  Search over 15 salvage yards to find a nine spoke aluminum rim for a 2010 Honda Odyssey and this was the only place that had it at a reasonable price thank you very much and love the customer service will highly recommend anybody to go to this place if they don't have it they will find it for you and they're very reasonable on prices

  This was my first time visiting a salvage yard, and I was extremely nervous. I was helping my mom find a part for her car, and not knowing anything about what we needed, it was very intimidating. Thankfully, Mark was incredibly helpful and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. He guided us with expertise and patience, ensuring we got exactly what we needed.   Ok for one the owner is almost always there. And he knows his junk yard… also I had a ruff experience with the workers and let the boss know , I got the feeling he set them straight also because I had the ruff situation,the owner mike I believe.. really surprised me I bought a trans and when putting it in the oil pan bolts to the trans and in doing so it cracked the pan and oil went everywhere . I called the JY to see if they still had the truck and not scraped it yet ( they did it was gone ) But mike had another and blew my mind. He just gave it to me , I would of given him 100$ for it .. great place to do business..

  I was almost run of the road when someone swerved into my lane. I swerved to avoid ended up hitting the edge of the road and destroyed my tire and rim. I spent the next day going to many pick a part places and salvage yard with no success. I started to call used tire places near the end of the day and one place recommended new country auto parts. I tried calling but ended up in voicemail just as I was about to call the next place. He called me back he told me he could help me. When I arrived we found out that he didn't have the exact rim as there are 3 styles for my car and year. So that was understandable. He was so helpful. He went to find the rim himself. He even through a tire for it and had it mounted. This was way and beyond customer care that is hard to find these days. A few hours later I was able to swap out the busted wheel and drive me car home. It was a life saver as i had to return to work the next day. If your looking for parts I would definitely recommend giving them a call. I will most continue to use them in the future.
