Their haulers are not very safe speeding on a country road and leaving scrap in the middle of the road that fell of the back of the truck. Very unprofessional. Getting the job done quickly shouldn't sacrifice public road safety.
Fantastic customer service. Bought 2 cylinder heads from them online and had them shipped to Alabama. Fast shipping at a fair price. One of the heads had some cracks rendering it useless (the cracks were hidden, so I can't blame them for not noticing it). I contacted them about it and had a full refund for that head within a few hours.
A pleasure to do business with them. I'll definitely check with them again next time I need used parts.
Drove all the way down there to find out the part I had paid for wasn’t there because they had crushed the car and failed to inform anyone this had been done. Sent me to someone else who wanted to charge me more for the part. So in the end I SPENT money to drive down there and drive back empty handed.
Good experience today checking out a used car and in showing me what they had for used tires for the car I am looking to sell. Everyone seemed very professional.
Very friendly and helpful over the phone, had a hard to find part at a reasonable price. Had the part ready for me when I showed up, and even offered to toss in the nuts and bolts that came with it.
Cool yard with a little of everything, looking forward to doing business with them again.
Very nice people work there they are helpful ,knowable,friendly and have alot of cars & trucks to pull parts off of even the women at the counter know what they are doing and the prices don't change from day to day like some other junk yard in columbus
I called and talked to Ralph and told him that I had an old vehicle I needed parts for. To my surprise he had the parts. He was such a sweetheart. I got the parts I need and I'm very pleased.
I bought a Ford 2.9 engine which supposed to be tested "good" and after paying the shop to drive 2 hrs to pick it up and after they installed it had a bad head and they will not stand by it I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN ............... Thanks Butt heads
Called ahead and they had the parts laid out for us. Went and inspected the parts and they looks the same as the photos that we were sent. Paid and left. The guy seemed friendly and also seemed to appreciated the business.
2nd trip to this location. Just as others mention. The place is a muddy mess, you feel like you are an inconvenience to them, you have to go out of your way to try and get your parts from them... If you want to get treated poorly, come home smelling like cigarette smoke, waste a lot of time?? Then talk to the jerk behind the counter. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE!!!
