Had to have someone at my car to sign a waiver so I had to leave work early to be there which I lost money. Everyone else has it to where you can sign electronically. That's why we have internet. Then charged $117.60 to drive 15 minutes to pickup my car and another 15 minutes to drop off my car.
I'd love to know where my car is! No one seems to know where it went since the wreck. Can someone please explain to me where it is or how it got lost

These guys helped me out tremendously whereas my insurance’ roadside assistance had three tow services cancel on me. Waited 3 hours before I called these guys and they were in site and loaded up my car within 30 minutes. Had a great conversation with the driver and he even reassured me of what i should do with the insurance process. If I’m ever stuck again I’ll definitely be calling 31 Wrecker. Last night we were out having dinner. When we got ready to leave we could not find the key fob to our Hyundai ANYWHERE! We tried calling a locksmith but NOONE as available. We were embarrassed, tired and not comfortable leaving the car. So we called 31 Wrecker to come tow us home. Jason was polite, sympathetic and so understanding. The price was very reasonable and we will most likely use them again to tow us to Hyundai to get new keys.
Would never use these jokers! I called them to inquire about one of their driver’s dropping a gray impala off in my parking lot and Jason not only called me a liar, but hung up on me, twice! Needless to say, I found the owner of the car, and they did in fact have 31 wrecker tow it and drop it where it sits. So Mr. Jason, I’m waiting for that apology you owe me. You’ve got my number, I look forward to speaking with you, sir! Tell me you know for a fact it wasn’t one of your drivers. Check yourself buddy!

No one ever wants to have to call a towing company, but they provided excellent and quick service when we were in need (late on a Sunday night too). Anthony was professional, helpful, and you could tell he genuinely cares about the safety of his customers. So grateful to him and his help when we were stuck on the shoulder of 65! Highly recommend.

Had camper lost electrical power going 65N @ exit 80 & got ahold of Caleb with 31 Wrecker Service @ 8:30pm on 2/21/24. He brought battery which got vehicle onto their shop. Stayed on premises & found electrical wiring the issue & on road by 11:00am on 2/22. Highly recommend them for road emergencies!
I got a story to share about this awesome place..... I was on I65 near Seymour, Indiana about 3am when I had a mechanical failure on my truck. I was trying to make it home for the birth of my child, so I was in a bit of a hurry and I began to panic. 31 Wrecker understood the importance of this and did a fast, amazing job to get me back on the road. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing company.

31 always is so quick to respond to us. They handle our vehicles with more care than anyone else. Their team in the offices are also easy to get a hold of and to get answers from.
