Thank you for getting us out of a pickle! Pleasant, kind and super helpful in our time of need. My 5 year old daughter and I were re-routed two blocks from home during a snowstorm. New to the area, we tried to take a new route through GPS. Unfortunately, it sent us on back roads full of twists, turns and large hills. Our car just couldn't overcome the last big hill or perhaps it was driver error? Let's blame it on the hill. Can't thank Stanley Towing enough for (literally) steering us through that treacherous storm and up that blasted hill. Thank you!!!

Broke down in Martinsville and needed a tow back to Indy. They were friendly and helpful on the phone, and reasonably priced. The driver was great. He made great timing and also very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the help!

For a bad situation, Stanley Towing & Woody's Auto Repair gave me the best possible outcome. My car stalled on I-69 southbound about an hour before sunset, and Stanley's Towing came to my rescue. Cory towed my car back to their shop and offered to give me ride 30 minutes south to where I live, but I had already arranged for a friend to pick me up. The next morning, I got a call from the mechanic, Josh, that it was either a sensor or a bad engine--a couple hours later, Josh confirmed that the issues resolved with a new sensor, changed the oil for good measure, and I was on my way! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. The repair was fast and affordable. I literally couldn't have asked for more or better service. Thank you for saving me and my car!!!

We needed our car towed. Communication was quick and easy and the car was in their shop the next day. Turns out we had severe engine damage. The hauled the car back to our place and gave us a discount on the fee. All of our future business will be here! Thanks guys!

I've used both services here, the mechanic especially. If you're near martinsville ind. And you need a tow and your car fixed, they will help you out. There kept my car in good condition and tell me what's wrong with it too. I would recommend them.

Called on Monday to make appointment for alignment. The guy in the shop scheduled me for 2:00 pm on Wednesday. I showed up at 1:45 pm on Wednesday. The same guy I talked to on the phone said, "great, another appointment no one told me about." Then he irritatedly informed me he wouldn't be able to do the alignment until 4:00 pm. I didn't know that's how appointments work.... But ok.

I've used Mr. Stanley through my AAA several times now and he always provides excellent service! We're so blessed to have him in our community to help us in time's of need. Thank you Mr. Stanley

I took my 80’s car in after buying it due to a soft break pedal I also asked them to give it a look over as it’s from the 80’s. They had it for a day and said they flushed it and all is good about three weeks until the line blew. A car sitting for really any time without being ran should have its break hoses replaced wish I would’ve know that before. So it spent over two months sitting there while I found the parts because immediately one of the was doing nothing but talking down on my car and felt like me for buying it. Well after that they still couldn’t fix it because the whole break system needs replaced and thatll be over $600. We got the master off and the lines don’t need replaced. Again I asked for a look over as it’s old and they didn’t even take the air filter out. It was so clogged up with nut and leaves no wonder it wasn’t running well. If they don’t like your car they won’t work on it and they’ll lie to your face about the work.

We've used Stanley's Towing on several occasions. (Even one with a jeep in a creek) They are prompt, reliable and reasonable. They have become our first and only call when we need a tow.

The owners are amazing. They go out of their way to help you. Everyone there is very nice. The mechanics are really great. They know their stuff, reasonably priced, and they keep you updated on what's going on. They are always busy, so the turn around time might be a little longer than other shops.....BUT it is worth the wait. The tow truck drivers are awesome too! Stanley's is the only place I trust to work on my vehicles.

Stanley Towing done an excellent job. Very professional driver and dropped vehicle exactly where I wanted it. Very fair on price and good equipment. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Woodys. I got a used car that needed wheel and brake repairs, and Woodys was hundreds of dollars cheaper than other quotes. They finished in one day, had excellent communication, and were even helpful with info on fixing a situation they didn't directly repair. I will use Woodys in the future!

They towed my car and fixed it after hours on the weekend when they were closed so I could get back to school (which was 3 hours away). They got it done overnight with a very reasonable price and did a great job! Definitely recommend for anyone having car troubles and needing a tow!

These guys were great! My daughter was visiting her boyfriend in Bloomington (3 hrs from home) and her car broke down on I 69 right by Martinsville on a Friday night and she was stranded. These guys took her car in and fixed it over the weekend to help her out and had the vehicle ready to go by Saturday night. They went out of their way to help us out. Great job and very reasonable too! Thank you so much!

They were very quick to get my vehicle towed to their shop and find out what was wrong. They had it ready faster than expected, and managed to save me a few hundred in parts by finding a kit instead of all individual parts. Everyone there was very nice when I went to pick up my vehicle as well. Would recommend!

My car broke down on Poston Road in an intersection during rush hour. They had someone out in a few minutes to tow it. Was going to take it to a dealership to get fixed but was informed they had a shop so I opted for that. Said they could look at it the next day and probably start on it by Thursday. Instead they diagnosed the issue as a bad alternator that fried the battery from overcharge and got it fixed the same day. Between the tow, parts, and labor I was out the door for a fair price a day earlier than expected. They also caught issues my old mechanic missed/didn't fix and when I get the funds I'll be bringing my car back to them for that too. I'd highly recommend these guys if you're in town.

I called for roadside assistance for a flat. Ed arrived within minutes of my call. He not only diagnosed the issue, he was able to get my tire aired up and followed me to the tire shop!! Would recommend Stanley towing!!

Mr Stanley spoke with my insurance company strongly persuading them to allow his services, even though he was not contracted with them. Otherwise, I would have been stuck on the side of the road for hours till morning. Stanley was not only persistent. The genuine care of my situation, the professionalism, and skill, was excellent in towing, my vehicle. I'm so thankful, Stanley Towing delivers on 24/7 service!

As I was driving home from work after a 12 hour shift my vehicle decided it was time to turn off going down the interstate at 70 mph. At 615 in the morning I called and within 3 rings the phone was answered. Within 45 minutes a truck was at my car getting me on my way home. This was a cold and foggy weekend morning and the timeliness could really not have been any faster. Within 2 days they diagnosed my issue and had it repaired. The cost for the tow, parts, and repair was about as fair as you could ask of a business you had no connections to. In fact it really was lower than market rates as I called around to try and price the fix out. The team here is truly customer centric and I can't express enough my gratitude for turning around a bad situation just before Christmas. I will certainly be using them for anything that arises in the future and can't recommend enough that anyone else in the area do the same! Thank you Brandon and Chase!

These guys are absolutely phenomenal. We were traveling home from several states away in our diesel pusher and blew some hydrolic hoses that caused loss of power steering and over heating. We were stranded. We called atleast 10 shops and all told us 2-4 weeks before they would even look at it. These guys stopped working on their own equipment and understood our desperate need. They dug into it right away, had the replacement hoses made and installed in a few hours and got us back on the road. They were kind, helpful, and they cared!! They even text us the next best day to check in on our travel progress and they did NOT overcharge us. 100% recommend, 10/10 top notch guys.

Absolutely the BEST customer service bar none!! Took EXTRA special care of my low riding Mini Cooper Roadster making sure it was loaded without any scratches at all!! Hats off!! Thanks for the positive service! You guys are the BEST!!

Terrible experience, started by taking 5 hours to come and get my car. And then once they arrived the driver loaded the car onto the flatbed and did not use wood planks as he should have and scraped the front bumper. Then once he unloaded the car he scraped the bumper once again removing paint. Then once I get in the car I see he ripped my leather seat with his chains hanging from his jeans…

My car had what seemed like an electronic malfunction while in Martinsville. When I called, the man I spoke to walked me through what I could try to be able to drive it home, but I ultimately decided I would feel more comfortable having it towed. Despite it being a Friday evening and my car needing to go back to Bloomington, they gave me a great price and and exceptional service, keeping me updated throughout the process since I elected not to stay with my car while it was towed. Absolutely wonderful service, would call them again in a heartbeat!

The owner (or maybe just the guy doing dispatch?) was incredibly friendly and personable, he even offered advice to me over the phone to try and solve the issue myself. The driver, Dustin, was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Dustin was able to solve the problem without a tow. I felt like he could of easily took advantage of the situation and towed me but instead did the right thing and just solved my issue for me with his knowledge of vehicles. Without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a tow company. Very very impressed. A+ job all around, guys! (I will add that If they had towed me the price quoted was super reasonable too)

Very reasonable prices. The driver was extremely nice. He helped me put my car up on jack stands so that there wouldn't be any further damage to it after he removed it from the flatbed. He was able to process my credit card easily, and emailed me my receipt. I will definitely use their service again if needed!!!

Honest and helpful people. Came relatively quick to the site of the breakdown. Price was reasonable, and better than what other places quoted. The man and his son are great people. They drop the car off at your car repair and they give you a ride home if needed. Not all places do! Would definitely recommend!
