Our wait time was a little more than quoted but our tow truck driver john showed up took care of my wife and I. He had us get in his truck to stay warm and he got us home safe and quickly to our kids. He was super cool and fun to talk too. I would recommend them to any one. We were stuck 40mins away from home with 3 kids at the house we were trying to get home too. John thank you very much for being a kind person in this world aint many and awesome driver for my wife and i. 10/10
Had a mishap where a truck slid off our trailer. JR's came out faster than expected and assisted with lifting the truck back onto the trailer. Easy fast and very fair pricing. Thank you guys.
My wife’s lower control arm broke on her truck. Called JR’s and they came out within an hour. The guy who answered the phone was very cool and the guys that picked up were truck were very professional and friendly. I forgot to ask for a business card but I saved them in my phone. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Its not cheap or easy to get heavy machinery recovered when it is not in the city limits but they were so quick to act on the job once they had the requested paperwork. Never though id need this service but ill definitely use them again if im ever in this situation again.
Had an appointment for pickup and the person was over 45min late. She spoke to us very rudely and acted unprofessionally. We live very far away and to not respect our time was disappointing. When we are paying for a service (which was honestly overpriced), we expect timeliness.

I have first hand experience with JR’s services . I have called for tires to be aired up, tires to be changed in the winter , spring and summer not to mention I had to even call for a jump more than once . The tow guys each time greeted me with respect and even offered me a way home if they couldn’t get my tire fixed or car to start. 100% great service.

Best towing service hands down!! Not only did the answer quick the dispatcher sent us Zack who got to us in 8min after the call. He was super professional & friendly. I called "Big Bs Towing" that's located in Castleton he told me he was gonna be 40 to 45 min to arrive. I waited a hr in called back in he had caught a attitude telling me " I told you it'll be 40 to 45 min but it was way pass that so I hung up. So I guess he got in his feelings in kept prolonging the ETA time. I'm happy my husband came to wait for me cause I was stranded so I just cancelled in wanted until morning in called J.R Services & Recovery. Thank you J.R towing because you guys are the best in you got right to helping me out plus they were way cheaper than what the other guy was charging.

It's important to give good reviews for local businesses when you received exceptional service, and I feel like I received exceptional service. First company to answer the phone and agree to help out six in the area. super polite and accommodating. They were there in 15 minutes. Definitely a reasonable price for my tow also! My driver Eric was even insightful enough to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle and he was right. I was able to fix it that night. That's above and beyond to me. All around good experience from the phone call to the drop. Thanks for your service guys.
My work vehicle broke down and needed towed. I called and the woman who answered the phone was very polite. She was able to get me a good price to take my vehicle from downtown Indianapolis to Fishers. They gave me a estimated time of an hour and it was only 30 minutes. When the driver showed up not only did he tow my vehicle but he also showed me what the problem was. I had a very good experience and will definitely use them again.
It's really bad, they tell you that the car is at one address, they even pretended that you would send them the payment by Zelle, something that I have never seen in a towing service company, they send you to another address that is literally a mountain with an entrance that says private property that you never get to see anything inside where a person who is supposedly in charge came out. Today, after a long time of being in that place that looks like anything but a towing company, they charge you cash and they don't even have change, really frustrating and disappointing
The people here are Absolutely Amazing! I was so glad that I was referred to them! Crystal was Amazing in helping me get a car towed! And even a little out of their towing area they worked with me to get things done!! The tow driver was Amazing as well! They are very professional and so so helpful!
