When do you need a heavy coil move these are the guys to call

Called last week for towing from Normandy Village and man whom answered was very rude. Don't recommend using this tow company because its very unprofessional business. This isn't the first time either that I had tried calling for assistance first time was the same thing and same response didn't have anyone available. Waste of time with this place. Maybe be better off closing down business when you can't speak to people on the phone politely. Never again will this Clover Leaf receive my business and I plan to let other people know never to contact this place either.

My daughter and her friend were broke down, frantically trying to get help , they both start calling tow companies. Apparently, they both called the same company and this made the man that answered their calls super unhappy, I guess. He was very rude and unprofessional. And sir, I really hope that your kids or family never get the same treatment in a desperate situation. They genuinely just needed help. Shame on you for treating them with such disrespect in a time of need. We will be searching for a new tow company to use when in need because this is not the one.

RV Broke down on I-80. Bill was there within a half hour. He towed us to an awesome place (Apex Auto Care) in Michigan City. We were back on the road with 4 hours of breakdown! So thankful for everyone’s help!!

Every time I've had to call this place the tow trucks are always gone and the wait time is usually over an hour even if I'm in town. I've actually never had a tow from this place because every time I've called Cloverleaf the trucks are gone and the wait time is over an hour so I normally call someone else.

Car broke down. They came FAST... SUPER nice, helpful and what a blessing. It's been almost 3 years since and I'm coming back, just to thank them again and encourage you to "give them a shout and let them help you on out". (And it didn't cost a fortune.)

If I could give more than 5 stars I would very friendly driver taking 2 people and 4 large dogs to a garage making a phone call and setting us up with a nice hotel while we were traveling from Connecticut to iowa

This place is ok but not to friendly this time it wasn't for me .and the African American man I was helping by taking him there for a tire. wasn't treated to good verbally in front of me. but maybe it was just a bad day .

They were nice, the cheapest in town and prompt. Showed up right on time and got my car towed quickly.

These guys are awesome they go the extra mile and are genuine people which is rare these days! They pulled out another tow company that got stuck pulling out a Fed Ex truck that got stuck in my driveway after massive snowfall then offered to stay while I plowed just in case I got stuck, Thank you so much! ?

Came to the rescue when I shredded a tire on the Interstate pretty early in the morning. Can't say enough about how great the service was. Very reasonably priced.

My brother was in a car accident first thing in the morning. We called his insurance company & they gave false information & told us a tow was on the way. We called back an hour later & they said no one was coming because "no one was open in our area" I did a quick Google search & found Cloverleaf Garage. They answered quickly, were very fast & helpful. They gave an ETA of 15 minutes which they met. The driver was fast & efficient. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend them if you need a tow in the area!

We were stranded on the side of the expressway for a flat tire. AARP's roadside assistance could not loosen a broken lock lug after various hours of waiting. State police arrive and called these guys to tow us and Justin (believe is the name) gave it a try and fixed our flat tire within 10 minutes!! He put us back in the road. So grateful he tired when he didn't have to. Will forever be grateful for their service.

My car broke down on the highway at 3am on mine and my husband’s (and cat’s) way home from the emergency vet. We were 30 minutes from home and Justin offered us superb service, dropping my car off to the mechanic and getting me, my cat and my husband home safely. We had a lovely discussion about our pets which was nice after the stressful night we had. I wanted to thank Justin so much for his help, I appreciate his business and would absolutely recommend this place due to the amazing amazing customer service.

Our U-Haul truck stalled on the Indiana toll road at night due to a faulty fuel gauge (read 1/4 tank but was actually empty). While I was getting the runaround from U-Haul (if you break down or stall with their rentals, good luck getting U-Haul to send assistance...it literally would have been hours). The guys from Cloverleaf got there, figured out the problem, and brought some fuel so we could get to a gas station and get on our way. Thanks

Very happy with the service. They were quick, charged less than the quote and made a frustrating experience have a happy ending.

Service was fairly quick and the driver Bill was very friendly and knew exactly what to do. I had hit a curb and blown out my right front tire.

Very easy to get along with. Very busy company so please bare with them. Great service, nice apparatus and clean. Owner came out got me off a very dangerous section of I 94. Thankful no incidents happened.

I had driven home on a very cold night and I got a flat. My tire has a lock and we couldn’t replace the tire and we didn’t have the key. We called cloverleaf garage after an officer reached out to the office and they came quickly and towed my vehicle to a tire place and the gentleman who towed gave us all the details of everything and a fair price. We recommend Cloverleaf garage to everyone and anyone who needs a tow.

I had traveled here to recover a vehicle, which had been stolen from me, that the police had chosen to impound at this garage after recovery. The cost to get my vehicle out of impound was $175, even though the vehicle had only been in their garage for about 2 hours. The service was rude, dismissive, and disorganized.

Highly Recommend. Our transmission went out and hour and a half away from home on a Saturday night. They came and got our car the next day and held it until Monday for us until it could be towed home. Communication was awesome and the cost was more than reasonable. So thankful.

Really nice to see a business with 5 stars all the time. Just wanted to give you 5 more for pulling us out of jam this morning and being very fair with pricing and fast service. Will have you guys as first call from now on and will pass your information to other people in the business. Thank you!!

Blew out a tire on my boat trailer on I94 at midnight Bill came out quickly and found that he would not be able to put the boat on his flat bed. He went back to his shop and returned with a tire. He noticed my other tire was showing signs of dry rot and recommended that I not drive far. Bill then led me back to a shop that could replace them and locked up my boat in a secure area for the night. Extremely friendly, great service. Made the best of a bad situation.

These guys are AMAZING. They not only came and got us, but Jon sat with me and my 3 tots for hours after until we figured out what to do! We arent from the area and were completely stranded. Mark and Jon are the best! They deserve 10 stars!

Thanx for the Lift ! AND THE HEAT !!! We had just reached 90 E. Coming from Midway. It was Dark out, and Very Cold. Truck 8 just DIED. I managed to pull off the road And put the 4ways on. Needed a tow due to my brake line busting on my Chevy Suburban. Apex Muffler referred them and I couldn't be happier. Firstly..... I was from out of town visiting and they offered to pick me up to go get my car. Secondly, they were so "down to Earth" and kind and I had a great time chit chatting with the young man who picked up my car. When we dropped my car off at Apex, the tow truck drive was considerate enough to drop me off at a different location. I would recommend this company hands down!!!

Guys are old school and great, they came out in the rain and had to get under the truck and get dirty and wet, no complaints, towed my rig 70 miles for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended
