt like I should leave a review. Thank you, Al!

I feel like some of their products have not been up to par lately. Bought brake pads and rotors and the squeek intermittently, even the struts I purchased a few months back seem to not be performing as well. The staff here was helpful but my experience with their parts has been unsatisfying as of late.

These people could not have been less interested in helping us. Felt like we were bothering them just by being in the store. It's a shame bc the people in the Michigan City store are always great.

It was the first big chain parts store that took a chance on Chesterton, so I show them the respect of going there first.

The men there know what they are talking about and got my parts for me and less than 5 minutes with no problems unlike AutoZone across the street would give me rude remarks and act like they hate their job and when they try to look for them when they don't find them after 10 minutes they just say screw it. Way better customer service here. Will be coming here way more often thank you Advance Auto :)

Prior to a motor purchase,I'm enduring poor customer service. Wish someone will step up to the plate and and jest take care the motor issues and two engine installations.

These guys were awesome. We stopped in to get a replacement brake light and checked out some new wiper blades, since that day's rain made it abundantly clear that we needed them. Not only did the gentleman help us find the right parts, but he also installed our wiper blades for free, in the rain! Thanks for the help!
