After arranging the sale of my vehicle to peddle and having a very negative experience with the initial tow company that accepted the pickup, JR's Services accepted the job. I am so thankful to Eric for his punctuality and professionalism! He called me when he was 15 minutes out to give me time to meet him, he quickly looked over my paperwork and handed me a check. There was no haggling or challenging the condition of the vehicle as I had feared based on reviews on other carriers. He got in, got the job done, and we were both on our way with very little stress. If I needed a tow service again, I would definitely look him up!
Best tow place i ever dealt with . Called to get my car towed she gave me a price i told her i wasn’t trying to spend that she asked me what am i willing to pay & literally worked with me from there! WILL CALL THEM EVERYTIME needed.
Best towing service hands down!! Not only did the answer quick the dispatcher sent us Zack who got to us in 8min after the call. He was super professional & friendly. I called "Big Bs Towing" that's located in Castleton he told me he was gonna be 40 to 45 min to arrive. I waited a hr in called back in he had caught a attitude telling me " I told you it'll be 40 to 45 min but it was way pass that so I hung up. So I guess he got in his feelings in kept prolonging the ETA time. I'm happy my husband came to wait for me cause I was stranded so I just cancelled in wanted until morning in called J.R Services & Recovery. Thank you J.R towing because you guys are the best in you got right to helping me out plus they were way cheaper than what the other guy was charging.
I’m OTR hotshot.I broke down in front of Lucas stadium. John and his boys took good care of me got me off the road and and almost immediately began to troubleshoot the breakdown. Got me back up and going and out of a jam the next day. Solid Folks down there.

Eric stopped to help me when my van stalled at the gas station. He stayed for two hours, patiently assisting and even towed my vehicle to a body shop to have a new starter installed. He was kind, professional, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend their services. Thanj you, Eric!
It's important to give good reviews for local businesses when you received exceptional service, and I feel like I received exceptional service. First company to answer the phone and agree to help out six in the area. super polite and accommodating. They were there in 15 minutes. Definitely a reasonable price for my tow also! My driver Eric was even insightful enough to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle and he was right. I was able to fix it that night. That's above and beyond to me. All around good experience from the phone call to the drop. Thanks for your service guys.
My work vehicle broke down and needed towed. I called and the woman who answered the phone was very polite. She was able to get me a good price to take my vehicle from downtown Indianapolis to Fishers. They gave me a estimated time of an hour and it was only 30 minutes. When the driver showed up not only did he tow my vehicle but he also showed me what the problem was. I had a very good experience and will definitely use them again.
It's really bad, they tell you that the car is at one address, they even pretended that you would send them the payment by Zelle, something that I have never seen in a towing service company, they send you to another address that is literally a mountain with an entrance that says private property that you never get to see anything inside where a person who is supposedly in charge came out. Today, after a long time of being in that place that looks like anything but a towing company, they charge you cash and they don't even have change, really frustrating and disappointing
Our company needed repossession services for hard to find heavy equipment. I called JR’s in the morning and they recovered the equipment by that afternoon. They are also very friendly and quick to return messages and calls. Thank you JR’s!
Absolutely the best tow company there is. I have had to have multiple vehicles towed. They were very professional, very prompt, they communicate with you and their drivers listened. I'm very particular about how I have my vehicle hooked to a tow truck. Their drivers took the time to listen to my concerns and did everything I asked. I will not call another tow company, I will wait for JR'S. You won't be disappointed if you call them for a tow
The people here are Absolutely Amazing! I was so glad that I was referred to them! Crystal was Amazing in helping me get a car towed! And even a little out of their towing area they worked with me to get things done!! The tow driver was Amazing as well! They are very professional and so so helpful! This company engages in predatory towing. They should be ashamed of themselves.
In early March, my friend came over around 10pm and parked alongside a road outside of my house in my neighborhood. She was not blocking the roadway, she was not blocking any driveways, and the only reason she was there was to take me to a cancer biopsy at 6 o’clock in the morning the next day.
When we woke up to leave for the biopsy, we discovered the car was gone. I almost missed my biopsy, and she assumed her car was stolen.
Upon calling JR’s Towing and Recovery, we discovered that her car was towed at 11:13pm (only about an hour after she parked there). When we inquired about why she was towed with absolutely no warning after an hour (and outside of their posted hours) they said “they just so happened to be driving around” and decided to tow her car. Zach Hall is listed as the dispatcher who requested the tow at 11:06pm, and it was towed by Zach Hall at 11:13pm. Only a 6 minute window between the “report” and the tow. It cost me 235 dollars to get her car out.
Absolutely disgusting business with predatory behavior who caused us panic and wasted our time during an already stressful situation. All for 235 dollars. I will be posting about this on multiple platforms and I will also be informing my HOA about this in order to be reimbursed.
I would like to thank Jr's services with a job well done . I was broke down on side of road almost dark and they were there in 15 mins. A special thanks to Cody the driver for taking care of me and my car. Cody was very professional and considerate. Thank you again
This place should be commended for there fast responses time, the tow truck driver was so kind and new what he was doing! I love the fact that I had great service from start to finish!!! I highly recommend this company! Also I never do reviews, so the fact that I did one for this company just goes to show how well I was treated!!!!!!
I drove my truck this morning into a ditch. Unfortunately, I called around for help. And the only ones that was willing to help me was JR SERVICES They came And pulled my truck out of the ditch and they saved me in my truck. I recommend them. I tip my Hat off to the these guys. Very polite and Nice and understanding and very easy to talk to Thank yall for everything....
After 2 other tow companies left us down to the wire on towing our truck, Cody rescued us. At night, in 16 degree weather, he promptly showed up, had our truck on a flat bed in no time. He smiled the whole time. He then dropped the truck off and placed the key in the secure drop off at the delivery point. I can not tell you how relieved we are and how much Cody come to our rescue. THANK YOU!!!
It was about a year ago I was in Indy visiting some friends. When I planned to leave my back left tire was completely flat. I looked up towing services near me and Jr’s was the first to pop up.
My issue was I couldn’t get my tire off after I took off all the lug nuts. I tried and tried as much as I dared. I even drove my car back and forth a bit with a single lug not on. It would not budge. Jr’s sent a guy to help me (his name unfortunately eludes me now) and he offered to try and get the tire off for me. He tried and tried and couldn’t get it off either so he towed me to an auto repair spot and I got my tire replaced. I was appreciative he tried to get the tire off first, rather than just tow me. It showed me he cared in his own right and was trying to save me some money.
He was super friendly on the drive over and Jr’s made my stressful situation significantly less stressful. These guys do great work.
Had to give a review. The service was so quick during the most recent big snow, had two slide offs on separate days in my family. Used them after I was told how good Antonio was.. He was available in 2nd day too. He's so fast and efficient too. Will use them again if necessary.
After calling SEVERAL towing companies who wouldn’t assist I called JR’s and spoke with Crystal. She was so patient and understanding. She assured they’d be able to assist with our particular situation and they did. A tow was at our home in less than 2 hours , during a snow storm too! The driver was so polite and I was so impressed he helped ensure I got across the busy street .
I got the run around all morning and really wish i had called JR’s first. I 100% recommend them for your towing needs.
When I called, the lady in the office was very friendly and very informative! They got a driver dispatched instantly!

Before engaging JR let him tell you his rates and sign documentation that abide the rate.
He is not an honest person and he will charge whatever he wants.
We towed an empty trailer 10 miles apart and paid $1700, and he clearly said you can take the trailer whenever you ready, he wasn’t upfront on his parking charges and we thought parking rate is governed by law without knowing he is above the law and charged us $75 for daily parking for 38 days equivalent to $2850.
We ended up paying $4325 and he has audacity of saying he has given us a discount of $225.
Be very careful before engaging such company.
Again I warn the community be very careful, I repeat be very careful.
It was an excellent experience all the way around-considering the whole situation of needing your car towed sucks! Prompt service with great communication. Driver texted me within 5 minutes of calling for help and arrived 30 minutes from call to pick up- and it was in the thick of rush hour traffic. Driver John was professional, efficient, and courteous. Price was very reasonable and easy. Thanks to everyone for making a stressful situation a little better.
This company is my go to for my company. They prove all of our customers with quality tows. We work closely with them because we believe they n quality services for all of our customers. They handle all tows from box trucks to small cars. Definitely will be using them for every tow we need.

JR is the man. He came through in my time of need. We had an after-hours call and he got to us fast and did not leave us stranded on the side of the road. I will definitely be calling him again whenever I need a tow.
Had a mess up under a bridge and it messed up my load this company came out unloaded and cleaned up all the granite that was broke and hauled off to the dump and on top of it they deal with my insurance company on there half and they delived the good stuff to my drop off for me so yes I give them a 5 star they went above and beyond there means thanks again
These folks went above and beyond. Blew out a tire on a pothole and realized I didn’t have the complete tool kit in my truck. I was flying out early the next morning and didn’t have time to deal with it. Drove slowly to the hotel a couple hundred yards away and JR’s sourced the jack handle, swapped out the wheel, and let keep the jack handle, all while we were out of town. Extremely grateful. Thank you to all involved!
