Took 6 minutes to get here (he happened to be in the neighborhood), knew exactly what to do with my hybrid, was pleasant, efficient, gave advice on preventing future issues. Could not be more pleased with his service.

The short version: If you need a tow truck you're probably having a bad day. Give these guys a chance to make your day a little better. The rest of the story: I needed to get my daughter's car towed back to Columbus from Brown county. I gave these guys a call and they had it on a truck within 40 minutes headed back to town. The price was reasonable. The equipment was top rate. The driver (owner) David was very nice, personable and easy to talk to. You never hope to need a tow truck, but the next time I do these are the guys I'm going to call. Thanks again David!

I called Columbus Towing at 11:18 PM on a wet Sunday night while stuck on I65. The young man arrived in less than 15 minutes and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes total after my phone call. Fast, efficient, professional and truely a Godsend!

David was super accommodating in squeezing my vehicle in. He made a crappy situation (my car being out of commission)better, by allowing my son to help load our car on the wrecker and work the levers. He explained everything he was doing to us, and let my son ask ALL the questions. I would 100% recommend his company to my peers, and if I should ever need a towing company again, we will be calling David!

The team at Columbus Towing recovered our companies work van quickly and for an honest price. They are my go-to towing company from here on out!

I only leave reviews for outstanding service and these guys knocked it out of the park. I didn't have to wait long for a tow, very friendly and very very affordable. The driver with the dog helped me and he did fantastic. Beautiful service dog....just don't invade her territory(cab of truck) without the driver in it. Sweetheart of a dog. I can't thank them enough for saving me off the road and saving me in my wallet. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Cody was my towing man, and he did an awesome job and we had great conversations along the way. It was only about a 5 minute drive, but he was so nice, and the music was off the charts.

My son had a flat and no spare tire. They came and towed his car to the shop and tried to air it up, but the tire had a hole in it. They let him keep it there until he can get a new tire, tomorrow. No charge!! Super helpful and kind!! I highly recommend them!!

I was in an extremely stressful situation and on a time crunch but this company and Michael specifically brought me a lot of peace. He was very calm and reassuring and even took my car to a different location for the same price. They also offered me a battery that is in great condition for only $25 and even offered to install it for me. I really appreciated them today!

Cody showed up and gave a me a call to let me know he was close to my requested pick up place, as this was a non emergency tow. He waited while I called the dealership to get the service reps name so he could handle the delivery and notify the correct person.

Got my truck stuck with the recent snow event. Call Columbus Towing and scheduled an appointment with Michael Rice, he came out, surveyed my situation and quickly came up with a plan to get me out. Great price, great service, great experience! Let me tell you the number I did running my 4Runner into a creek sitting sideways barely on a cement slab. Columbus Towing (David) pulled it out safely, keeping it on that slab and preventing any further damage. I’m still shocked he was able to pull it out the way he did ! Experience is the only answer! I would recommend them over and over. I think we all want to trust someone that is a great price and quality and Columbus Towing & Recovery is that choice!

David was extremely kind enough to come and help us out while we were stuck on the side of the road, in less than 20 minutes my tire was changed and we were good to go! So thankful and I highly recommend calling this towe company first :)

Needed a tow from my garage. Columbus towing showed up on time and had my truck hooked up and ready to go with 5 minutes. Totally professional and cheap for the tow across town to the repair shop. I have done business with them in the past, both professional and personal. Total class act and no one better in my opinion!
