Terrible customer service. Terrible communication skills. Gabe said he couldn't look at my fuse to tell me which one I need even if I took it out myself and brought it inside bc it's company policy they can't touch anything from a car 🙄 no you are just not wanting to do your job. Or you don't know how to do it so you are making things up. Went to Napa down the road and to auto zone. Both we much more helpful and know how to communicate properly. Won't ever go back. Thanks for being a jerk!
The place is just fine if they would only answer the phone! For the last month every time I call this store the phone rings and rings and no one ever answers you have to literally go there in person ridiculous
Very impressive!!! On our way back to Michigan with a used trailer we bought . Getting dark we realized No running lights !!! Stopped here at pretty much closing time if not after and these Amazing two went up and beyond . Wendy and Dale THANK U !!!!! We purchased a magnetic running lights kit but once plugged in it didn’t work . Well by this time door is locked open sign off . Hubby knocked on door and they instantly answered took back the part then continued to help us enthusiastically and with smiles for the next 45 mins put something together that wld get us home safely and legally. We wld give them 10 stars ⭐️ if we cld !!! Thank U !!’

The O’Reilly Auto Parts in Martinsville Indiana sits across the street from AutoZone. Because it was on the side of the street i was on, I went into the AutoZone for 3 Windshield Wipers for my 2016 Chevy Equinox. I asked for a specific brand which was Rain-X and their staff directed me to some of the cheapest looking Duralast wipers I have ever seen. They have a policy in place where they install the wipers if you purchase them, it took 10 minutes and the manager is name is Mike refused to replace the rear windshield wiper because of the cover on the wiper, he said it would “break off.” Out of pure frustration my son and I watched a 2 and a half minute youtube on how to remove the cover and replace the wiper, which we did very quickly and it was an easy job. Looking at the Duralast they looked like crap compared to the ones I had on it previously. Mike kept saying it was because they were factory, i assured him i had well over 150k miles and have had them replaced numerous times for Rain-X wipers. He got snippy with me so I went across the street to O’Reilly auto parts. I was met by a cashier named Amanda, who didn’t look the part of someone who might work at an auto parts store. She changed my mind in a hurry, she was friendly, knowledgeable, able to help, and had the Rain-X wipers i had requested from AutoZone. She even looked up the proper clip for that model year and replaced them in less than 5 minutes. Infact, i believe she replaced them in under 2 minutes. I’ve done business with this O’Reilly in the past. They’ve been helpful, knowledgeable and have a great stock. Save yourself time and frustration on getting windshield wipers, which are the easiest install on a car. Go to this O’Reilly and ask for Amanda for assistance. I hope the manager at this establishment sees this post and gives her a raise. By the way I returned the cheap windshield wipers to AutoZone and informed Mike that a little woman of middle age changed all 3 in under 5 minutes and that he could learn something from her.
This OReilly’s customer service is absolutely incredible. Wendi took care of everything for me and was so sweet and kind about it all. This will forever be my first stop. Thank you O’Reilly team! You are amazing, and I’m so grateful for you!!
I called ahead to find out if they had a certain type of oil I needed the person stated let me go and check he came back and said yes we do have it I than stated I'll be there in 30 minutes to get it so I drove 20 miles to get there as I came in and ask for the oil that I had requested the employee had to look it up on the computer for a good 30 minutes I had told him that I had called ahead we went to the oil selection and no oil I feel that if you call and request a product and it's confirmed that you have it you should have it in stocks or on shelf
My husband bought brakes from another store and they broke within a month. O'Reilly helped us out and got us back on the road in no time. I will be back for all my car part needs. Top notch service.
Competitive prices and they can get parts not stocked locally typically within a few hours. They're also good at assisting with things like brake lines, which are not pre bent to the application.
These guys didn't even acknowledge my existence they were way too busy chit chatting and pretending to work I will never go back here the prices are way too high the same battery at AutoZone is $100 and they had one priced for $185. I will never shop here again
The same guy failed to honor a warranty also told me he could not get the heater hose pipe...at all...only through dodge....went across the road to AutoZone and got the part and they told me they were common and they had 3 in stock....I bought 1
I love O'Reilly's they offer a veteran's discount I shop there whenever I need automotive parts two thumbs up to Danny and all the other staff and Ellettsville Indiana
I went in for front brakes for my husband's work truck they didn't have what my husband wanted me to get so they upgraded the brakes for the same price ( which was for cheap brakes) , customer service is always helpful and friendly
This is by far the best O'Reilly auto parts store I have ever had the pleasyre shopping at! Very friendly and helpful employees and the store is always stocked and very clean. If they dont have the part in stock they get it to you super fast.
They have quick service with a smile. Always there to lend a hand. And they sometimes check stuff for you free. I'm a girl so I appreciate that. I dont know much about cars but I've always got the parts I've needed for my car here. They are the best auto part store in my book.

I like the prices and location. The employees are nice, but a they would do better with either more training or more knowledge of autos in general. Seems to always take 2 if not 3 employees to get the actual part I need, never fails. I have never just walked in, said what I needed and walked out with it. Always a 20+min visit, ALWAYS!
Our daughter was driving through from Indiana to Kentucky when she broke down. In the vehicle with her was a baby and a cat. She was able to make it THIS O'Reilly Auto Parts Store with the help of Stanley's Towing and a deputy named Chris. Not knowing the area or people, my husband and I drove 4 hours to meet up with her. A couple of local guys (both named Chris) offered to help her to get on her way, and did. Brad helped her diagnose the problem with her vehicle. The battery and alternator were bad. All of the employees were nice and caring enough to stay until we could get to the store about 15 minutes after they had closed the store. These gentlemen could have been home with their own families. They knew we were concerned for the safety of ours and waited. This day and age, it is not often you come across what could have been a horrific outcome, to feel so blessed about ALL OF THESE GENTLEMEN helping a young lady in distress!! Thank you all!!
Worst experience I ever had at a store. Staff in back came out looked at me never said hello can we help you. Went back to back room. Went somewhere else received good customer service. Will never be back. Behavior of staff unbelievable.
