The woman who came to pick me up was fabulous and personal. I had to be towed to Mike's Automotive from just before the exit of Sample Rd in Bloomington. She was personal, sweet and compassionate. We talked all the way to Mike's and she even took me home! I would recommend them to anyone who needs to get taken to Mike's Automotive off of Jennifer Ln in Martinsville. My only Mechanic. Service was fast & tow bill was VERY reasonable.
This Towing Company's Employee stole several items from my vehicle. Female said your vehicle was locked. I watch my vehicle get place on truck and taking to their so called impound yard. Someone from this company helped themselves to what ever they wanted from my vehicle! If you don't want this to happen to you, I advise you to use another Towing Service!
If you need assistance with anything towing related - call Nikki and the folks there. They helped us with towing our vehicle after a major accident near Martinsville and she could not have been more caring, helpful, etc. And even chatting with her days later about getting insurance to pickup the car, etc. - super, super pleasant and helpful. If I ever need towing assistance again in this area - they will be my first and only call. Thanks so much.
My mom told her/them the key was in the driver seat under the cushion. Yet this lady didnt put my mom's van in neutral or even get in it to get the key! An then proceeded to drag her vehicle onto the flat bad. I should have went out and said something.. I knew she didn't know what the hell she was doing! I do not recommed hiring this company. There's tire marks in the street.
Never want to tow a vehicle, needed a tow and they were drinking and quoted me a price 3 times more than what I got it towed for. Used them all the time, but NEVER again!
